Renovating but what has been done has improved the property - new rugs and flooring, showers instead of tub/shower combo, better lighting. My room provided me exactly what I needed - great bed, plenty of hot water, and quiet - as I spent day with friends. Desk clerk was personable and efficient. Breakfast offerings were good for the level of hotel.

I enjoyed my stay. The workers were friendly and my stay was pleasantly comfortable. The only thing bothered me was in their add it mentioned a work out area. I went to workout and the treadmill wasn't working. I was extremely disappointed. I went out and purchased a gym outfit and wasn't able to use it.

Pros: nicely remodeled room; room was very clean except for a couple spots; heat worked well; happy with the Activa yogurt; breakfast was small but fresh; real butter; towels were fluffy; bedding was nice; excellent view of trees; microwave; refrigerator; vending machines in the lobby Cons: bed was uncomfortable unless sleeping on your back, pillow was lumpy; light above the bed was dim; ceiling lights were too bright; musty smell, luckily relieved by running the bathroom fan all day; smoke detector flashing pretty often; first day coffee was undrinkable, second day it was reasonable when diluted; no coffee in the room and none except at breakfast; a large round table allowed only one person at a time to be in the breakfast area

This hotel has very few amenities. No usb outlet, flashing fire alarm light on ceiling, every 7 seconds, very limited breakfast choices, and not even ice water.

The tv needs to be updated and the channels would skip The Wi-Fi never stayed on The halls and elevter had an Oder The laundry facility is small

This hotel is filthy, dilapidated, and under renovation. The hotel should be open ONLY for the construction workers. I would have toughed it out, except for the lack of lamps. All of the lights in the room are controlled from the wall switch. It is hard to manage a rollator in the dark. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AN OPTION ON EXPEDIA!!!!

Everything looked old

It was my 1st time staying in a Microtel so I didn't know what to expect. The look of the hotel & location wa sketchy but once I walked in, it wasn't that bad.The room was decent, but the main issue was the cleanliness. My bathroom shower floor was dirty, & there was hair in several places in the shower. There is no way they cleaned it. There were also small hairs in the sink. I was disgusted. I ended up going to the front desk about my bathroom 4 times over the during my weekend stay & STILL didn't have a clean bathroom when I left. The first time I was told that with it being a weekend they couldnt promise it would get cleaned. so I assumed there was no cleaning staff on weekends because they did tell me that they don't do room service, you have to request what you need.The 2nd time I talked directly with the manager who did send someone while I was gone, but when i came back, I had clean towels and rags but the sink and shower were still dirty. This time I showed it to him myself. So he sent someone back again. When I came back most of the hair was gone which let me know they came but the floor of the shower was still gross. The manager had the nerve to complain to me about a towel when I have been in a dirty bathroom all weekend. At check out I asked for a refund. we ended up arguing & he literally laughed in my face & said "you're picky picky. You think you're supposed to have a sparkling clean bathroom". And they won't respond to hotels.com to approve my refund.

I got there and I asked to see the room because the place looked pretty bad as I was walking in and the lady showed me the room as soon as we walked down the hallway there was bugs smashed into the walls, and when she opened up the bedroom door the first thing I saw was a roach, running from one side to another at that time. I told her I can’t stay here and I asked her to give me a refund hopefully I will get my refund back. I’m not sure yet, but it was very nasty. The hallway looks like they haven’t vacuumed in years. There was spots where drinks have been spilled on the walls and sticky. I would not recommend it to anybody.

The room smelled very musty and moldy. The refrigerator was unusable and rusty.

Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, busted window latch allowing cold air in the entire time, cigarette burn holes in the pillowcase, drink/food stains on the wall below the TV, the bathtub was dirty and had hair in it still and there, the horizontal services and a layer of thick dust that looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months. There were multiple bugs climbing in the walls i had to kill. I would not stay here again even if it was free

The location is also convenient, with easy access to I-64 and several restaurants nearby. However, the downsides outweighed the positives. The breakfast options were very limited, and my room did not feel clean upon arrival. The biggest concern was finding a cockroach in the shower, which was unsettling. I ultimately only stayed here because other nearby hotels did not have availability.

Immediately upon entering my room and bathroom, there were cockroaches crawling about. I immediately vacated with my belongings and began went back to front desk to check out. The agent just shook her head and apologized as if she knew it was an ongoing issue. I’m still waiting for my refund from the manager.

The room keys never worked we had to keep going to front desk when ever we wanted to get back into the room. The tv didn’t work. Bugs were crawling every where.

Smelled bad and had cockroaches everywhere

Only stay here if you’re doing a very short stay or you bring your own cleaning solutions, bed sheets, towels and sanitizing wipes... Otherwise, do NOT stay here. The room I stayed in was not clean. Even simple areas to clean like the faucet or around the microwave was neglected. Towels were unusable due to hair being all over them. I also had to kill a cockroach… thankfully it was not a huge one.

Had to try 3 rooms before getting one that had no roaches. The first room had roaches in the tub. The second room had roaches on the bed. The third room although roach free upon showering I noticed lots of mold on the ceiling.

This place is in need of a makeover. The interior and rooms are screaming for a refresh. The bathroom had been redone which was nice but the rest of room is in need. The mini fridge blocks the walkway around the bed. Our bed had 2 metal pieces sticking out, I caught my leg on it, which was not pleasant. The ironing board was broken in our room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

The tv in the room was out dated and I had to get three different remotes to work

The hotel is a little run down. There was a weird smell that permeated the building. The bed was comfy and the area the hotel is located was safe. The A/C says it can be adjusted but I couldn't get the room cooler than 73 or 75 degrees.

There was no hot water

The toilet ran all night. We had to turn in towels to get new ones and that had to be hunted down in an unused room. Walls are too thin you could hear everything from music to just normal talking.

Even for an economy hotel the stay was disappointing. The front desk lady at check in was rude and honestly unprepared. She didn’t know how to change the card on file and claimed it was impossible. I’ve never stayed at a Microtel before so this next part is my fault- but the room is beyond small. A college dorm is much bigger than this. I booked 1 queen bed, it was not. It was 1 double bed. For two adults that’s just too small. They provided 2 towels for a room with two people- for 2 days, and offered no housekeeping services on the stayover day. The AC cooled the room but not well. We were uncomfortable both nights. The smoke alarm had a red light that would blip on and off quickly every 10-20 minutes. You’d be watching tv and it would catch your eye, if you’re a light sleeper you’d notice. More nitpicky items, they were using a lot of non brand standard items for Wyndham. Doesn’t affect the stay but I manage hotels and noticed these things. The cover to the AC would randomly fall off. Not a huge deal but just add it to the list The size of the room alone would make me hesitant to get another Microtel ever again, but the general lack of upkeep here makes this an even worse experience.

The service and the cleanness of the room was fine but my stay there was horrible because of the people in the room next to me.They was doing continuous bamming on the wall throughout the night so I called front desk and it stopped for a little while but ended up again in the middle of the night…

Before you stay just know its a five zero deposit that you have to pay when you get there. You get it back but i recommend you to use cash for that. Or you have to wait them 4 5 business days for it back. Front desk dude got butt hurt as im reading the sign and speaking to myself (which he can hear me) i state yea i need that back Friday morning. He toss my money back to me as if im getting smart or something. Talking about you can go. Which i wont cuz u won't about to keep my money booking money (book from a secondary site with no cancelation after book date). Dead serious i wont book here again after that one. I kept my cool but bruh had me pissed. Icebox didnt work right in the room. But the rooms are ok, best part was the bathroom/shower.

Beth at the front desk was extremely nice. She allowed us to check in early so we could get dressed for a funeral. She introduced her self to my parents which i thought was very nice. She gave us a room that was convenient for other to get too. I appreciate you Beth

Room was clean! And the lady on the evening shift at check in was awesome..

The hotel was middle of the road…comfortable but not luxury. We were in town for our child’s wedding and came in very late Saturday night. We talked to the desk clerk and requested a late checkout. He assured us that we could check out as late as 1 pm. Around 10:45, housekeeping tried to come in the room. We explained that we had arranged a late checkout. They came back around 11:45 and again around noon. We again told them we had been told 1 pm. About 5 minutes later we had another knock, this time saying that we had to leave because they never make late checkout after noon. I told him that the night desk clerk had assured us we were good till one and his response was that the clerk was new and they don’t allow it. So we packed up the last of our stuff and left, never to return.

The staff is extremely friendly and go out of their way to make your stay a great experience

Frond desk staff was amazing. Went out of there way to fix my reservation that they didn’t mess up. Amazing people.

I loved this place! You can’t beat the quality for the price. It was a nice, small, clean room with a really nice bathroom and comfortable bed. The front desk people were super nice and helped me extend my stay when my work schedule changed. 64E and lots of shopping and restaurants are right there. If you’re traveling on a budget, it’s a great option!

Everything was nice and clean in room 215 Right by interstate and by the mall. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area.

The property is located in the center of everything in town.

I love the Microtel. The area outside is a little iffy but the hotel itself is great for the price. Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. They accommodated our request for a room on the first floor. Breakfast was delicious. This was my 3rd stay and I’ll definitely stay again

Place was somewhat run down, insects in my room, very questionable looking individuals in the hotel. I was propositioned by a prostitute outside my hotel room door. Not super classy but the room met my needs exceptionally. Not super clean but very good at being a place to sleep with a working shower and toilet and tv and microwave and tv an frig and ac was excellent. So overall good hotel but don’t eat the breakfast and don’t look at anyone in the eye.

This was a one night stay. I traveled alone and felt the parking lot could have had better lighting to make me feel safer. The room was great. A comfortable bed with a nice bathroom.

I had been calling since 11:00 to do an early check and they been saying another time and I was finally able to check in. The room was clean and nice saw two roaches crawling. Had breakfast Saturday morning and the waffle making wasn’t working. But it was working Sunday morning

The room had an order that would not go away. I purchased air freshener and it didnt even help. The sheets on the bed felt like wax. Went to get coffee at 8AM and it was ice cold.
