The room was clean. The kitchen is lacking any supplies. There is nothing in the kitchen to eat on or cook with - basically useless. There isn't even a garbage can. The elevator was dirty - garbage and dust balls on the floor. No bath mat.

I liked this hotel for the most part. The Breakfast times are too short though, the chlorine in the pool is way too strong, and they only have one ice machine in a very inconvenient place.

The property was very new and clean. It had everything we needed. Some concerns about pop machine not working our whole stay, out of orange juice for breakfast for three days, even after I asked, they did not restock pantry they had with anything fresh. Besides the owner, the other staff were not professional at all; couldn’t even get answers out of them about could we get more shampoo. Dressed very unprofessional.

We chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool. My granddaughter loves to swim and doesn't mind if it's cool. However, this pool was freezing. Why bother having a pool if it's unusable.

Very nice man at the front desk when we checked in.. but the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The sink was very slow to drain (and didn't drain at all on the last night of our stay). The floors looked clean, but the bottom of my daughter's feet were brown after an hour without shoes on. We got no replacement toilet paper when they came to clean the room (we ran out), and in the other room, their towels weren't replaced (although they took the used ones out). Breakfast was very limited. I know it's not a fancy or super expensive hotel, but for the price, it should have been better

Fairly new property. Nice parking lot. Check-in was easy. The room was pretty clean but there were stains on the bedspread, couch and chair. The toilet paper holder was broken and a lampshade bracket was missing, both of which should have been repaired before renting the room. It's a good choice for low cost accommodations

I was very impressed with the hotel for the price. Entering the hotel it smelled clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. I chose this hotel based on the reviews because my experiences with Days Inn have been horrible. I highly recommend this hotel. Please keep up the good work and keep it nice, clean and comfy.

The check in process was very complicated and frustrating. Ultimately it was worked out but I am 8 months pregnant and was not able to get into my room for 30 mins until the hotel was able to confirm with Expedia that I had 2 rooms. I had 2 rooms with confirmation numbers but Expedia mixed up the names on the reservation and I was not able to get into my room for 1/2 an hour until it was reconciled. Terrible experience

They were so rude checkout was at 11 at 11:20 the front desk called up to room an ask was we paying for another night I said no we are gathering everything now he responded ok u have 5 minutes to leave the property or we finna. Call the police like literally!!! I will never stay at this place again I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody

The front desk staff needs better training. They take forever to acknowledge you are there and then yell and you and get rude when you make requests. Respectfully, if they do not know how to work the computer system do not put them up there. They are quick to yell at your face but the second you make a valid question they look at you like your stupid. we had an EXTREMELY bad experience where we were needing to leave early (we would leave before the daily checkout time) and they would not refund us the money of the days we wouldn’t use. they kept saying “you make us lose money”. We had to call the police and to them they were nice and polite but beforehand they were rude, loud, not welcoming, and act as if the guests are a bother. DO NOT BOOK HERE

In town for a wedding. 2 popular places nearby Arbor Gate and Hans Crawfish (in season). Created major traffic and arbor gates customers parked up to hotel entrance. It was extremely difficult to get out, could not see and speed limit is high. They should instruct arbor gates to not allow parking up to hotel entrance. Cleanliness was ok. Still leftover food in fridge and the coffee condiments were open and half used. Otherwise beds very comfortable hallway noise was prevalent in the early morning by hotel guest. Beyond control of hotel. But at 8am there was some sort of sawing or drilling that was really loud, not sure why it was necessary to do construction so early. Looked out the hall and there was nothing so we figured it was coming from upper level. Breakfast was not good at all…but plenty of breakfast nearby. So all in all for the price it was a decent stay. As long as you don’t want to sleep late or leave parking lot until arbor gates closes.

I come to visit my elderly mother often. The hotel is clean, smoke free & has a laundry available to use. It ,also, is close proximity to my mother's house, stores & restaurants. The msnagement is friendly & professional. The one disadvantage is if there is a heavy rain, the road to get to them floods. I have only experienced that oncevin the 3 times i have visited in the past 6 months.

Overall it is a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. However when you claim to have a hot breakfast then you should have a hot breakfast. Items provided were not stocked, coffee was sometimes cold, and the only bakery item was bagels.

It was clean and quiet. I didn’t need the staff and I didn’t use any amenities. Great value for a low rate. Close to all the Tomball places to go/do/eat. Do recommend for folks who really just need a clean and quiet place to sleep while they explore the area.

This property is not as advertised. We booked the Suite, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking 640 sq ft. This was not what we received. When I asked at the front desk, I was told "We don't have a room like that and cannot change what was booked on Hotels.com. So we ended up with a Deluxe Room, 2 Queen Beds, Non Smoking 395 sq ft. If the suite doesn't exist, then why is it advertised? If it does exist, why was it not given as booked. The breakfast here is terrible (waffle maker and some old fruit) and the water pressure in the shower will barely get the soap off you. The only thing this property has going it was relatively clean and close to baseball fields.
