Property was clean, pool area was lovely, updated decor. Had one issue with a broken bar stool and owners responded promptly. Appreciated the gated community and the garage parking. Would def return!

The house was perfect with great comfortable beds and furniture! The pool and pool table was so fun and a great way to break up the super hot days. The course in the backyard was great, I was bummed we only got to play it once. Great driving range too. The owners replied quickly and the gated community aspect made it all the more safe feeling. We hope to stay here any time we are in town! It was about a 15 min drive to campus, but since it was move in we were happy to be a bit away from the chaos!
The house was perfect with great comfortable beds and furniture! The pool and pool table was so fun and a great way to break up the super hot days. The course in the backyard was great, I was bummed we only got to play it once. Great driving range too. The owners replied quickly and the gated community aspect made it all the more safe feeling. We hope to stay here any time we are in town! It was about a 15 min drive to campus, but since it was move in we were happy to be a bit away from the chaos!

Stayed four nights for a quick getaway and to see a spring baseball game. Nice place with an outstanding pool area. Great to be able to watch TV outside while sitting in the pool! Owners were very good at getting us all we needed for check in and out.

Really enjoyed our stay. Can’t beat AZ in February! The property was great and the neighborhood was quiet and convenient. Would recommend paying to heat the pool. It was great. We made fun memories using the pool table and relaxing after being out and about. Perfect set up for the 5 of us. Jessica and Michael were great hosts and super responsive to our questions and needs.

Spring training trip with the family. Enjoyed the location close to Sloan Park and easy drive to Talking Stick. The heated pool was worth the money and watching the golfers was extra entertaining. I would recommend stopping by before picking up any food or supplies as other people have left many things

We really enjoyed our stay in Mesa! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see on our trip. The heated pool was super nice since it was only in the 60’s on a couple of days during our vacation.

We were very impressed with the location and the property. Heated pool was perfect after a day out exploring or an afternoon ballgame. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.

The couple who owns this property and the property itself has been nothing less than perfection. What an awesome experience for us first timers visiting Arizona! The owners did an amazing job designing a perfect vacation house. Sheets were so soft, bathrooms and showers were clean and amazing! The best part was the outside entertainment area! A perfect size pool and covered patio with a TV made a day at the pool absolutely fantastic! Watching baseball, grilling out and the kids playing in the pool while we watched golfers was truly a relaxing experience! If we had a question about the house, the owners were very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you for making our trip so awesome!

Nice home and private pool Quiet gated community, easy access to highways. Community pool across the street Neighbors were friendly. Primary bed was very comfy. Didn’t use other bedrooms. Owners were very responsive and cooperative even when we needed to make changes to our arrival and departure dates. We hope to rent this property again next year.

We enjoyed our stay at the house and it had everything that we needed. It was very clean and quiet and enjoyable. Please note that the master bedroom literally faces Tee#3 of the golf course. Make sure you close the shutters to the master bedroom and the curtains in the family room.

The home was exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood on a golf course. The pool was clean and we used it every day. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts checked in with us and were very responsive. 5 stars!

My husband and I found this property to be immaculate and well stocked - there was very little to bring/buy. Sadly, it was a little too chilly to swim (mid February). Be aware that the golf path is just beyond the fence, so expect a pretty consistent stream of golfers nearby. Jennifer, our host, was extremely responsive to any questions/needs and even refunded our pool heating charge, since we were unable to use. Highly recommended property.

We enjoyed the Desert Oasis so much. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was such a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine or do some work. It was truly relaxing back there. Location was great for the swim meet we were attending in Mesa, and in general it was super easy to get around town (highly recommend the Desert Botanical Garden). We found some great restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Jessica was a great communicator and answered all our small questions very quickly (about restaurants, where something was, etc.). Personally, I wanted to stay an extra couple days, just for the peace and quiet! It was tempting, but I had to get home. :(

Overall, this was a perfect house for our family getaway. I few things could have been cleaner/better working order, but overall happy with our stay. We were bummed to see the swing was not there though like in the picture.

We stayed 8 nights and absolutely loved this property. We paid a little extra to heat the pool and it was well worth it. The pool was so warm and inviting - we spent a lot of time in it. The house is very well equipped and has a lovely floor plan - very spacious. Jessica and Michael were extremely responsive and communicated really well. We’re already talking about returning later this year and next year! Thanks for helping make our trip spectacular - we got married while there and it turned into a great honeymoon. Vicki

Had a great stay here. Great location to grocery stores and a few restaurants. Played golf at Dobson ranch which was good. Fairly close to airport as well. The house had everything we needed. Pool quite refreshing after a game of golf. Was nice to sit out and watch tv outside. Would definitely stay here again.

The vacation rental was excellent. We very much enjoyed the stay, and it is right next to the golf course. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and backyard very relaxing. We had one problem with the outside TV which the owners quickly rectified. Would rent again certainly.

The property was PERFECT for what we needed while staying in Mesa for the Pickleball National Championships at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Just a 15 minute drive away. The house matched the description perfectly. The hosts where absolutely wonderful to deal with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Denny

The property is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Everything you need is already on the property, but if by chance you are missing anything it will be with a couple of miles. Jessica and Michael are fantastic hosts and we took their recommendations on places to eat. Don’t hesitate….if you’re on the fence about somewhere to stay local to Mesa, Phoenix/Scottsdale, then you WILL NOT be disappointed.

My family had a great time visiting the area for spring training. I would definitely recommend staying at this property. This was our second time staying at the property. The house was perfect with great comfortable beds and furniture! The pool and pool table was so fun and a great way to break up the super hot days. The course in the backyard was great, I was bummed we only got to play it once. Great driving range too. The owners replied quickly and the gated community aspect made it all the more safe feeling. We hope to stay here any time we are in town! It was about a 15 min drive to campus, but since it was move in we were happy to be a bit away from the chaos!

My family of five stayed for a few days in June and had a wonderful time swimming, playing pool and visiting family nearby. The home is in a quiet and well-kept neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Most of all, the host was so friendly and kind. I had no issues during my stay but I’m sure if I had she would have taken care of them immediately.

The property was PERFECT for what we needed while staying in Mesa for the Pickleball National Championships at the Arizona Athletic Grounds. Just a 15 minute drive away. The house matched the description perfectly. The hosts where absolutely wonderful to deal with. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Denny

Spring training trip with the family. Enjoyed the location close to Sloan Park and easy drive to Talking Stick. The heated pool was worth the money and watching the golfers was extra entertaining. I would recommend stopping by before picking up any food or supplies as other people have left many things

We enjoyed the Desert Oasis so much. The home was clean, the beds were very comfortable. The backyard was such a nice place to sit and have a glass of wine or do some work. It was truly relaxing back there. Location was great for the swim meet we were attending in Mesa, and in general it was super easy to get around town (highly recommend the Desert Botanical Garden). We found some great restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. Jessica was a great communicator and answered all our small questions very quickly (about restaurants, where something was, etc.). Personally, I wanted to stay an extra couple days, just for the peace and quiet! It was tempting, but I had to get home. :(

We really enjoyed our stay in Mesa! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and see on our trip. The heated pool was super nice since it was only in the 60’s on a couple of days during our vacation.

Had a great stay here. Great location to grocery stores and a few restaurants. Played golf at Dobson ranch which was good. Fairly close to airport as well. The house had everything we needed. Pool quite refreshing after a game of golf. Was nice to sit out and watch tv outside. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice home and private pool Quiet gated community, easy access to highways. Community pool across the street Neighbors were friendly. Primary bed was very comfy. Didn’t use other bedrooms. Owners were very responsive and cooperative even when we needed to make changes to our arrival and departure dates. We hope to rent this property again next year.

Great stay, comfortable beds. The only suggestion I would have is better room darkening curtains in the room on the side of the house with the double doors. Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep past 5am.

Upon arrival, the property was easy to find with the instructions sent by the host! Upon entry we noticed a very, very nice property!We noticed a couple of small issues, and they were discussed, and immediately corrected by host. As a majority, the place was clean, and ready for our arrival. Checkout was painless and very easy.

The property and hosts get a 10 from us. This location is close to everything you need to visit the Phoenix area. House is in a gated, very quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, well maintained, had all appliances, cooking tools, dishes, etc that you would need as you would in your own home. Hosts provided all the arrival and departure information in a timely manner. If you are the visiting anywhere in the Phoenix area, this is the place to call home.

We really enjoyed this place. It's in a quiet location that's easily accessible to and from Mesa and Phoenix. The pool and outdoor sitting area have a great set-up, including the opportunity to chat with golfers throughout the day. Having use of the garage was appreciated to get the vehicle out of the sun, too. We'd definitely stay here again. The only downside was getting a daily charge to heat the pool, but the pool was not heated for our first day/night there. The host was quick to respond and get the error corrected for Day 2, though.

We loved our stay here, the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Loved the pool and backyard area and it was fun having a pool table inside. We would definitely book this house again in the future.
