I was here for a surgery. So, the Hospital discount for a room would have been great to know. But other than that, it was a nice hotel, kids enjoyed the pool.

We had no WiFi and no television for 24 hour. Our window was covered for all our stay so we couldn’t see the outside. And at all time we had the smell of paint that was coming from outside.

Services were down, so there was no wifi, no television, and the people at the front desk couldn’t check anyone in, so anytime we left the room they had to unlock it for us.

Great location off the highway, safe, well lit and easy access. We drove with a 9x12 in tow and could park it next to a truck with a boat in tow without any issues or extra charge that we noticed from the other hotels in the Salt Lake area. The internet was reliable and fast, beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The water pressure was perfect and plenty of warm water. The only thing was a small corner in the bathroom which could do with some elbow grease and clean to have made it a perfect stay.

Decent location, I was able to walk over to a couple little restaurants and a garage that had snacks and such. The pool was great, and the fitness center had the essentials. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay.

No problems with this stay. Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Excellent variety of breakfast items and beverage choices. Parking area was well lit. No issues with the room, water heater or pressure. Enjoyed the pool area and the room was comfortable.

The power went out during our stay and we had to leave to another hotel, after they charged me 60$ more than the website booking showed. The manager was rude and kept calling my room to ask if I was leaving to another hotel. They offered no money back and did not even refund me the money they told me they had to hold onto to. Would never book with this hotel again, ever!

We stayed here while on a road trip and this hotel was one of our favorites. Great pool that our kids loved swimming in after a long day on the road. Their breakfast options were plentiful and a great way to fuel up before spending another day driving to our destination. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The breakfast had horrible fresh fruit and almost no hot food. The front desk was not helpful with multiple noise complaints from our neighbors. The bed was old and I could feel the springs in it. The lamp shades and other areas were dusty upon arrival. The towels had multiple stains on them.

I found two small cockroaches in my room. The hotel offered and executed a deep clean as a result. I was also charged twice for use of the washing mashine, for which I was promised a refund which I am still waiting for.

The property is NOT up to Marriott standards. Right in front of my room and actually the entire first floor hallway was filthy. Stained carpet and various filth all over the place. I was shocked, thought I was in a Days Inn or a Super 8 for a second. Opened the room, and it was worse. Bed had stains on it, the carpet was again disgusting. Cheapest quality, nylon carpet. HOW is this place under the Marriott flag?!? I went and told the staff and he was indifferent, saying that I got the last room for the night and he wouldn’t assist with a refund. After flying from Chicago to SLC after a long layover in Charlotte due to Hurricane Debby, I was not about to deal with this further at midnight. I explained to my wife that we had to make do with it with my 5 month old daughter, as well. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had at a Marriott property. I’ve stayed in mom & pops and other ‘lesser’ brands with much grander experiences. Avoid this hotel at all costs. I paid over $150 and could have paid half and stayed at the Microtel or Crystal Inn for a much better experience. I’m so disappointed it’s unreal.

Rajdeep checked me in and was very kind, courteous, and friendly. The front lobby looked clean and had a fresh smell. The room was clean and thankfully had no odor. The only downside is that noise travels easily through the walls and floors.

We had never stayed in a Fairfield Marriott before but we will definitely stay in another one. The room was a King and it was so spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. The breakfast was probably the only thing to complain about. The milk was spoiled even though the date was three days away from expiration and when I let the staff know they didn't remove the other containers.(we opened three and they were all spoiled.) Hot choices were not what one would expect - no scrambled eggs. These were only minor issues that were a bit out of the staffs control so overall we would give our Fairfield Marriott 5 stars.

The goods things about the visit were cleanliness, comfort of the room, the breakfast was excellent and so was the price. The one bad thing was that our room was located right next to an outside entrance door and it was being slammed shut most of the night, keeping us awake. The staff were very friendly. Maybe it would make more sense to only enter the building through the front door after a certain time of night, like 11pm.

Consistently a great stay. Affordable, great location near the freeway. Very quiet. Beds are really comfortable with lots of pillow options. Breakfast is particularly stellar. Tons of different options everyday. There are like 20 different oatmeal toppings! Food is always served hot and fresh. Tables are always cleaned. Just wish more people tipped the breakfast (and other) staff!

The front desk person was rude, they had an assistant manager for housekeeping come and he threatened to charge me if the towels were dirty (after I used them)…I’m a Marriott rewards member and asked for a late checkout and they insisted that I pay $25 per hour after 11 am. Never dealt with such nonsense on my many business trips.

Emily was at the front desk when we checked in. There was a large group of rather confused and unprepared travelers ahead of us. Emily navigated the steady stream of obstacles they provided quickly and professionally. Including, if I overheard correctly half of their group booking at the wrong hotel. Emily was courteous and professional with them beyond my personal threshold for incompetence. After handling the group, she checked us in and even fixed an issue for me. Which, again was my fault not the hotels. I typically don't write reviews but I want to recognize Emily for her professionalism and understanding. We travel a lot and life would be much better if every front desk had an Emily.

Fine for a overnighter but i would not go outside after dark and i wouldn't choose to stay again. Cleaning staff was very friendly but front desk clerk was not. Next time, I'll fork out the extra and stay somewhere I feel safer.

Great location off the highway, safe, well lit and easy access. We drove with a 9x12 in tow and could park it next to a truck with a boat in tow without any issues or extra charge that we noticed from the other hotels in the Salt Lake area. The internet was reliable and fast, beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. The water pressure was perfect and plenty of warm water. The only thing was a small corner in the bathroom which could do with some elbow grease and clean to have made it a perfect stay.

The breakfast offerings were substandard for this level of hotel. Bananas were overipe with dark spots across the bunch. Oranges were old. Oatmeal was watery and coffee was lukewarm. The attendant failed to have breakfast service prepared by 6AM on Friday. It was closed off until 6:30AM. Scrambled eggs were not served on Saturday. all that was offered were hardboiled.

No problems with this stay. Quick check in and check out. Friendly staff, very welcoming. Excellent variety of breakfast items and beverage choices. Parking area was well lit. No issues with the room, water heater or pressure. Enjoyed the pool area and the room was comfortable.

Consistently a great stay. Affordable, great location near the freeway. Very quiet. Beds are really comfortable with lots of pillow options. Breakfast is particularly stellar. Tons of different options everyday. There are like 20 different oatmeal toppings! Food is always served hot and fresh. Tables are always cleaned. Just wish more people tipped the breakfast (and other) staff!

This was second year me and the family stayed at this hotel for the 4th of July weekend and were once again happy with the visit. We will continue to use this hotel if they keep running as well as they currently do. We appreciate the staff and all they do to make our visit good.

There was only one trolley for the entire hotel to take bags to my room, check in was painfully slow for the person before me and me. Only one trainee to check us in. And this morning there was no trolley available at all.
