The staff was great! The room was super clean and ready. Buffer breakfast was terrific and the pool was open 24 hours, how exciting.

For starters, the lady who welcomed me at the front desk in the lobby, was very friendly and helpful. It was very peaceful and quiet through out the whole night. They had a crib in my room before I got there. The only bad part really was having to pay a $120 deposit. And having to wait a while to get it put back on my card. But hopefully It will be on there soon. Oh and another awesome thing I must add..... Their pool is open 24 hours a day. That is amazing.

Clean, quiet room. Easy parking, helpful staff, and plentiful dining within walking distance. Very reasonable price for a large room with a 24 hour pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Room a rate also included a light breakfast bar.

The beds were nice and comfortable. I liked how we all had our own space. The hot tub and pool were a plus and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

A great family friendly hotel! There is a 24 hour indoor pool with floaties and safety vests for kids. The gym is small but 24 hrs and great for simple workouts. Our room and bathroom were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything here at the hotel was awesome. They had a swimming pool. They had a hot tub. They had a workout room and they had a really good breakfast. The downside was there is no office space with a computer and printer. I needed some items printed, and the desk did it for me.the office workspace is now the managers office so if you need anything done or you need to get on a computer, bring your own or talk to the lady at the desk. Aside from that the place is awesome.

This was a great hotel. We stayed 5 nights. Pool and hot tub so nice after hiking. Free breakfast offered lots of choices including fresh fruit. Clean. Quiet and Comfy.

The breakfast the first morning wasn't that great. But the second morning had waffles and biscuits and gravy and it was good. Staff was excellent! No towels in the pool area but when I asked for two she got them for me right away. Loved that the pool had warm water also

Great staff, clean hotel

Liked: room size, fridge size, soft closing drawers, access to fresh drinking water, helpful staff. Disliked: hearing upstairs guests stomping, white bits coming out of tub faucet with water, badly scratched bathroom sink.

I checked into this place for a week long stay and there was dirty underwear in the room closet and also another found in the bedsheets. Quite disturbing. The last day they had us switch rooms which was really inconvenient. I wish they would have done that when dirty clothes were found. The breakfast is just ok. Lots of amenities around the hotel but the I-5 traffic in that area is horrible.

Came in about 45 minutes early and was told I had to pay a $50 early check in fee or wait until 3. I thought that was ridiculous. I explained we just needed to drop our things off that we wouldn’t be in the room til late. Still no exceptions. Came back to check in which was smooth with a different staff than before. Get in the room had fur everywhere and ranked of dog pee. I had informed the staff at the desk I didn’t want to be charged a pet fee because the room wasn’t cleaned properly. He made note and asked if we would like to change rooms. I was late to my family dinner due to waiting to check in so I had agreed to check my filthy room.The halls were the first sign that I should’ve gone back to cancel my reservation. Carpets are stained and mold and trash built up along the borders of the walls . I will never stay another night here!

Staff was super friendly. Room seemed to be clean but also a bit dusty like it hadn’t been used in a long while. Bathroom had mold in the shower and sink. Other than that it was clean. Def felt safe there.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was decent. The biggest drawbacks were the noise and the check in process. The noise wasn’t due to unruly guests, just poor construction. At check in, they make you sign three pages in which you consent to being charged extra if you leave excess mess. Who wants to give advance consent to being charged extra without notice or an opportunity to dispute the charges?

We stayed here on the 4th of July. The facilities were generally in good condition and clean. We had a king room with a separate sofa and sitting area which had good lighting and wall outlets nearby. The refrigerator and microwave were handy. Though not the fault of the hotel, we were hoping for a little more quiet at night. Here are two things that could be improved: The wifi signal was extremely weak and once connected, internet performance was slow. We had better performance joining an unsecured outside network named "engenious." We used a VPN to bump up security. The bedstands and lamps lacked courtesy outlets. Guests shouldn't have to move furniture to find outlets and plug in their wall chargers.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of additional space. It was a very quiet hotel away from the road.Breakfast was good and hit the spot. I would stay there again!

Nice sized room and bed but the lack of lamps for lighting options and the worlds smallest tvs for both rooms made it seem kind of cheap.

We loved the family suite. Comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool. We appreciated the laundry available. East dining nearby. Quiet hotel. Great deal from Expedia.

Room was fine but there was no Internet. They were working on it the entire time. Must be a terrible IT if you can’t figure that out in a matter of minutes. Terrible!

The staff were very nice and welcoming. We stayed 3 days and loved the food choices within walking distance. We highly recommend the Pho and sushi place. Our king size bed was so comfortable. We both slept so good. The towels were soft and there were plenty, which was great as we got the room with the jetted tub. We were very happy with our stay.

Front desk person was very cold. Wanted to charge $50 for checking in 40 minutes early - never smiled. Had food delivered to front desk- she never called the room to let us know food was delivered. We called restaurant they said food was delivered about 40 minutes earlier. We had to go to the front desk to get it. Also, only one set of utensils in room. Floor in front of front desk was wet - my daughter slipped twice - no attempt was made to mop the floor. Tried to call front desk three times- no one answered. Breakfast was not very good.

The front desk girl was not helpful. They charge you at the front desk without any notice, if you don’t agree they will not let you check in even though you pay online before hand.

If we’re ever back in the area we absolutely will be staying here. The beds were so comfortable and the hotel was so quiet. The staff are exceptional, especially Karla who was at the front desk. Also the breakfast is one of the better breakfasts I’ve ever had at a hotel where the breakfast was complimentary.

I want to start out by saying that the beds were comfortable, the pool/hot tub were clean and open 24 hours. The breakfast was ok, but very busy on a Tuesday morning so there was a long wait for the single waffle maker. They only have oranges available for fruit, which was a bummer for my toddler who prefers apples and bananas- but the rest of the breakfast was very tasty and the attendant was nice enough to check out the back stock to confirm no apples or bananas. But our biggest complaint was the noise rules. We understand basic etiquette in hotels and quiet hours but this place makes you sign a form acknowledging that you could be kicked out if too much noise. As previously stated, we have a toddler, and they put us on the 2nd floor apparently straight above people who don’t like ANY noise. We received a call within 20 minutes of arriving for the evening due to noise… at 9:15pm. I requested a new room and they couldn’t make it happen. We didn’t receive any more complaints, but we felt way to strict on our kids and how much they can move. That was a total bummer for a fun family hotel stay. I’m not sure why the pool is open 24hours but the property requires utter silence.

Where do I start? 0 would be the appropriate rating for this establishment. When you book on Expedia you have the option of pay when you arrive and for me that’s always the best choice for security reasons. I like to know what I’m being charged for and when I will be charged. I selected this option for my stay on 8/9 and everything was fine mind you I also booked my room in advance which was the jacuzzi room which I understand is super popular however I reserved the room with ample time. So check in is between 3pm and 3 am according to their policy, I get there at 6:30 pm to check in and am greeted by an incredibly rude front desk staff member who informs me that they cancelled my reservation due to me not paying!!!! They also stated they had called me to get payment stating that my payment did not go through earlier that morning before check in time, uhm hello I selected pay at property you are not authorized to run my payment if I am not there! They then told me they cancelled due to feeling like they may lose money for me not paying. This is why I picked pay at property so I could be there when getting charged! I asked if they had any other rooms since we lived 2 hours away and they said nope all booked! I asked to speak with a manager and the very unfriendly staff member called her said I was upset and the manager refused to speak with me and said “well you already explained why her room was canceled”. Such professionalism (eye roll) these people are scammers 100%!

The employees here are the most helpful. Every one did their best to make our stay wonderful. Breakfast was hot food (sometimes eggs, sausages, hash browns that were perfect, biscuits and gravy, and waffles) along with all the carbs you could ask for. Thanks for the hot chocolate and tea all day. Room very spacious, shower clean and big, and beds and sheets comfortable. Amazing location (easy off freeway), food choices within walking distance, and we enjoyed the DuPont Fireworks show (walked!). Such a great value for the money.

The hotel is somewhat outdated, however, it appears that they are still in the process of updating it. The surrounding area was nice. There are also a number of restaurants within walking distance. With regard to the staff, there was a lack of communication, particularly in regards to contacting the manager for a specific charge. Once I finally got in touch with a manager, she was quite disrespectful and condescending. Due to my interaction with the manager, I would never consider returning to that establishment. If this is the manner in which the manager interacts, what does that suggest about the establishment?

A good place to stay. Close to the freeway, but far enough away that it's quiet. A good walk-able neighborhood.

We needed an affordable place to stay within reasonable driving distance of Mount Ranier National Park. This motel met our needs as well as our budget. Staff were friendly, rooms were large and clean, breakfast was good and hot. We would stay again.

Great family stay. The room was large enough for 2 adults and 4 kids. Very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfy. Good size pool for the kids. Breakfast had numerous options plus a protein option every day. Staff was very helpful and courteous. We would stay here again.

No HOT water for morning bath, warm at best. No eggs for breakfast, quite odd as there was sausage, hash browns and biscuits. Fruit, cereal and coffee.

Our shower water pressure was pathetic, the worst I've ever had in a hotel room. Room was also loud at times with the people above us walking around like a bunch of elephants and someone's large dogs down the hall would start barking for 10-15 minutes. Ridiculous. Finally, the breakfast is awful. The eggs are fake (powdered), hash browns stale and overcooked. They ran out of coffee every morning and did not replenish. I'll need to stay in a hotel in this area from time to time over the next several months, but I won't be staying here again. Disappointed.

I came up from California to visit a family friend. Had no clue where Dalton is. Be advised it's next to a huge military base. So many types of restaurants from fast food, to different levels of pizza, a really amazing Bistro and so many different options. All within walking distance of this Hotel. Many other services available in the immediate area. I was only there to sleep. The breakfast options were beyond lack luster. A waffle maker and three hot tubs with sausages, some kind of bread looking thing and hash brown things. Coffee from a percolator. I did expect more. Pool and spa where clean. Staff was really nice. Room was clean but obviously well used. I would stay there again in the future but will look for better accommodations for that price range.

I've stayed here several times over the last few years with and without my grandkids! They love the Nice pool and spa- so do I. Brkfst was SUB-PAR this time. Selection was limited compared with earlier visits.
