I think this property used to be nice, but has not been maintained for quite some time. Used to have breakfast but only coffee now. Used to have a pool but not anymore. Our space was okay but I kept having to go fetch things. More towels - we were given 2 in a room that sleeps 6 - more pillows - there were only 4 total in a room with a fold out couch - and I didn’t go fetch a cup for the coffee maker but that was also missing. I’d definitely say skip this one!

room was filthy. after i have to pay an extra 50.00 deposit so this hotel can charge ME for a dirty room? Stains all over the carpet and chairs. 1 bar on mini soap and 1 each of liquid shampoo, and liquid soap. Not enough for barely 1 person to get a good shower. 1 cup of coffee. The [pool was shut down. Breakfast consisted of 2 flavors of dry packaged oatmeal the kind you put in boiling water and some juice. Pretty disappointing after along day of travel....

We did not stay. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Room did not look like the website. The manager refused to give us a refund. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

The beds were ok but one had some random stains on them. And there was no breakfast and the pool is closed as I heard permanently. The room and bathroom were decently clean.

If you have a trailer or oversized vehicle DO NOT BOOK here. I booked online thinking there was an adjacent lot large enough for truck and 30 ft trailer. I got to the hotel, parked in the adjacent lot, CHECKED IN and THEN was informed the adjacent lot was private and sensitive to vehicles parking there and would tow. I drove around the block looking for additional parking—there was none to be found. I attempted to park in the hotels woefully inadequate lot for the number of rooms they have, didn’t work. So I went back in and asked for my money back. The desk attendant refused. I explained the situation that I needed somewhere with a larger area to park this rig, and he refused again. I had Expedia call, he still refused. It was handled very poorly by the staff: He could have offered to refund my money in the beginning, or at least some options when I was checking in. But no, it’s all about the money. He gave one suggestion—could you try and fit your trailer in one space? Right. Um no, have you ever even driven a trailer dude? I ended up staying at the Motel 6.

The hot tub and pool were not working and no breakfast.

The pool was out of service

This a great value for a quick overnight stay. Shame the pool is closed indefinitely.

Parking easy, rooms comfortable, good value for price paid, however, downsides were that the "breakfast" was only juice, coffee, tea, and oatmeal packets, and pool looks like it's been out of service for a while.

Let's start out by saying you get what you pay for. Furniture in room was all broken. Floor was filthy. Shower curtain rod broken and hanging down. Tooth paste on mirror and wall. Stains on bed covers and chair by desk. Coffee maker did not work.

The hotel has bed bugs and wouldn't give Me My money back And was extremely Unprofessional and disrespectful

Creepy/dirty parking lot. Right off the highway with terrible traffic noise. The place was dirty! Garbage on the floor behind the wastebasket in my room. Dead bugs & hair on the nightstand. Hair on refrigerator top.

I’m not a complainer. I know it’s a cheaper hotel, but when I got to my room and started to get comfortable I found blood on the pillow case. The staff gave me a new pillow case and that’s as far as the customer service went.

Do not stay here. There was blood on the mattress protector. The tissue holder had used towel paper in it. There was pee on the wall. The carpet was dirty.

The room had not been cleaned. It looked like all they had done was change the towels, make the beds, and wore down the bathroom counter. The floor was filthy. At least one of the beds had dirty sheets, and, though the towels were folded and neat, they smelled a little weird. We asked for our money back and changed hotels. The man at the front desk didn't even ask why.

Bedbugs! I was bitten by bedbugs all over my arms, upper thighs and my face (my eye was swollen shut) avoid this place at all costs. Front desk staff told me I just had an allergic reaction which was not true. Save your money and go rest up elsewhere.

BEWARE BED BUGS as soon as i entered the room, it has a strange smell like bleach or chemicals. Couldn’t sleep at night and kept feeling something on me, checked the mattress under the fitted sheet and it was infested with live and dead bed bugs.

This place is so smelly and dirty that I have never stayed anywhere this dirty.

The parking lot is tiny. Several cars had to park in a neighboring lot. Otherwise it was decent. Clean rooms, very spacious, good price.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the television remote, the staff on duty at the front desk took care of it right away. My only complaint was that the a/c would not blow as cold or fast as I would have liked. I woke up several times during the night in a sweat. It was close to dinning and shopping.

Disappointed that the pool wasnt available. Loved the room, it was very spacious

The building comes across as run down. The blanket on our bed had an obvious tear at the top. The carpet felt gross if you walked around with bear feet and the air conditioner was so loud you had to raise your voice to talk over it. Also the breakfast item was an off brand granola bar.

Toilet leaked on the floor. Door doesnt seal shut. Internet is basically dial up. Very cheap. However, maybe at $50 per night this is acceptable?

Great staff, walls seem to be a little thin but for the money it's a great value.

Had to be changed in room first room had problems with the toilet, microwave, air-conditioning, and carpet very warn out. Second room problems with toilet carpet waren not really clean

I know you only get what you pay for and it was just one night but this was pretty basic accommodations. Room keys from previous occupant were still on the dresser and a pill was on the floor. You could tell from the grit on the floor with bare feet it hasn’t been swept in a while. Noisy

The room was clean and the service was good. The room was super basic—no nightstands or lamps. The tile in the bathroom was cracked (but it had been repaired). Only two towels. It was a no-smoking hotel but the room and bedding still had a faint smell of cigarette smoke.

We had a huge room. Great for the price.

We entered the hotel and Tau was on the phone letting a customer know that he would not reduce the cost of a room any further for military personnel. Initially, he was respectful. After continued conversation he began arguing with the customer and engaged in rude response. Our room had clean beds, but the pillows looked haphazardly thrown on the bed causing us to wonder if it had been cleaned properly. The toilet was in need of repair and was running and the tank refilled every minute or so. We turned on the air conditioner to try and drown out the sound of the toilet and went to sleep. At 1am we heard sounds of screaming children and adults banging around outside our door. After about 20 min and the screaming and talking and banging around, I got up to see what was going on. I realized it was the room adjoining ours and so we loudly knocked on the adjoining door as a gesture to be quiet. We also called the front desk. We heard their phone ring but the noise continued. Over an hour of screaming children and adults moving about loudly and we were now wide awake. We packed our things at 2am and went down to the front desk to request a refund. Tau was there and immediately said there would be no refund and that he couldn’t help that there were children in the room next door. I asked again to please consider a refund as the room was unacceptable even before we were woken in the middle of the night. He refused. Spend the extra twenty bucks and get a decent room elsewhere.

STAY AWAY! We just checked out early rather than stay, even though we prepaid for the room. My daughter got sick and threw up on the floor. Kids, right? We cleaned it up. And I mean I did, because they wouldn’t give us cleaning supplies, so I went and bought my own. They wouldn’t give us sheets, so my kids slept on a bed with no sheets. The sink also had a leak, so maintenance had to come in our room in the morning. When I brought all this up to the front desk, the manager told us that there was nothing he would do. Not only would we not be compensated for such a horrible stay, but they would not even change rooms. I’m military on a fixed budget just visiting my kids on leave, so I don’t have a ton of money, but I have never had worse service at a hotel, and I’ve stayed at thousands of hotels since I travel constantly. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE.

Booked through expedia, fine. Checked in and was told about the deposit. Also fine. What I am completely not fine with is the charge added without my knowledge or approval for a pet fee. This was a separate charge from the deposit. My "pet" is my qualified and badged service animal. Not an emotional support animal, a SERVICE DOG. When I called to ask about it I was scolded for not disclosing I had an animal. Besides the fact that I was not asked if I had one there is not any easily viewed signage nor anything in the paperwork I had to sign about animals. (I did recheck the front desk, there is one small sign that says something along the lines of "we accept pets, there may be a fee"). It's illegal both to charge for a service animal AND to charge my card after the fact without my knowledge or consent.

Staff at this location was by far better than at any property I stayed in all over Salt Lake City Valley in the last year and I stay at this hotels every other week. My a/c was not working so good so I called downstairs and explain to them, they told me they had no other rooms to put me in so they send this amazing gentleman to look at it. It was around 11 pm and I knew we wouldn’t get any sleep if something is not done. I think his name was Miguel. He was so friendly and understanding and told me if I am ok with him replacing the entire a/c unit in my room. I said yes please whatever he needs to do. He said usually it takes him 30-45 min but he will work fast. I thought why not as long as I am in bed by midnight ! This gentleman went and brought that whole brand new unit , removed the old unit that big box so fast we were in wow. It felt like watching a tv show. Within 10 minutes he was done. He saw I had kids with me and told me at the end normally they don’t do this but he really respected us for respecting him showing up that late and just plane for displaying positive energy towards him. My teenage kids couldn’t believe how respectable he was towards us. I told My kids later treat everyone with respect if you want kindness to return to you. Even if the person is rude we don’t judge because we don’t know what’s going on in their life. Miguel wished my kids great game day and my daughter scored an amazing goal, on our way home she told me this was for Miguel.

The hotel has seen better days, but it's definitely not made up for with service. We were charged $50 with no notice, no reason. You think this won't happen to you? Stay here and find out. You'll have the discomfort of having to argue with a hardened and savvy manager, or try to dispute with credit card, or leave a review that won't pass approval. Avoid.

Good location close to the highway

I love how convenient the location is- being right off the freeway makes transit extremely easy for me! The staff is fantastic too—extremely solid and always incredibly accommodating.

For a traveler, it is perfect, right by the freeway and plenty of good restaurants and shopping, I felt safe there and would recommend it to all.

This is a basic, older hotel with great location to the I15 and with a comfy bed. Front desk staff was very helpful.

Excellent proximity to highway…

Everything was very nice. Easy check in. No complementary breakfast. Easy and on freeway location.

The room was large and comfortable. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The maid did not refill the coffee pods either morning but desk staff quickly took care of it. The motel is located next to a freeway, which was very convenient but a bit noisy. If I am in the area again I would stay there.

Was disappointed to find what was advertised as breakfast (continental) was a package of instant oatmeal. No hand soap in the room. Filthy ironing board cover.

The property listed there was breakfast. Unfortunately coffee, juice, and chocolate chip chewy bar was all they had. Don’t think that could be considered breakfast let alone continental breakfast.

Desk clerks just sat on their phones. Check-in was fine but not real friendly. "Breakfast" was an absolute joke. Price was about right for what there is.

“Breakfast” is literally tea, coffee and oats. Wouldn’t give us good option for late checkout for more than 20 minutes. Location was okay I guess, room was also decent

The “free breakfast” has coffee. Only coffee. Which I do not drink. Very disappointed.

On the website, it says breakfast included but there is no breakfast, only coffee and tea so do not advertise breakfast.

Hallway and room were dirty. Breakfast was advertised but only had instant oatmeal and a little juice. Having a check in at 3 and the room to be as dirty as it was left a lot to be desired.
