Comfort Inn Newport News - Hampton I-64

There needs to be more lighting in the room..there were 2 lamps; no lights in the ceiling or even more lights. The light in the bathroom (around the mirror)..cool but need brighter lights..once agian no lights in the ceiling bathroom

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were some areas that needed some attention. The breakfast left nothing to the imagination. Unsure what the previous reviews meant, when they said, this was the best breakfast ever. Thank goodness for the waffle maker or I would have ate elsewhere.

Very clean and great little hotel.

I cannot say any negative about my stay- it was a quick one night stay - this is the 4th time we have stayed here since October of last year. It is conveniently located in the middle of the 2 places we needed to go- Gloucester Point and New Port News. When you walk in the first thing you notice is how clean it is- and then how nice the staff is. Will be staying here again in April!

Room pretty clean but I don’t think my sheets were fresh! They looked clean but they did not smell that way. They had a faint odor. The elevator smelled of dog on the day I left and that was a big turn off.
