Broken elevator, I reserved on third floor and my key card after two days kept stop working. Had to keep going up and down the stairs. Hot tub broken , plastic bag over smoke detector in my room. Property still has broken and dead landscaping from over a year. I go multiple times a year but never again.

Great stay. Staff is very polite and willing to accommodate. Clean rooms, bathrooms, overall property is very well kept. The pool is clean all the amenities (guest gym/ washers and dryers, conference room, pool area, bbq outdoor kitchen area is all clean and in good working order. Very nice hotel

Mostly everything is fine. However, I specifically reserved this hotel because of the hot tub. It was the only one in the area that had a hot tub. I paid extra so we could stay here and have this extra treat for the guys as they work really hard. I was sad to discover that it was difficult to get into the area and that it was broken. The elevator was also broken but that wasn't really the reason for staying here. It was inconvenient but not that big of a deal.

Was given room that was still occupied. Then given a room that was dirty and not clean. Pubic hair on toilet seat, dirty floors, stained couch, and stinky pillow that smelled like dead road kill. HORRIBLE and will not stay there again! We didn’t get a double bed like I booked, but at least we got somewhat of a discount for it after I asked if they would be compensating me for wrong room!

We found a LIVE cockroach in the shower, black mold on the ceiling above the shower and the towels had long black hairs. I’m a redhead. Not mine! The sheets were pillled and rough on the skin. In the corner of the bedroom ceiling was a spider web with a dead moth. Just not very clean.

Condition of the room was disgusting. Couch was stained. Room felt muggy and smelled of mold. We were transferred to another room but the key didnt work. 3rd room was marginally better but had old milk and beer. Its obvious the cleaning is not a priority for this hotel. Overall experience was not pleasant. We will not be staying here again.

I stayed here after the storm since I lost power. It was all I could find. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the building itself needs a lot of work. There were roaches in the lobby and found two in my room. The outside needs some major cleanup as well. Def not worth $100/night.

I'm not sure who is giving this place five-star reviews, but their standards must not be very high. There were stains on the sofa and floor, and the carpet was sticky. We were on the third floor and the ice machine was broken. The halls reeked of weed.

First off the night staff was good but they couldn’t fix issues. I come to a room that had never been locked. It was wide open with a smell. Then the television didn’t work. Night staff came up to try to see if it could be fixed but it couldn’t. He said he didn’t have another available room at my price range to accommodate. So sad that I get a bad experience but no upgrade for less than 7 hours I was going to be there. Horrible experience and not worth what I paid. I deserve a refund for this stay due to all the issues.

Great property but had very very loud people above us. They started stomping and running before 6 am. Called the front desk and they said they’d give them a call. Keep going well past 7 so we called again. Front desk said “they’ve already been told so they should stop soon”. I was then told “they are checking out today anyways”. Well that does not help if I cant sleep. It genuinely sounded like WWE wrestling above us. Overall, super unhappy with how it was handled and how little the front desk girl cared.

Our stay has been good. Our room needed better cleaning upon arrival. It has a bad odor.We couldn't get another double room due to a large group so we had to deal with the smell unfortunately. Our tv doesn't work since arriving. But the comfort is good. I like the quietness of the hotel. They offer breakfast and the coffee is good. It would have been nice to receive a consession or free stay due to the inconvenience. Overall, for the money. Its good.

If first impressions would have counted on my stay, I would have left. Not once, but twice. I’m guessing our person checking us in was not trained or aware of how to determine if a room was ready or not ready for accommodations, but they assigned us to an unprepared room (drinks cups all over the place, bed unmade, a/c off so it was hot, restroom dirty) not once, but twice. The employee was nice about it, but majorly confused, and then they tried to throw another employee under the bus by saying it wasn’t their own fault, but their colleague’s. Just be sorry about the room and fix the problem. Don’t throw someone under the bus. I would have demanded a better room, but I was tired from my drive. Third time was the charm here. The rest of the stay was okay. Not over the top, but left a bad first impression on my group, and me. It made me look bad in my choice of stay.

The hotel claimed that the hotels.com was only to hold the room and that it was not paid in spite of being shown a receipt for payment in full and charged again for the stay. I will have to dispute the double charge with my bank. Please be careful that you are not double charged too. I was told that I do not know what I am talking about. I have been using Hotels.com for well over a decade and this is the first time this has happened to me.The room only had I wash cloth and 2 face towels. No bath towels. Avoid this hotel

There were a few unsavory people in the parking lot who were also staying there. But otherwise everything was pretty good. We did have to change rooms because of a non working a/c, but the 2nd room was just fine. The breakfast was top-notch.

stay was very comfortable. Hotel was clean and staf very friendly. We stayed there 5 days. Housekeeping was very accomodating and took care of our needs. Breakfast was ok-not much variety. Scrambled eggs and sausage one day and scrambled eggs and taco meat the next. That alternated every day. On another note breakfast during week was 6-9 am, however on check out morning, it was not available. We just wanted coffee for the road and at 6:30 Saturday morning breakfast/coffee was not available. not sure of breakfast hours for weekend but it was disappointing

Our stay has been good. Our room needed better cleaning upon arrival. It has a bad odor.We couldn't get another double room due to a large group so we had to deal with the smell unfortunately. Our tv doesn't work since arriving. But the comfort is good. I like the quietness of the hotel. They offer breakfast and the coffee is good. It would have been nice to receive a consession or free stay due to the inconvenience. Overall, for the money. Its good.

Hot tub non functional (not disclosed at check in) Breakfast and coffee were empty by 8:30. Some Gym eqipment was non funtional. No towels or water provided. 3rd floor ice machine out of order. On the upside rooms were good, clean and quiet. Courtyard area is real nice. Neighbor hood good with lots of amenities.

Couldn’t wait for the waffles for breakfast…they were horrible. The batter machine was not working, so the one busy employee had to make the batter and it just wasn’t the same

The toilet was broken and didn’t want to flush in the first room, had to get moved to another room, the other room the toilet was also struggling to flush, low water pressure. We passed by a door that the hinges were broken off like someone had broken into the room. Kind of felt unsafe.

The building appeared to have a Fresh coat of paint and for the most part it was a nice stay. The room was fairly nice and the air conditioner worked great. The bed was super comfortable! The metal tub has some Rust on it and a crack near the Overflow plate but the shower worked great and it was plenty of hot water. The pool is oriented so you can get sun light from morning two evening. The breakfast was an average breakfast for La Quinta. The only real negative, and it really wasn't that bad, they didn't have a record of our booking or our check-in. Someone didn't enter it in the computer apparently. But multiple times early that morning someone knocked on the door and tried to open it once. It messed with my sleep little but the door was locked and no one actually came in. They got it straightened out later that morning. I recommend this place as it nice and quiet
