Called hotel for hours regarding reservation and no one would ever answer. Best Western even tried to call them and no one answered. Advertised they had a shuttle which they did not. Key cards stopped working after our first night and it took quite a while to get them fixed. Outdated.

Hotel was in mid renovation so there was a lot of construction going on around it. Shuttle bus had no driver. Halls were humid and little airflow.

Also pool doesn’t open til 10am but was being cleaned until 10:30. Also called for an extra bath towel since we had 4 people and only 3 towels but they never brought an extra. We pulled up and almost drove away the outside was so old and run down looking but we gave it a shot and was happy to see nice clean area and rooms. The bathrooms are dated but clean. The breakfast was just ok. Would have been nice to have variety each day of hot food. Hot tub needs a good scrub but overall we were happy and would stay again.

My only two *small* complaints were A) the bed was so hard. I kept waking up with a sore back. B) The TV wasn't a smart TV that I could cast anything to. The breakfast was good, the pool was great and I enjoyed the hot tub. The transit system is great. I walked around and found a good spot to eat at and a salon around the corner to get a facial at. Very nice property! If I stay in Everett again, I'll definitely think first about this hotel.

This hotel is ridiculously OUTDATED, the elevator looks like it’s from the 1900’s the carpets probably haven’t been changed or cleaned for 47 years, and the rooms are just as outdated. For $235 FOR ONE NIGHT… I was literally so disappointed in myself for not looking more into it before spending that much for one night.

It took me 45 minutes to check in and no one else was there. Language difficulties but also training with NO trainer until the end end, when I was in tears. Place is old and rundown, but pretty clean. Having lived in this area before, I knew the homeless mission was blocks away and the neighborhood is NOT safe. No secure parking. Overpriced for certain compared to the other two hotels I stayed in.

Staff was terrible and could never positively answer to one of my request… They couldn’t fix the tv, didn’t provide for to go breakfast on time while I did the request at 3 times, didn’t want to refill coffee until I repeatedly ask. I also saw a member of the staff using the jacuzzi and when I ask if it was possible to get access to it, they told me it’s impossible to do so because it’s closed ??? Some of them look like they hate their job and have an attitude. It honestly tarnished my experience though the facilities and bedroom were well maintained and appreciated.

The property was very clean and presentable, the gentleman that checked us in was very polite and extremely helpful. Our room was clean and accommodating. We came up to Everett for a graduation so we were only in town one night but I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Best Western Cascadia!

I wish I’d listened to the negative reviews, but I thought people might just be pickier than I am - I was wrong. I stayed for two nights for a business trip, and wish I’d chosen elsewhere. The night attendant was extremely rude and unhelpful, it was like pulling teeth trying to find out where my room was, where to park, etc. The neighborhood was very sketchy, as was the room itself. The mini fridge did not work, there was a hole in the wall, the tub had been patched, the bedding is basically just a thin sheet, and the room looked nothing like the picture when I booked it. I spoke with the front desk the next afternoon who offered to switch my room, she was very helpful and much more friendly than who had checked me in. Still, this place needs some work.

It was a great location to the Angel of the Winds Area, reason we decided to stay here. Free breakfast was your standard eggs, potatoes, waffle, etc - it was perfect to fill our tummy's to start the day. Staff were nice and friendly.

Great location to the Angel of the Winds arena -- a 10-15 minute walk. Loved having the complimentary continental breakfast as well to get the day started.

The property is in a little bit of a sketchy area, but the hotel itself is quite nice. Check-in process was easy and although aged, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The breakfast was disgusting - a kind of egg patty that neither looked nor tasted like an egg. The seating was so odd that people had to sit on cushions to reach the tables. Smelled musty and like smoke throughout. A couple homeless people parked along the street outside the parking lot, made us uneasy to leave the car there. Would not walk anywhere from this location due to safety concerns.

Bed was very comfortable, especially after getting an extra blanket for the second night. Front staff and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Eggs were not wet, which is what usually happens

When we first walked in our room it smelled terrible. It is a pet friendly hotel, but that room smelled overwhemingly like dog/cat pee. The photos online don't do any justice for what this hotel is really like.

We had a nice stay. Our only complaint was no extra blankets in the room. My son and I enjoy a cool room to sleep in, so having extra blankets keep our bodies warm. The cool temperature in the room is refreshing to our faces. Considering the hotel is on a busy street, it was remarkably quiet in our room. The breakfast was plentiful, but the room didn't have seating for everyone at the time we ate.

This hotel is a joke for wheelchair accessible access. I stayed one night and went to another hotel the following night. We got a room that has a bathtub and a store bought shower chair and a low toilet. I had to use a store bought plastic toilet riser. This room was never set up for a handicap room, but thrown together. A shower could not happen because the individual in a wheelchair can not left there legs over the bathtub, and all the hallways are on a hill. Hills suck when pushing a wheelchair

The ac in our room was extremely loud, so we couldn’t really keep it on if we wanted to watch tv. The pool/hot tub was closed for maintenance but there was no prior notification of this… super bummed when we woke up and wanted to hot tub and couldn’t. It was an okay experience overall, not sure I would stay again though.
