Red Roof Inn Chesapeake Conference Center

Rented through Hotels.com. Accidentally requested wrong date, Date was not on any special high demand date. Immediately tried to fix my error. Hotels.com nor Red Roof Inn would allow me to correct the date. Stuck paying for room. Will never use Hotels.com again. Will also look for alternatives to Red Roof Inn.

Check IN with virtual assistant was not expected. Would help if the attendant spoke louder and better English. Also, with new system helpful in giving pre and post expectations (ie Check out procedure). A/C fan ran all night even with warmer temp selection. Began to get cold in the early morning had to shut off. West coast person so parking lot noise was very early. alarm from vehicle next to broke down truck made sleeping difficult. I am ADA with balance issues. Tub basin was very slippery getting and I actually slipped and fell turning in shower. Minimal bath towels with no bathmat or hand towels. House keepers were very nice.
