We chose this property, in large part, for the indoor pool. I received two messages from the property after booking. They told me things about the check in process and the restaurants available nearby. They did not, however, mention that they are renovating and the pool is closed. Someone else in my party checked in and found out the pool would not be available. It was far too late at that point for us to find another place to stay that had a working indoor pool. I sent a message to the hotel as soon as i was told about the issue with the pool. They never responded. I sent another message to the parent conpany, Hilton, and requested a response. No one ever got back to me. The room was not nearly nice enough to make up for the lack of promised ammenities and the poor communication from the staff cements that I would not stay there again and would not recommend it to others.

The property was under construction with limited parking. Construction continued until eight thirty at night. One of the elevators didn't work at all the other one only worked half the time. The air didn't work in the hallways, the stairwell, or the elevator. This is acceptable, when paying over two hundred dollars a night.

The hotel is under much needed renovation, however we were disappointed that the pool and hot tub and laundry facilities were closed without warning. We did have a sink faucet in our room that was not installed, and even though we reported it, it was never repaired. Our room was very comfortable and clean and staff was very accommodating. Appears furniture in The breakfastroom is being replaced, and that is much needed... cushions on all seating were torn.

Room was spacious but definitely in need of updating and a deeper clean. We had a pile of crumbs that had attracted ants and had to ask for a vacuum to clean it up. The room was also lacking extra bedding for the sofabed. It was a good location, and ok for one quick night stay but I wouldn’t recommend much more.

My AC/Heating unit initially didn’t work and I had to get a fan from the front desk on night 1. My room didn’t have gave an ironing board so I had to call down. The blinds didn’t lower and the jacuzzi was out of order. There also was an abundance of loud teenagers racing up and down the halls. Additionally, the ask for a late check out was denied , despite being a diamond hilton memeber and all the issues. The only positive note was the kindness and professionalism of the front desk staff.

I’ve stayed several times. There’s been remodeling going on , which has never been problematic. In our most recent visit, we discovered in the morning that we’d been given a room with a non-functioning tub/shower. We were given another room to shower in, but the delay made us late for our morning appointment. It seems like someone would’ve noted the room was not in a rentable condition.

I normally always try to stay at a Hampton Inn when possible, because I know it’s in good condition and clean, but mostly because the bed and pillows are always so comfortable. This was not the case at this Hampton Inn. This one is not in good shape, the beds and pillows were not comfortable and the linens were definitely not what is the norm at other Hampton Inns.

Staff were nice. BUT, the TV didnt' work. Had to get that fixed. The phone didn't ever work. And there were a group of teenagers running the hall, yelling, screaming, and bagging on doors from 10:30 to after 12 a.m. and the hotel did nothing about it.

It had newly renovated rooms! However! The contractor didn't use a level for the shower door and it kept opening! Told front desk and they were right on it! Lol

Room said it could sleep 7, which is why we booked it but there was no way 7 people could sleep comfortably in the bed sizes in the room with the sofa bed combination. Also, lobby had been updated, beds were very comfortable, but rest of hotel needs updating and didn't feel particularly clean.

After booking and paying for a studio room with two beds and a pull out sofa they put my family in a one bed room with a pull out sofa. I told them what I had booked and paid for almost five months ago and they said they didnt have anymore two bed rooms. I was given a single room for myself and the rest of my family stayed in the room with they first gave me. Even though I wasnt charged for the extra room they gave me I was never explained how a room booked and paid for months ago wasnt given to me.

I purchased a two queen room off hotels.com for my family of four. When I arrive I am told I have a one king room! After going round and round with the front desk they finally gave me a sofa pullout. Better than the floor but not by much. Very unhappy with hotels.com!!

Initial check in was good, however, upon returning from dinner we were told that we would not be able to stay the night as there was a water main break in the hotel, we were informed that there were no other hotel rooms available in the area, and the hotel check in person was unwilling to help us locate a place to spend the night. However , after spending 15 minutes on the phone I was able to secure two rooms within 5 miles of the original hotel. All of this is not what we expected after driving for 12 hours.

We have been going to this hotel for 5 years. We go to the Nascar race. The renovations are great. Staff is always friendly and breakfast is hot and very clean.

Hotel right beside police station is a plus but did not seem necessary. Simple. Clean. Nice staff. Good free breakfast. Just what you should expect from a Hampton inn.

The hotel was just ok overall, definitely needs updating. The breakfast was lackluster. Eggs were cold each morning, potatoes were practically raw. There was a sign that said to ask if you have special dietary restrictions….my daughter has a milk/cheese allergy. They couldn’t accommodate eggs with no cheese because the omelettes were prepackaged or any milk alternative.

All was good, 2nd time at this hotel, will stay here again. We arrived at a few minutes before shift change around 2:30 front desk person was counting the drewer and was indifferent with her behaviour, and informed us we had to wait. after she left the man that help us was very helpful and acomidated us around 3:15 and got us check in.

We checked in for 4 nights. Room was a good size however to sleep 7 it only had 3 beds. Breakfast was just ok. While hot food available the daily menu didnt change much. Not enough seating for being full several nights. Biggest issue was our room was not cleaned during our stay. After day 3 I questioned why it wasnt cleaned. Front Desk said they didnt know but gave fresh towels and more toilet paper. Next morning we left for the day to the amusement park only to come back around 8p to find our room door propped open with the deadbolt by the cleaning crew leaving our room open to the whole hotel all day while we were out. This isn't acceptable. I went down to the front desk and the guy at the desk said no housekeeping was available to speak with and no Mgr either. No resolution or response regarding this huge issue. Besides leaving our room open they didnt even clean it, they took out our dirty towels and trash but didnt vacuum, change sheets make beds etc.

Nice hotel, comfy king bed but the toilet side only had one bolt holding it on so it moved slot when you sat on it.
