When staying in Lehi this is my preferred hotel. Solid free breakfast each morning. Pool and gym. Walking distance and free shuttle rides to nearby restaurants and shops. My only request is better pillows. Too flat and limited options.

The hotel in general was great! Fire pit was awesome and pool and hot tub were clean. Beds were terrible, just not comfortable. Hotel staff were rude especially the lady at the bar. If you didn’t keep an open tab she treated you like a bum and took forever on small things like ice water…

This property was so nice and the room was amazing! We loved how spacious it was. Breakfast was so yummy and the Starbucks was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing (but wasn’t a huge deal) was the jets for the hot tub did not work but that was nothing bothersome at all.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Under the toilet lid, there were urine stains. The doap they provided for washing hands was previously used one by other guests as it was opened and you can see it was pre-used. Bed sheets didnt feel clean.

Staff was great, room was nice. The only negative (which I didn’t expect at a Hyatt) was the “micropillows”. The pillows are so small and it was so incredibly uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep well. I usually sleep like a baby so that was super disappointing. Tv was a good size, towels were nice, breakfast was good. Just down one Star because of those pillows.

Very convenient for shopping at the Tanager Outlets. The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the water looked murky, but the pool was fun for the kids. Beds were a little too hard, and the door to the bathroom is a slide door with easy ability to lock from the outside, which was very annoying because our 4-year-old kept locking it on us…. A regular door would have been better and also no way to keep kids in our room. Wish there would have been a lock up above for those that have little ones that love to explore… other than that, staff was excellent. Food could have been a bit better - maybe a waffle machine or pancake machine? That way food would be a little more fresh, but overall…. 3 for us.

The only thing I was frustrated with was that we ordered a mountain/city view room, and we were greeted with the top of the roof and air conditioning units that pretty much blocked everything. Also we were right next to the elevator, which I know is unfortunately unavoidable in some cases and people were going up and down that thing all night long. I didn't get much sleep. The beds were comfy, and the room was very nice. The shower head was cheap, but worked fine. It was an overall positive experience.

The hotel staff were exceptional! The main issue was noise throughout the day and night from all the young kids you could easily hear through the walls. The bed was also not terribly comfy. However the room and hotel were very clean and friendly staff.

The hotel staff were very helpful with everything. However, our biggest complaint would be the A/C. When we arrived at the room, the temperature of the room was 78°. The temperature of the room was set to 77° with the outside temp being 95°. Not very welcoming. We quickly changed the set temp to 68. We left and returned a few hours later and the temp of the room had only gone down to 75° even though the room temperature was set to 68°. I notified the hotel staff and they instructed us to shut the A/C off and let’s sit for 5 min and then turn back on. It seemed to work temporarily. We were able to finally get the temperature down to 72° at the lowest by morning despite the temp being set to 68. The hot water temperature was also not so hot. I guess this is the counteract the hot temp in the room so you can cool yourself down. Our 2nd night we arrived back to our room in the evening and again 77° in the room. We shut the air conditioning off as instructed and turned it back on. It took several hours to get it down to 73°. By morning time it was down to 72, despite being said to 68°. I had to get up multiple times in the evening to shut the air conditioning off and restart. And again the hot water was not so hot. The hotel is also located along a major interstate and major highway. One would think that a hotel near a busy street would have good soundproofing. Not so, you could hear just about every vehicle passing by the hotel as well as all of your neighbors coming and going.

We typically stay at a different hotel in the area every time we go through but after a suggestion from a family member, we’ve been converted! Hotel staff was so great and accommodating, the rooms are so spacious, checking in and out was a breeze and my kids loved breakfast! This will be a new regular stop for us in the future.

I stay at the Hyatt every time I visit my family in Utah. The staff are absolutely lovely without exception. The bar has a decent selection and it’s a welcome respite after 12 hours of family time. See you guys next time I’m in town!

Very nice property in a great location. The woman who checked us in was professional and welcoming and the process went quickly. For the not-so-good news. At 10:15 pm, the guests in the room above us (we were on the first floor) were doing something that involved a lot of heavy impacts on the floor, which caused a lot of loud booms in our room (like a large child jumping off the furniture onto the floor), We tolerated it for quite a while, but finally called the front desk and told the man who answered that it had been going on for a while, it was getting late and we found it disturbing. He promised to go "walk the floor" and look for the source (even though we clearly identified it as the room above ours). Forty minutes later, it was approaching 11 pm and the noise had not abated. I called the desk and again requested the staff to request that the guests in that room respect the other people in the hotel and settle down. He promised to go up "right away" and ask them to stop. They finally did - by no means right away - but I wish the staff had been a good bit more assertive from the start. This was the only issue in an otherwise comfortable and enjoyable stay - hardly the hotel's fault, but it could have been handled in a much more timely manner.

We’ve been loyal guests of Hyatt Place Traverse Mountain for years, but unfortunately, this recent stay made it clear we won’t be returning. The property has seen a noticeable decline in both service and overall quality. We booked a 3-night stay with a fully trained service animal. I proactively offered to provide documentation at check-in, but was told it wasn’t necessary. Despite this, we were charged a “pet cleaning fee” after checkout—something that not only violates ADA guidelines but was entirely unwarranted. Our service dog was quiet, clean, and caused no disruption or damage. The noise throughout the hotel was relentless. Guests were loud at all hours—kids running through the halls, stomping, doors constantly slamming, and shouting around the hotel and pool late into the night and early mornings. Even with earplugs, we were woken up repeatedly. When we raised the issue with staff, we were told there was nothing they could do. Max of 4 hours of sleep per night. Water pressure in the shower was very poor and the water never got better than a warm temp. Housekeeping skipped our room entirely on 2nd day when we were gone by 9:30am with the “Do Not Disturb” removed from door. When we returned at 10pm the room didn't get touched. This hotel used to offer reliability and comfort. Sadly, it now feels neglected, noisy, and poorly managed. At $200+ per night, there are far better options in the area. This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever experienced.

Really bad experience with Marcus, the weekend manager....TERRIBLE customer service. Bad enough that we cannot recommend staying here. Too bad, Hyatt Places are usually a sure fire great stay...but this experience with our rooms being changed on us twice in the same day and then getting to the property to find out they had been changed again despite Marcus's assurances...not good. Furthermore, they did not return our calls ti duscuss after they stay. Brut poorly managed property...and no we won't be back so they can try and make it up to us next time.

Front desk was empty for 15 plus minutes while we tried to checkout at 9:30 am. Hotel staff never responded to our messages on the app or answered the phone when we called. Breakfast stops at 9 am midweek is a bit early for families. Room cleanliness was ehh. Hotel lobby looks nice but rooms are run down. Location is great BUT there are also several other hotels nearby. Worst part was the the air circulation poor and affected our health. We’ve stayed here once before but will probably pick a different hotel in the future

Breakfast was supposed to be good, got up went down at 9 there was nothing left , all pans were empty and other guests left as well.. I went to another place to eat, not happy, when you tell someone the breakfast is good when they check in, you may want to do better, at least have some food, I waited for ten minutes and they never came to check on the others do we all left,.

Pros: Great service. Clean rooms. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Great breakfast. Amazing wings. Cons: Walls are never soundproof when doors like this kinda slam shut. But better than many other hotels. No microwave unless you request it. No stove.

Overall it was a lovely hotel and the front desk girl was very sweet. Check in was 3pm and our room wasn't ready until 4pm. Which became a little inconvenient since we had somewhere to be. The front desk girl let us use the gym while we waited which was nice. On our last night we ordered food from their bar a hamburger, pizza, and parmesan fries. The food was absolutely disgusting. It was huge waste of money. We couldn't even eat it. It also took them 40 mins to make it. It is nice to be close to a lot of shops and food places. The free breakfast was good.

This property was so nice and the room was amazing! We loved how spacious it was. Breakfast was so yummy and the Starbucks was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The only thing (but wasn’t a huge deal) was the jets for the hot tub did not work but that was nothing bothersome at all.

The reason we stayed here is to get out of the heat from our home. The a/c unit was terrible. Even 12 hours later the room still felt hot and uncomfortable. I was disappointed there were not plates in the breakfast area during breakfast hours. It’s a frustrating experience and I won’t be coming back to this location.

We always stay at this hotel when visiting Lehi. It is clean, quiet, and the staff is always friendly. The breakfast is always top notch too, with lots of great options. It is close to restaurants and shopping and close to the freeway.
