AC unit did not cool. Toilet was clogged the whole time, we had to use the restroom when we were away. Bedding was dirty and needed to be replaced. No towels in the hotel at check in. The floors in the hotel room were filthy!

We left a day early and went to another hotel because it was so dirty. There is a sign on the mirror that says do not wipe the floor with towels, you can ask to borrow a mop which I thought was weird but after walking around for 5 minutes it all made sense. My feet were black from the floor. There was no hot water and mold in the bathroom. The faucet was beyond corroded. The walls, curtains and lamp shades were filthy. The whole room was disgusting. The staff members were nice and I hope they can find better jobs.

Rooms were in terrible condition. Most of the lights didn’t work and Lamp shades were moldy! No hand towels in the room and when we asked for some were told they didn’t have any because the owner wouldn’t buy more. Bedspreads were not washed from the guests before us and were covered in dog hair. Heat/air conditioner didn’t work either. When these concerns were brought up at the front desk they were not addressed other than to give us different bedspreads to put on our beds and replace one light in the bathroom. Breakfast was also disappointing with not enough food to go around. We definitely were not expecting a high end resort, it is a Super 8 after all, but we do expect rooms to be clean and in working order!

I was not happy with the condition or the cleanliness of the property. The room was not cleaned very well. The sheets had stains on them as well as the bedspread. The bathtub was in need of repair. The shower barely had a trickle of water coming out of it. The toilet did not flush well. Staff was less than friendly and they were not really helpful at all. I would say you get what you pay for but actually I paid enough for this room that it should have been in much better condition and much cleaner.

This place was so dirty our bed had someone’s hair in the blankets, The shower had mold The ac didn’t even kick on properly, was supper hot The hotel ice machine was broken cockroaches crawling on the floor and running after my kids, WiFi sucked and the pull out couch was ripped and broken with no extra blankets.

The entire hotel is filthy. Including the floors, walls, doors, wall switches and bathroom. We walked in bare feet in our room. The bottom of our feet were BLACK. The lamp on the night stand did not have a bulb and the switch was gone on it also. We were there 6 nights and housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. No hand towels available in room. I called the front desk, they said they don't have any as the manager is to cheep to buy new ones. The hallways have never been swept in a very long time. The breakfast area is so dirty I believe if the health department saw this they would shut it down immediately. I will never stay here again.

Our rooms (daughter stayed with her husband in own room) were never cleaned the whole stay. We were charged $80 for 4 towels that had dirty spots. Trash stacked up for 4 days and was never picked up. My daughter’s room had roaches. The staff was confrontational with my husband and son in law. Worst hotel experience we have ever had. We travel and stay at many places. This is the first time using Expedia for booking. Our trip was fun, only complaint was the Super 8 hotel.

The hotel is worn out and old. Rusty , marks all over the walls that look like blood and boogers. Our bedroom cover looked like it had semen wiped on the corners of it. The floors were disgusting. They would make your feet black walking around shortly. They used dark tiles to cover the grime on the floors. Shower had cockroaches coming out of the spout and handles on the shower. Most drawers had dead cockroaches inside. Won't ever come here again. Just a poorly maintained property.

Wall lamps were severely rusted, so was microwave and the safe. TV was broken and didn't have a remote. Bedding sheets had stains. Bathroom area was the worst part. Shower started cold and slowly stayed permanently hot. Towel was on the floor. Toilet area was really unclean. There was urine under the toilet ring and dried poop at the back of it. A hotel stay should make you feel relaxed not give you major anxiety.
