Crowne Plaza Virginia Beach Town Center by IHG

AC was excellent in our room, as was the shower water pressure. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and we had a pleasant stay.

Everything was fast and accurate… very clean… staff were positive towards anything needed….

All was well with our room. Throughout the hotel very well kept and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly, and a joy to speak with. The only reason I gave three stars to the amenities was that the pool was out of order for our entire stay. It was something I was looking forward to for a simple evening relaxation. Great stop along the journey and close to the airport. Will be staying again next time in town!

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful but the property itself needs work. The bathroom door in my room was broken, the toilet was unsteady and the condition of the stairwell was not great. The second day that I was there, there was no maid service (trash not emptied, coffee not replaced, two paper cups not replaced). The service in the hotel bar was not at all good. I would not stay here again.
