The hot tub wasn’t open when we needed it. There is NO life guard on duty so there is NO reason to close it at 10. No the hot tub wasn’t hot enough and had too much water and soap bubbles. The headboards of the beds were worn and not attractive. Dated bathroom.

We stayed 2 nights at this location and I think I expected a little more from the property vs what the pics and description described. It’s a little outdated but the front desk staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable and clean. The pool needs some attention but the breakfast was good. BUT 3 trucks were broken into Friday night of our stay. There are no cameras, no security and hotel staff offered zero assistance. Probably wouldn’t stay here again just because of that

Several vehicles broken into, apparently this is an ongoing issue because when I asked for tape and trash bag, it was already sitting under the front desk. Front desk personnel didn’t even care untill we walked through the parking lot and found others broke into, THEN he walked out to assess situation. No cameras either. Fridge was filthy, pool was cloudy and several of our friends that also rented for my 50th birthday refused to get in the pool. Also hot tub was broke even after I asked if it was in working order before booking AND check in.

the bed was old and peeling. shower controls were very touchy, hard to adjust between hot and cold. breakfast was very basic with few options. it was at least nice and hot. soda machine was broken and the water bottle refill station was giving out very hot water. the staff tried to be helpful. oh, the hot tub was only cold water.

Very comfortable quiet clean beautiful rooms and a very nice free breakfast. Except they need juice in the morning currently they do not offer. But what a nice place to stay. Fitness center, jacuzzi and pool. Awesome

The Heritage Inn and Suites exceeded my expectations. My room and rest of the hotel were extremely clean (one of my top priorities for a hotel). My room was very quiet and I felt safe being alone going to and from my car at night. The guest pantry instead of vending machines was a nice idea. I noticed my room was missing a safe which would have been nice to have but had no problems with any of my belongings being bothered. I did not get to try the hot breakfast so cannot review it. Overall, it was a very relaxing and comfortable place and I would definitely stay here again.

Room smelled like mold when we first checked in - I asked to change rooms, and the second room had less of a mold smell. The room had been cleaned but not well. There were cheerios and a toy car under the ottoman, a cheerio in the toilet, a used toothpick on the floor, and the walls and doors had smudges of gunk on them. While the staff was friendly, when I asked for a refund they refused, and also never answered the phone when hotels.com called to request on my behalf.

Friendly Staff but that's where the positive comments stop. The room was filthy. Maybe they vacuum, but the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned in years. Gross is the one word that comes to mind. I do not recommend. The reviews were not even close to being accurate.

Nice building. Room was clean and bed comfortable. But the highway noise made sleeping a real challenge. Hotel is adjacent to frontage road of Interstate 45 in Houston which is like a racetrack. We were on the 6th floor above the trees and the road noise was extreme.

Well priced, great location next to multiple restaurants as well as the mall and the Woodlands Pavilion .Easy check in with very pleasant staff.Room was a great size, A/C was very cold not noisy. My room was on the 5th floor towards the front of the building . If you are a light sleeper there was noise from the freeway not horrible but in the background. Ask for a room in the back. Breakfast standard fare and a pancake machine.Appreciated the de caf coffee too.Room had a fridge,microwave and a coffee machine.Did not visit the pool.Only complaint the water temperature in the shower not hot warm at best.Appreciated the Handicap parking space so close to the front door with a ramped sidewalk if needed.

The tv guide only shows the channel name, not what’s playing. No streaming options. Cable signal went in and out. Only one coffee pod in the room. No fan in bathroom Not real guest friendly. They gave no info regarding the property when checking in. Was very accommodating when it was Drury. The new owner did away with happy hour, dinner and apparently hospitality as well. The “guest general store” was pitiful. Property seemed more unkempt than it did a few months ago. It was just disappointing considering how nice it was just a few months back.

We stay here often. Nice rooms for the price most of the time (event prices can be much higher so book early). Our rooms have not been spacious but are always clean and the beds very comfortable. We love the pet friendly. Staff has always been helpful and courteous. In our standard king room we usually book, the bathroom sink area is cramped, but it is an older building. Ask for a room away from the freeway because it is very noisy if you are at the front of the hotel. The freeway rolls all nightI miss the happy hours and enhanced breakfasts of the Drury Inn days. The bathroom sink was slow to drain this time. The ottoman’s pleather has started to delaminate and has seen better days. Wyndham needs to step it up.

We checked in on the later side but the lady that helped us was friendly, informative, quick and helpful! She made check in a breeze. She also had no shortage of recommendations for late night dinner spots, we opted for House of Pies (think Marie Calendar's). When we finally got to our room, it was clean and cool (it was 95 degrees with what felt like 90% humidity). Everything we needed was available, more than enough room for myself and coworker. The beds were comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and no shortage of hot water. The towels were your typical hotel towels, but they worked! We got up early and hit the free breakfast. Bisciut and gravy, sausage links, country potato's and scrambled eggs were the hot items. They also had bagels and bread with assorted jams, jelly and cream cheese. Ceral and breakfast fruits were also available. Coffee, milk and juice was there as well. Some visitors made a plate and headed back to their room, we opted to dine in the spacious dining area. Check out was a breeze! This was my second time staying here and when I come back I'll stay here again! For what its worth, we only stayed one night.

We paid for one room for one night (August 1st) up front using hotels.com. We then gave a credit card when we checked in for incidentals. The hotel then charged us TWICE for the room when we checked in on August 1st without us knowing. So now we’ve paid for one room, three separate times. On August 6th, we realize we have been charged twice more so we call the hotel at about 5:20PM. The woman at the front desk that answers shocks us by actually being rude to us and saying not to worry about it because we were refunded on August 2nd. We tell her that’s not what’s reflected on our account and were we refunded twice because we were insanely charged twice…she then rudely AGAIN she says Well call your bank then. There was ZERO accountability for the hotel charging us two additional times. She was rude from the moment we started talking, she appeared annoyed with us for having the nerve to inquire as to why we paid for a hotel room three times. All it would’ve taken was an acknowledgment that paying for a room three times was crappy…or even just a basic apology for what happened…I couldn’t believe how rude she was from the first moment when we were the ones that got the short end of every stick. She was unprofessional and should not be in any client facing position. Not only will we never stay at any Heritage Inn ever again, we will advise our friends and family to not trust the service at this establishment either. Unbelievable.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We had the do not disturb sign up the first day and we received a handwritten note under the door letting us know who to contact if we needed anything. It was a nice touch!

Well priced, great location next to multiple restaurants as well as the mall and the Woodlands Pavilion .Easy check in with very pleasant staff.Room was a great size, A/C was very cold not noisy. My room was on the 5th floor towards the front of the building . If you are a light sleeper there was noise from the freeway not horrible but in the background. Ask for a room in the back. Breakfast standard fare and a pancake machine.Appreciated the de caf coffee too.Room had a fridge,microwave and a coffee machine.Did not visit the pool.Only complaint the water temperature in the shower not hot warm at best.Appreciated the Handicap parking space so close to the front door with a ramped sidewalk if needed.

We stayed just one night during a recent road trip vacation. The Heritage Inn is a very reasonably priced hotel for this part of Houston (near The Woodlands). The lobby is cheerfully decorated, but the sleeping rooms are strictly functional and plain-looking. We chose a room with queen beds. The beds had only a sheet and very very light duvet. But the sheets were a soft and comfortable fabric. Luckily the AC system in the room was excellent and could be easily adjusted for heat or cooling. Tub and shower were spotlessly clean with good water pressure and body wash, shampoo, and conditioner on the wall. Blackout curtains were available and even though we were just off I-45, the room was very quiet... no traffic noise at all. Breakfast was included and offered from 7-9 AM. Again, not a high end offering, but still... scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and sausage patties were hot. Otherwise, little yoghurts, bananas, slices of bread or sliced bagels (but no toaster) and cereals. Coffee was good. There is an inside pool and hot tub and a small workout room though we didn't use them. Lots of attentive communication from the hotel via text to make sure we had all we needed. All in all, considering the Heritage Inn was really a bargain for that area, I'd say it's a very good deal and comfortable.

It’s close to the Pavillion, so we always stay here when going to concerts. It’s in a safe neighborhood, well lit, easy to find, easy parking & very clean. The staff is super friendly. There’s also access to the parking lot from a side street-which makes it easier than just the one-way access road. We will always stay here.

i loved my stay here, just a few small things could’ve made it better. some streaming services on the tv would be nice, the water temp in the shower was a little finicky & the breakfast didn’t taste too good. other than that a great stay!

Disappointed with the lack of the complimentary manager’s reception, which is what the old Drury Inn used to have (dinner and 2 free drinks) and Expedia still advertising this. However, since they changed to Heritage Inn they no longer offer this so I had to find an alternative way to get dinner before my concert. The property needs some updating the room smelled musty and the heater was on 79 in the summertime when I got to my room. The water from the shower smelled like eggs. A breakfast is ok, I’m glad that they still offer that. The property is quiet and close to Cynthia Woods Mitchell pavilion. The manager is really nice and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was sub par. No bananas, oatmeal, anything to drink since I am not a coffee or tea drinker. The drink machine was out of order all week and 1/2 of the toaster was broken. I received a frozen bagel only after asking the staff since there was only white bread. If you were not there in the first 1/2 hr, you got no yogurt. They should have known what athletes prefer to eat.

We enjoyed our stay but we missed the old Drury. We stayed here a couple years ago when it was The Drury. The Drury had excellent inclusive with happy hour and dinner with rate. But they left and this new place took over. Still same building structure but no happy hour or like the clerk called it "kick backs"... Anyway, we were pleased with nearly everything. The popcorn machine was a little messy and so was breakfast bar around cereal. But we enjoyed the pool and hot tub (little cloudy water). A good deal and good place to stay for concert wknd.

The staff at the front desk was great!… But there was no water pressure for the shower. The ac would not turn down and stayed so hot no matter how low we turned it, so hot that we had to sleep with no covers on and was sweating all night and got zero sleep, it was miserable. Also i booked and paid for a King deluxe suite that showed pictures of it have a separate living room, but it didn’t it was a regular King room.
