The hotel was in process of being renovated. Our guest room smelled very strongly of carpet glue, or something like that. There was blue painter’s tape on the corner guards in our room. On Saturday morning about 8:30 construction on the floor beneath us resumed, with lots of banging and racket, very annoying. We had no idea the place was under renovation when we booked this hotel. There was one luggage cart and we had to wait to get it to check out. My husband lugged out some suitcases one at a time so we could get out on time. For the price paid for the room, it was very disappointing.

On Saturday morning about 8:30 construction on the floor beneath us resumed, with lots of banging and racket, very annoying. We had no idea the place was under renovation when we booked this hotel. There was one luggage cart and we had to wait to get it to check out. My husband lugged out some suitcases one at a time so we could get out on time. For the price paid for the room, it was very disappointing.

It was a very nice, clean room. The check-in attendant at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We only had 2 small issues during our stay 1st was Saturday morning,vI asked for clean towels while we were out and it wasn't done and second, the pool was cold, not heated. Other than that it was perfect.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The breakfast was good, but the seating was poor, due to worn out furniture that I assume they are in the process of replacing. The loud work started at 08:30 which wasn't a problem for us, but don't expect to sleep in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the y had a policy of cleaning every other day, which I did not realize until we returned to our hotel that next evening. I know people want to be environmentally friendly, but there were two adults and two kids staying in this room. There is no way that we can go two days without the trash being dumped and towels replaced. I ignored any disrepairs as they were in the process of renovating.

Over all the experience of the hotel was good. The hotel was under renovations so it was a little inconvenient coming in through the side door. Over all the staff was friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast wasn’t that good and the area was extremely small due to renovations but it served its purpose for the weekend.

The property is under construction! I drove 2 hrs from the airport! To see a sign that say go around the back to a sign on the door to call somebody! The guy answers the phone and says, are you outside and I said yes, he comes to open the door. I walk into an hallway and the entire floor is under recon construction! Then he escorts me into the kitchen area to check me in! I was asked to leave a $25.00 incidental fee !! In the kitchen area of where the guy checked me in all the tables and mainly the chairs were disgustingly dirty. The table where you get breakfast had all kinds of boxes stored under the table and the table cloth did not properly fit table as you were able as stated to see all boxes under the table!! This was horrendous and unacceptable! Please assist, I am asking for a full refund and another stay at one of your hotels! I have pics.

The most important ting you need to know, and should be, is the bed. The best is the BEST of any hotel i have stayed. The comfort of it, the firmness, and the NOT worn in PIT in the center like just about everywhere else on earth. Housekeeping was genuinely helpful and sincere. Only pros. The Holiday Inn, next door, is the same owner. So the pool, laundry and gym doesn't exist at Hampton. However the day before we left, after the 5 days we were there, we were "let in" on the set-up by a couple of the NATO soldiers who were in for training with the Army to confirm their gear will "work-together" flawlessly, that it was okay for them to go use the other amenities the rest of the guests were not informed. WE had to walk thru the lobby with no visqueen/plastic hanging over doorways of rooms being jack-hammered to keep the dust off the food, coffee cups, furniture, you know because we ALL KNOW spackle and concrete dust doesn't LAY EVERYWHERE!! THEN you have guests waiting for coffee because the spanish and russian speaking workers are DRINKING it, EATING the comped breakfast GUESTS paid for. Then, THEN, there were no outside lights, Hit the air UP, and it turns to heat. And bring earplugs unless you want to subconsciously hear high pitch all night. The shower, ZERO pressure, POINT it up so at least gravity will let you rinse your hair. AND be careful, because the complete overkill showers floor is slick. You should stay here!!

We have stayed here many times. It’s usually our go to hotel when we are in town. This time we weren’t happy with the overall cleanliness. We found roaches in the bathroom. There was mildew around the tub. The bedding had two large brown stains on the top cover. The television has a large black line through the middle which made watching tv unpleasant. We stayed in room 313.

I usually trust Hampton Inn - this one was in bad condition. The furniture was marred ir broken. Some of the things in the room like the clock radio were incredibly dirty. The furniture in the breakfast room was o. The verge of unusable. The staff was very nice.

The suite we were in was of good size. A couple of things within the room needed to be replaced - tv with shaded screen line going through it and desk chair which was broken. Additionally, there was a water leak in the bathroom coming from above - didn't notice until it was too late because we checked in late. The ceiling was actually soft to the touch - not sure how the cleaning staff had not reported that.

I am not kidding when I say the beds were so comfortable, I hated to return HOME back to my own bed. That comfortable! Somehow they managed to strike exactly the right balance between a cushy mattress that seems to cuddle you while firmly providing enough support that nowhere does it sag and give you a backache. With fluffy comforters that were still light enough not to overheat me (which always seems to happen, but not here). I am telling you, I have never experienced such a luxurious sleep. For example, they have the usual waffle makers (2 of them btw) but they have TWO waffle batters: "malted vanilla" and "banana bread." Plus they have numerous toppings set out, not just butter and syrup but chocolate chips, strawberries, whipped cream... and a couple of others I don't remember. A great hotel!

This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was noisy, my tv was broken, and my ceiling was leaking (I was on the top floor and it was raining out). It was not just a few drips. A huge area of the ceiling had water coming in. I woke up to the desk and all of my things soaked. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned or apologetic and didn’t even offer extra points let alone any kind of compensation or refund.

Check in was a breeze and we were 30 minutes early. The two ladies upfront were full of smiles and personalities! There was a dude cleaning and he was really nice to us also!! Our room was very comfy and clean! Love the bed/pillows!

The front desk attendant was not present when we arrive nor was the phone answered when I called. He took a photo of my id with his phone without my consent saying “someone else checked in with my same id”. I asked if it was hotel policy and he said it was weird and he was going to notify the sherif. He said he would delete the photo but I don’t think it was fully deleted. This made me feel unsafe and as if my privacy was violated. I will not be returning to this hotel

I stayed in a hearing accessible room. The doorbell did not operate. Overall, the room was shabby; the rug was frayed and the shower area a bit moldy. The beds were comfortable, but the linens not crisp. The sink counter had no shelving to store your toiletries, I suppose due to possible wheelchair access. Overall, the room needs a do over due to wear and tear. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I asked for extra towel and received them immediately. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the coffee very good. The location is a few minutes' drive to Farmville village.

The hotel is undergoing renovations. The breakfast was good, but the seating was poor, due to worn out furniture that I assume they are in the process of replacing. The loud work started at 08:30 which wasn't a problem for us, but don't expect to sleep in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the y had a policy of cleaning every other day, which I did not realize until we returned to our hotel that next evening. I know people want to be environmentally friendly, but there were two adults and two kids staying in this room. There is no way that we can go two days without the trash being dumped and towels replaced. I ignored any disrepairs as they were in the process of renovating.

Over all the experience of the hotel was good. The hotel was under renovations so it was a little inconvenient coming in through the side door. Over all the staff was friendly, the room was clean. The breakfast wasn’t that good and the area was extremely small due to renovations but it served its purpose for the weekend.

I have reached that end stage of life where checking into a hotel isn't an adventure—it's a peace treaty with my aging body and weird crotch hair. I arrived with a tired dark soul, a pizza, and dreams of TV before drifting off around midnight. The hotel was barely half full, yet at 1:15 a.m. the front desk placed a late-arriving family with teenagers and small children in the adjoining room next to mine. Multiple door slams. Crying.Tiny elephant feet. Dark thoughts multiply. Will this be the night I snap? The connecting door had all the soundproofing of damp cardboard myn hound dog peed on. 7:13 a.m., the four-year-old unleashed an ear-hole-destroying symphony of prehistoric wailing. It was almost funktacular in its commitment to misery. I surrendered, packed my bags, skipped the breakafst and escaped Farmville. What baffles me is that dozens of empty rooms sat unused. Why not group late check-ins and familiys with kids together and let them torment each other instead of the handicap room old folk? This was the most expensive hotel in Farmville that night, yet I'd likely have slept better at the cheap drug den at Super 8. Sometimes you just miss the simpler days, when common sense checked guests in before the computer did. Boomer. The pizza, at least, never made a sound. Maybe every hotel becomes a metaphor: thin walls, expensive promises, a roll of the dice + an AI algorithm slowly killing everyone. Sleep should come with the room key! And they charge for parking.
