As I entered the building, I was a but lost of where to check in, but I figured it out. Just kept walking straight past a bar and tables and chairs. The person who checked me in was kind, talked a little fast and I had to ask to repeat a couple times. But once I got into the room, it was clean and easy to relax in. I liked the lay out of the room but did not like that the tv was not facing the bed, it was facing the couch. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would stay here again any day.

We loved how spacious the room was and it was in a perfect location near all the places we wanted to visit. Not only was it clean and well maintained but it was an aaffordable price in a very expensive county!

My stay was just okay. I initially booked this hotel because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience did not live up to those expectations. There were gnats everywhere. I had to switch rooms because there were bugs flying around and crawling on the walls. I continued seeing gnats in the elevators, hallways, and even around the bar area. There were also ants all over the area where the microwave is located. Having only one microwave for the entire property was already inconvenient, and the bug issue made it even worse. To make matters worse, on my last night, the AC in my room stopped working. I repeatedly called the front desk, but either no one answered or I was placed on hold. Someone finally came to address the issue around 10 AM the next morning. I also asked to speak with management at checkout, but management was not available. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and customer service did not meet the expectations set by the reviews I had read. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the pest and maintenance issues, because guests should not have to deal with these conditions.
