Quality Inn Little Creek

The overall experience was good. Check in was a little hectic at first but we were able to sort it out smoothly. Once in the room, we noticed two dead roaches by the door. We paid no mind. The bathroom is really outdated. But the bed was soo comfy. We loved our room as it was tucked away in the corner so it was dark most of the time which is what we needed this vacation to relax and unwind. Parking was a little crowded, but we managed. Overall, it was an average room for average price.

The mattresses were worn out. The desk chair had me sitting almost on the floor. Black mold in the bathroom. The toilet seat was very loose on one side so I used my fingers to tighten the seat. Needed extra towels but could only get two. Ice machine broken on our floor. The room seemed to be constantly the floor n towels were very wet. The swimming pool was okay but COLD.

The room was good sized and the pool was pleasant. The "hot" breakfast was skimpy - only waffles and cereal. Not even a piece of toast.

Very disappointed because before booking it, I made sure it had a working pool and when arriving the pool was closed for the season. They should update that on the website. Rooms are also not clean. The carpet smells like mold and it’s overall disgusting the front desk young lady was absolutely Sweet and that’s the only thing good about this place

The initial kick off was a stressful experience , when I booked I chose pay at property they tried to charge me before I even arrived and charged the wrong card and cancelled my booking without notifying me. I never received a call and found out when I arrived at the front desk after an 8.5 hour drive. Luckily I was able to hop on hotels.com and make a new booking right away even paid $60 less than my original booking for the exact same room so was sorta a blessing in disguise. As for the property overall I thought it was worth it was some dust in the room but that doesn’t bother me and there was a hole in the wall from the door handle but again is what it is only thing I’d say I hated was the toilets they suck and need new ones. Breakfast was your basic average American motel breakfast I usually make sure to have left overs for breakfast anyway. Pool was fantastic very clean and warm. Good luck finding a close parking spot in the evening too. Overall I would absolutely stay here again without question straight shot to the oceanfront plus the bay is right there which is beautiful by the bridge definitely on our shortlist of places to stay. Also highly recommend Uncle ALs their burgers are freakin awesome and 5 mins from your room. Also is a food lion in walking distance or there is an Aldi 2 mins down the road. Also recommend asking for the first level there’s no elevator to the upper level from what I could see. It’s worth the price book it and enjoy your stay we will again.

Would definitely book again. The check in and check out customer service was phenomenal. Only downside was there weren’t enough parking spots, we had 1 vehicle for our room and had to squeeze into a spot near the road.

Our keys went the day after we arrived, it was very clean in the room and was cleaned while we where there, there was bags left out all day while cleaning rooms, there was rubber gloves on the sidewalk never cleaned up, There is no elevators which was specified but it does have outside doors which was not specified It is an okay hotel but found out it was out of the way for where we were going

The hotel was nice, clean, the pool was great. The only thing I would say that if you plan on having hot breakfast, go somewhere else, because even though it was stated in the description that the hotel had breakfast, it was not a full breakfast, only muffins, waffles, cereal, bananas and yogurt.

We had to move rooms twice. No cable or tv first room, second room super loud AC, ask maintenance to fix it, they said it was fixed, it was not and by the time we got back it was too late to move. No sleep for 2 nights. My buddies that stayed next to us had roaches. The pool had fiddler crabs in it

This property was very below my expectations. For $390 you would think they would be clean. No they weren’t. My husband and I had to go to the local walmart to grab our own cleaning supplies and blankets because the bed was dirty…..When we asked for a different room they gave us a room where the tub was full of dirty water and the sheets and blankets were still stained. We made due with what was given but this property is overall a -2/10. Don’t recommend and it’s 30 mins from the oceanfront. I’d stay anywhere but here again

Aa soon as we turned the lights out for the night, multiple cockroaches crawled out from behind the furniture. Because we already "used" the room (we were settled in and in bed before this happened!), they refused to refund any of our money. We ended up having to drive home 10 hours in the middle of the night. Will never stay at a Quality or Choice property again!

Room wasn't clean. The floor needed vacuuming, the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. The toilet didn't flush properly and the TV remote didn’t work. However, the receptionist was very friendly.

Rooms were disgusting human fecal matter all over the walls in the bathroom. Smelt like cigarettes.

There was a massive roach in our room upon entering and we had to find another place to stay

Easy check in, plenty of parking, bed/pillows comfortable,no wierd smells,overall quiet , close enough to everything, BUT weird unexplained 3$ “resort fee” collected at check in, room fixtures were worn/scratched, chair(back) was broken, hair on the sink counter, bathtub/ shower felt greasy.

We stayed in a handicap room. I thought the ved was way too high and hard to get in. On a good note, there were lots of handicap accessories. Shower water pressure was weak. Tiwels were soft. Wify was very weak. A little over priced.

For a quick overnight stay everything was fine . We literally checked in went to dinner slept and left. Bed was so comfy and the room so quiet that we over slept.

For the tire time that we were there, we had no hot water from the shower call front desk. They told us to let it run for 15 minutes. Came down in the morning to speak to the woman at the front Dess and she had the worst attitude like it was my fault that we didn’t have a board in the room so I would never stay at that hotel.

Air conditioner was knocking and rattling. Had to turn it off to sleep.

The room was average. Things were clean and nothing was missing. The mattress was horrible. The hot breakfast included a waffle maker and cereal. Asked for extra towel because ours got soaked at the pool. I was told by the front desk they didn’t have any more. The dining room was extremely small and very hot. It made it hard to breathe. Outside of the pool and shower this motel was a flop.

TV wasn't working for the entire three night stay. I requested it be fixed but it never was. Asked for a discount at check-out and front desk staff didn't know how to do it. Property is clean but run down - ceiling tiles stained, bathroom over caulked.

Check in and check out was easy and quick. Room was ok but it was really old and stains are everywhere. Toilet was horrible. It didn't even flash the toilet paper. I'm not gonna stay there again.

Met my needs to stay for the air show at Oceana NAB over the weekend. Relatively close to WaWa, and only 100 steps to Taco Bell, and Mexican restaurant is next door. Crape machine at breakfast is a nice touch many other things to eat (not hot breakfast) Room amenity are fine. No bed making on Sunday (but trash was picked up) WiFi was weak (don’t stay to work!)

I was super worried because of the reviews but I stayed for a week and had no issues. Super safe and clean. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was super helpful I definitely will be back.

Excellent front desk customer service

One problem I had was checking in and didn’t had my physical card with me that I used to make payment online. I logged into my account and showed her the image of the card with my name and she said she had to cancel the reservation since I didn’t had the card. What’s messed up I travelled 6 hours to get here this was 1:30am and for her to look at me and say she can’t help she had to cancel was heartless. I then ask if I could pay with another card and she said yes. Wat if I didn’t ask ? It’s her job to give me options other than cancel my reservation. If that’s yall policy send an email after booking so others can know. But the please looks clean but walking bear foot my feet were black so it needs mopping

Staff was very congenial

They charge a booking fee ($3/booking) if the reservation was made in Hotels.com. That was a surprise. They don't provide a house keeping while my 3-day stay. Location is the only reason I would choose this place.

Perfect for our stopover on our travels. Reasonably priced and conveniently lobster near everything we needed/wanted in VA Beach.

The hotel was very nice it was very close to everything. The staff were very friendly.

Supposed to be non smoking but stank horribly of both tobacco and marijuana, even checked with manager who apologized. I advised I could deal with it but just wanted to be sure I didn’t get blamed. Bed covers and pillow cases stained as was carpet. Bath tub stained, hair in hair dryer. Centrally located to airport, Virginia Beach and Norfolk. Good Mexican restaurant next door other restaurants short drive.

This is about 20 minutes from the main drag. The hotel stay was pretty solid. One night they had a couple vehicles broke into by smashing windows. It happened in their little overflow lot. Ive heard that this is pretty normal in VA? The rooms are comfortable enough and everything worked. I did find a dead cockroach on the floor when I droppes something that fell undwr the AC unit. I didnt see any alive ones though. They have a wawa, 711, food lion, taco bell, and plenty of local food options. Try the laundry & grill place for food. Its called Margaret's. Its cash only but everything they do is reasonably priced and delicious! Best chili dog Ive ever had and ive had alot.

Parking Kind of Sucks, but for the most part it’s a good hotel.. But the problem booking this Hotel it’s 30 minutes from the ocean front.

Great rates. Close to public beach. Was outdated but clean and everything worked. As long as its clean i like to spend my money on activities on vacation not luxury rooms. Was perfect for our vacation.

The bed was hard. There was an odor to the room. The continental breakfast was severely lacking - no coffee, no waffles, no spoons for cereal, no fruit.

It was great. The staff was friendly. Everything was clean. I do wish the bed was a little softer but it's a hotel so im not complaining. It wasn't the most exquisite breakfast but there were a few options and it was free. Apple juice, orange juice, cereal, 2% milk, packaged blueberry muffins & Danish, & a waffle maker.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Happy there was breakfast (cereal, yogurt, bagged pastry, and a Belgian waffle maker), but wish there were sausages or eggs. Weird thing was we came back to our room in the evening to find the lights on, curtains drawn back (so everyone could see in), and the heat lamp in the bathroom on. Would stay there again, though—good for the price.

The breakfast was advertised as a buffet. It as only a continental. One night someone was having a dance party in he parking lot playing extremely loud music. Probably not looking to stay again.
