Colonial Motel

Absolut ulækkert sted. Værelserne lugtede og var beskidte. Byen er utryg og vil aldrig tilbage. Dårligste oplevelse.

I booked and paid ahead of time. I drove down 2.5 hrs to find it was completely shut down and not a running hotel. Very irritated I booked here because I was down there for a bowling tournament and the bowling alley basically shares a driveway. I had to go acrossed the street to holiday inn and luckily they had a vacancy, I had to pay $180 more than what I was expecting to pay, I haven’t gotten a refund. Also not sure why they are taking reservations when they are not even open for business.

Great downtown location!

The pictures an description are nothing what is at this motel. The pool was moldy and the kids couldn’t have fun. The room was old, dirty and the door didn’t close.

Plenty of parking Clean - no bugs Goes downhill from there. Front desk people were polite but far from friendly. Major renovations need to be done before I will come back. Windows did not lock, which my husband discovered as we were getting ready for bed. He decided that they were too small for anyone to crawl through, but not a comforting feeling. Pool - closes at 5pm on Sunday - we arrived at 5:10 😳 Hot tub - closed for cleaning on Monday until 1pm, but check out is at 11am So I have no idea what the condition is of either, but I cannot imagine that they are in great shape. I should have known that 2 pools and a hot tub for that price was too good to be true
