Comfort Inn Lehi - Thanksgiving Point Area

The beds and pillows was nice and the breakfast was average. The only complaint is the pool was freezing cold.

Indoor Pool not heated. Freezing and unusable. After we had been swimming in it for a while, one of the managers came out to let us know that the chemicals in the pool we’re not balanced, and we should get out immediately.

Elevator wasn't working. Everything else was good.

Place is over priced, hallways were dirty, our room had a broken bathroom door. The pool was cold and hot tub not working. There was a sign stating it was down. We didnt feel unsafe while staying there and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast was probably the best part of the experience. Probably won't stay again.

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Disappointed with the amenities. Hot tub did not work and the equipment in the workout room did not work. There is hardly any space in the room to use the only thing you could use, the free weights.

Very friendly check in. She was patient with my mother. The pool was super cold. The hot tub helped warm me up afterwards. The bed was comfortable and it was nice to grab a quick breakfast before heading out.

Room was clean, bed firm but comfortable. Room was quiet. Pool was not operable, hot tub didn't have working jets but was open. Exercise room was small but nice. Breakfast was standard fare, but juice was warm and mostly water. Front desk was non-talkative. Fine value for the price and easy access from freeway.

I booked this property specifically for the hot tub. The hot tub was out for ROUTINE maintenance which they did NOT disclose on Expedia, nor upon check in. When I asked about the tub they said it was not available for painting and I could drive to a nets by community center and buy a day pass there if I wanted a hot tub. The outside was dirty with overflowing trash cans and litter in the lot. Finally, there was blood on my sheets (see pix). I complained and was promised a refund by the manager (owner?) who has reneged. Avoid the bait and switch, crooked, filthy, rip-off joint.

Our trip to Lehi was not to bad. We stayed in a single queen room, it was roomy enough for a pack and play for my baby. I will say though that we found really big scary looking spiders in the bathroom. Im not sure whether they were harmful or not but stil not a comforting thing. The bed wasnt horrible but our room was way hot. We had the Ac blowing all the time. We decided to go to the pool and it was ice cold we got in with our little one and she started crying. I thought i was being a wimp but she confirmed that i was not. My husband also thought that it was ridiculously cold. I told the front desk and they didnt even care. I forgot my blanket there and my daughter had surgery and we arent from the area so i called to have them mail it to me and they said they cant. I told them i would pay for the shipping and they said they cant take it to the post office. Dude you have packages dropped off at the front all the time, I know you can also send a package. Ive seen pther hotels do it.

You get what you pay for, dirty bedding, dirty carpet throughout hotel, dirty elevator, etc.

The sheets were stained and there was garbage from the previous people still out

It was convenient to get to after a long day of driving. Staff was accommodating. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good

It is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean. Enjoyed morning breakfast.The staff was very nice.

The lobby looked run down, furniture worn and hallway carpets were very dirty. The elevator and the room itself had a horrible smell I couldn't identify, not sure if it was the cleaner they use of what, but it was NOT good. I expected more from a COMFORT hotel. I will not stay there again....LaQuinta is Never in this described condition, and they will get my business from now on.

2 of the rooms we stayed in had bed bugs and 2 people ended up with bites and rashes from the bed bugs.

There was someone in a room near ours that was either smoking in the room or just outside the room but the smell was so strong the entire hallway smelled like smoke. We could smell it in our room. We asked for a change of room and were told there was nothing they could do. Without the manager actually seeing them smoke in the room, they would do nothing. A different room on another floor would have been great but that suggestion was rejected saying there was nothing they could do. Ended up spending most of the evening and next day somewhere else due to the smell. Unfortunate.

Bathroom was filthy sand had mold on the ceiling . Housekeeping was horrible . I wouldn’t stay here again !

Although it’s close to the freeway, the rooms are quiet! Thanksgiving staff was very friendly.

Check in went well. We got into our room, unpacked, only to realize the toilet doesn’t flush, the tank had to be manually filled. The hot tub was warm, but the jets didn’t work. Later, we found out the tv doesn’t work. It would freeze up. Breakfast was fairly decent, but when we went back to our room to get ready to check out, we were locked out of our room. Would not recommend

The bed was so uncomfy. I could feel the springs in my back, and it felt like sleeping on the ground. Our neighbors were also so loud and kids were screaming in the hallway at 1 am. The day we checked out, we got housekeeping banging on our day to see if we had checked out starting at 9 am and they came a couple more times before we checked out by 11 am which was the check out time. Also, there’s only one cart for the whole hotel to carry your luggage around. When I went down to grab a cart, there wasn’t one, so I went back to grab all of my stuff and it was only 10:30 am ( a half hour before checkout) and I had already been locked out and my keys didn’t work. I was on the third floor, so I had to go all the way back down to fix my card and then back up and do two trips for my luggage. Would never stay here again.

This was a great hotel for the cost. Nice room, quiet and spacious. Would recommend this property.

AC didn’t work properly. I booked a room because the AC went out in our own home.

The bed was so hard. Uncomfortable night. The property was in good repair & the breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Hot tub was nice & clean. If the bed hadn't been so uncomfortable, I would have given it 4 stars.

I wish I could give more stars because the staff was amazing. The room was worn but spotless! Everything was so clean! Unfortunately, I have literally never slept on a more uncomfortable bed. It felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. I ended up folding the duvet in half and using it as additional padding to lay on top of and was able to get a little better sleep. Obviously, sleeping is the key part of a hotel stay and I’m rating primarily on this. Breakfast was fresh and hot with many options. Every staff member who I passed greeted me and was very polite.

I have never stayed at a hotel that has such thin walls. You could hear guests breathing in the next room.

Hard uncomfortable bed.

The mattresses felt like you were sleeping on a board. The breakfast was nothing to be proud of.

Property needs complete update. Musty smell throughout, fans in corners try to keep air flow, elevator did not work our 2nd morning & when I told front desk I was told “well it worked about an hour ago”. Requested complete room service & no re stock of coffee, tissues, toilet paper or cups. We won’t return-

Friendly staff. Would suggest more hooks near sink area for toiletry bag to make it easier to use small sink space. Also our key card stopped working before checkout time.

Terrible, rude front desk attendant. She made a mistake checking me in, then took 40 minutes to fix it. Never apologized and was even indignant. Yelled and used profanity when I asked why it’s taking so long. Worst customer service.

The front desk clerk literally said like 2 words the entire stay and check in process. Not welcoming. Not friendly. The same employee was covering the front desk the whole 3 days we were there.

I have stayed at this location many times and have enjoyed it. Everything about my last stay was great except for the front desk employee. He took care of my needs, accommodating me when I asked for a change so I could get a bath tub, but he barely said two words to us. If I were to hear he was a very sick man I would understand it because he never smiled, never said anything but what he had to for basic communication, and just seemed to be having a series of bad days.

The rooms and hotel in general were fairly clean but the front desk was a little slow with checking us in and out of our room. We had one incident where the plugs next to the mirror didn’t work but for the price we payed it was well worth it. The Breakfast was really nice, especially the lady in charge of it, she was super kind and helpful. It was a really good experience

From the moment we entered to check in. No hello and the front desk didnt ask for ID. So anyone could lf gotten my reservation. They also made sure to say my room number outloud which is a huge violation of safety. Power outlets in room didnt work. Bed was roxk hard and when i asked for more pillows as ours were gross. The response was you can ask tomorrow. Breakfast was gross. Walked out as it was not fresh. Front desk in the morning didnt care of my problems. Comfort innn. More like.uncomforatable everything.

We arrived to the hotel to be greeted by the most unfriendly and unprofessional staff member I have encountered. A lady was checking in before me and when she was told the elevator was not working she asked for a different room as she had a child in a wheelchair. The worker sighed, rolled their eyes and acted very annoyed that they had to look into a different room. As I was checking in the worker acted like I was wasting their time and it was inconvenient for them to assist us. We were given a room on the third floor. Once we got into the room we found that the sheets on the bed were covered in hairs, there was trash left in the garbage cans and the bathroom light did not stay on unless you held it in the up position. I originally went down to talk to the worker about switching rooms, however once I got back to the desk the worker ignored me and would not look up from their book. Eventually they did, not without making sure I knew it was an inconvenience for them, so l asked for a refund for the weekend. The worker stated that they would put in a request for the refund however no additional contact has been made and we have not gotten our money back. We were at the hotel for a maximum of 30 minutes. I have attempted to call the hotel to speak to the manager directly multiple times but each time have been told that they have gone for the day. Stay away from this one!

The property was well located by the expressway and shopping/eating places. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend

Great place really close to Thanksgiving Point

Conveniently located next to I-15 with lots of eating choices and shopping near by.

Convenient access to the freeway with multiple eating establishments nearby. The hotel was clean, staff friendly and one of the better morning breakfast.

This hotel was comfortable. The breakfast was small but adequate. There was a waffle maker for those who love waffles. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We walked to the grocery store across the street which was convenient.

Close to food & gas stations... super easy access to the interstate

The hotel is very easy to get on and off the interstate.

Close to I-15

It was centrally located and conveniently near a highway entrance for all travel plans. Yet it didn’t cause any noise problems.

We had an early morning sporting event to attend nearby, so the location was great. Check-in was efficient. Parking was more than ample and convenient. Though located off a busy intersection, the hotel (and our room) was quiet and clean. Breakfast was early enough to grab it on our way out in the morning.

Comfortable room, clean. Breakfast was better than most places. I will stay again.

The breakfast was not good at all. They were watering down the waffle mix to the point of muddy-clear. They were out of some condiments. There were holes in the sheets
