First thing FALSE ADVERTISING. Hotels.com stated they has a gym. The pictures of the hotel shows a gym room but NO GYM.Trash all over parking lot. The lady that checked me in was not friendly at all. Room was ok. Nothing great for $130 a night.

NO ELEVATOR! Had to call for clean towels. When I came back to my room the second day I discovered I did not receive any clean towels. I called front desk and was asked “Did you call this morning for fresh towels?” I replied I have never had to request fresh towels before.

I could not Fine the place for they have no signs showing were the property is. it took me one half hour to find it. It is behind another Motel and I just Luck out by going down a side street. When I went to check out they wouldn't give me a receipt and stated it's a three party and that your company had to give me a receipt which I have not received yet. I need it for the business and taxes. The breakfast was good but no meat which I never seen that happen in all my travels.

Motel was clean, but aged. Patched holes in the walls, staining in the tub. Did not realized there was no indoor access to the breakfast/checkin area. Had to walk around the building outside to access these areas. It was clean enough I guess and gave us a place to stay, but won't come back.

Overall, the stay wasn't the best nor the worst. The room and property, though decent, needs major updates. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR for the second floor. It is a dated property as well and you can surely see it in the room itself. Here's the good and bad of the stay: The Good (there is some): - The staff was very cordial and professional. - Parking was abundant and easy to get elsewhere in town. - The A/C worked well given it was quite warm outside (and very humid). The Bad (and there's a lot more of this): - The complimentary breakfast was okay but there was no meat options (e.g., bacon, sausage, etc.) - There was a roach roaming the loo when I came in. It was led to a swirly. - There were water stains in the back corner of the room. - The bathtub is VERY SMALL. Be aware of that! - The room was not cleaned before I arrive (except for the trash). - The property had a lot of smokers and right outside of the door (which came in through the exhaust of the A/C unit). - The property overall was somewhat dirty. - The 'Business Center' didn't work. Since I am likely to come back to the area, I will stay at a different property next time. Hopefully the feedback will ensure they have a properly taken care-of property and one that is better cleaned.

For the price I was a bit surprised at how run down and dirty it was. The staff was very nice but it baffles me how so many hotels in Lynchburg live off parents and charge exorbitant prices for subpar/ beat up accommodations. With the extra money you think they would spruce the place up. Our bedding was dirty and I had to get new blankets and there was a dead cockroach on the floor. I asked them to clean the room but they did not sweep up the bugs or change the bed. So I had the after hours attendant get me a new blanket. Another attendant got me a fan since the air conditioning was not working properly, but they fixed that. In all the staff was very nice but the place was like a 1980’s motel 6, with Hilton prices.

The room was run down, which I can accept, however the room was not clean. Walls had old coffee/soda marks on it, bathroom floor had hair ball annd dirt in corner, with what looks to be a handprint on the wall, and our A/C register actually had candy stuck in it when I went to turn on.

Note to bring your own conditioner as shampoo only is provided in the shower. Although rooms haven’t been recently updated (and bathroom showed some wear), they are attractively furnished with quality linens and great adjustable shower head, instant hot water, comfortable bed.

This is a somewhat dated property but is clean and the bed comfortable. Staff was courteous and HVAC worked fine. The TV situation is frustrating and out of date. There is no digital guide or timetable describing shows and their schedules. Channel Surfing is almost impossible because if the long lag while it changes channels. A printed list of channels and networks is incorrect and inadequate. So winding down after a long day of travel did not include catching up with the day's news or entertainment.

The rooms are “so so” quality at best. My wife called for extra pillows and we were told they ran out. The TV signal came is as “no signal” on every channel; until I learned that you have to leave it tuned to a channel for about 5 minutes for the signal to catch up and be watchable.

Our room was non smoking but reeked of THC vape. We had an outside door that the bottom was rotted/rusted out and you could see light coming through and didn’t make me feel great about bugs. The heat in the room was set to high heat and I woke congested due to the vape and dust in the vents. I checked for bedbegs, didn’t see any but the bedskirt had a what looked like a coffee stain that had not been washed yet. Very dated room. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was decent, and guy at night desk was pleasant. Most likely will not stay here again due to price and other choices available in the area.

Check out was at 11 am. We went to the store and arrived back at our hotel room at around 9:00 am only to find the staff already cleaning our room as if we had checked out, which we had not. I mentioned it to the manager in duty and his response was that they were behind from the day before. Unacceptable!!

I checked in around 530pm just to get my key cards. did not go to my room but went straight to the Liberty football game. After the game my wife and I went to our room opened the door and it had people in the room. Went to the front desk and gave him my keys and said why are they people in my room. Ended up getting put up in another room. Never again

When we arrived the IT was down after half an hour we were given a room and told everything would be sorted. The following day we were confronted by by another couple who had been given keys to our room. I went to reception and was told they had no record of our arriving and everything would be corrected. When we checked out we were told there was no record of us being there. The hotel gave out keys to our room endangering both our property and our own safty. We will not be returning.

The following day we were confronted by by another couple who had been given keys to our room. I went to reception and was told they had no record of our arriving and everything would be corrected. When we checked out we were told there was no record of us being there. The hotel gave out keys to our room endangering both our property and our own safty. We will not be returning.

This Quality Inn is near the airport and near a Walmart and Target. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a fridge, a microwave, and decent complimentary breakfast in the lobby from 6a-9a. Those are the positives. The motel itself is run down and in a run down part of town. Lots of shuttered businesses. We felt safe, but then we’re the type who are in bed by 10pm. We were told there was a shooting at the Waffle House nearby. If I return to Lynchburg, I’d probably stay in a different part of town, but it was perfect for my needs for a 2-night stay.

Good overnight stay. Clean, pleasant. Breakfast with several options. Kind of odd but there was no closet or place to hang clothes in room. And WiFi was not good in the room, however it was excellent in the lobby/breakfast area.

Tasty hot breakfast with multiple options. Shower had a used soap in it so perhaps missed getting cleaned? Otherwise, cleanliness was acceptable. Firm but comfortable bed. We slept well.

I could not Fine the place for they have no signs showing were the property is. it took me one half hour to find it. It is behind another Motel and I just Luck out by going down a side street. When I went to check out they wouldn't give me a receipt and stated it's a three party and that your company had to give me a receipt which I have not received yet. I need it for the business and taxes. The breakfast was good but no meat which I never seen that happen in all my travels.

The staff at the front desk was friendly greeted me upon my arrival. He was attentive to my concerns and accompanied my request. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Didn’t understand why there was no meat available. 😊

Overall, the stay wasn't the best nor the worst. The room and property, though decent, needs major updates. THERE IS NO ELEVATOR for the second floor. It is a dated property as well and you can surely see it in the room itself. Here's the good and bad of the stay: The Good (there is some): - The staff was very cordial and professional. - Parking was abundant and easy to get elsewhere in town. - The A/C worked well given it was quite warm outside (and very humid). The Bad (and there's a lot more of this): - The complimentary breakfast was okay but there was no meat options (e.g., bacon, sausage, etc.) - There was a roach roaming the loo when I came in. It was led to a swirly. - There were water stains in the back corner of the room. - The bathtub is VERY SMALL. Be aware of that! - The room was not cleaned before I arrive (except for the trash). - The property had a lot of smokers and right outside of the door (which came in through the exhaust of the A/C unit). - The property overall was somewhat dirty. - The 'Business Center' didn't work. Since I am likely to come back to the area, I will stay at a different property next time. Hopefully the feedback will ensure they have a properly taken care-of property and one that is better cleaned.

Upon walking into the room, everything was stained. Bed covers, carpet, lamp shade , etc. Looking at the bed sheets, they were also stained (looked like dried blood spots) and hair was in the bed. DO NOT stay at this property if you value cleanliness. The front desk solution was to hand us sheets to remake the beds ourselves. We left the hotel rather than stay in filth.

It is a motel, not a hotel, which always makes me a little less comfortable. But parking was ample even though booked so we were able to park close to our room. Good: somewhat firm beds - very comfortable, hot breakfast options, coffee was surprisingly decent, shower pressure/flow, WiFi, everything worked, bathroom was clean, friendly staff. Bad: floor was just not clean. The room smelled musty/moldy, floors were laminate but probably never mopped (feet turned black and it felt grimy, I wore flip flops every step) but I found mold between the bed and the nightstand with my flashlight, when checking out to make sure I didn’t leave anything. I found two small dark reddish brown spots on my sheet and was pretty worried about bed bugs. I found no other evidence so I just slept and looked forward to checking out. Drawers weren’t wiped out and had crumbs and hair inside. There was a mirror on a folding closet door and some metal stuck out along the bottom, my daughter cut her toe on it and because the floor was filthy I did not like that, it’s just a poor design. I probably would not stay again.

This was one of the worst rooms my husband has ever stayed in and being in the military, he has stayed in a lot of them. The room was very dirty and the bedding was all stained. He was able to get clean sheets, after asking for some from the front desk.
