Only problem we had with this property, no Hot water for showers, turned the hot water all the way on and it was just lukewarm, was warmer in early morning than late in afternoon. Hot tube was extremely hot The motel transfer guy was awesome

Four Point is a great hotel very close to the airport. It was amazing clean for a hotel near the airport. The room was very neat and the staff was excellent. The shuttle staff was also very friendly. There were also a number of families enjoying the pool.

After a week of RVing, we had high hopes for this hotel as we "returned to civilization" before our flight home. The hotel itself was clean. The staff were all super friendly. The rooms had noncarpeted floors which is always a plus for us. However, the lighting was very inadequate for the room and it was pretty dark even with all of the lights on. The pool could have used a little attention as there were used paper cups by the hot tub and flaming hot cheetos on the floor that were being consumed by fire ants. I blame the other hotel guests for that, but this is a poor look for the facility. We ate at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday night and they ran out of salad AND chicken. Therefore, my wife who wanted a chicken caesar salad was S.O.L. It was not busy by any means. My wife ended up not wanting anything else. Our server tried her best to accommodate, but this was pretty unfortunate for a hotel restaurant. We substituted steak for the chicken alfredo that my 6 y/o daughter wanted (which they were nice enough to comp due to the inconvenience) however, the steak came out medium rare vs medium well as we requested. The blood was on the alfredo pasta. We sent it back to be cooked a little bit more for my daughter and it came back as a medium at best. Still had the blood on the pasta. My daughter didn't want to eat it and she went to bed hungry as did my wife. If you like a dark room, have no plans eating on site, and like upset female family, then you will enjoy your stay.
