Parking was fine but it was not in the most safe environment. The walk to the nearest store was through an area with a bunch of homeless. Lots of long term stays in the hotel with one room we saw filled completely with stuff. I could see a rice cooker on the counter. I asked if there was an ice machine and was told by the morning employee he didn’t know if they had one or not. Would have spent extra and stayed elsewhere.

Place is terrible ! Don’t get the jet spray tub! CAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK!! Service and property was so shady I didn’t even bother with the continental breakfast These people know they are selling a lie! They don’t care! Wish I would have read the reviews!! They probably made their own good reviews fraudulently… cause no one in their right mind would pay for what they have to offer!!! What the photo shows and what I was given was truly unbelievable!! U would think they would want people to return and keep the place up but no they’d rather rob u and play dumb!!!

even though this place has a security guard, I feel the most unsafe I could ever feel.

We always rent the hot tub room and never have any issues. Smooth and relaxing.

I liked the hot tub in room but it looked like it could fall apart at any time. Underneath the beds was dirty we found stuff that shouldn't have been under there things people use for drug use. Breakfast they used to have a better selection but at least it fed us so can't really complain. Things just need to be fixed up especially for the price they charge for rooms especially on the weekends. But i have seen worse for the same price insane i didn't know how they stay open.

This place was disgusting! There was a dirty wet towel on the floor, hair in the sink, some sort of food stuck to the remote... I was scared to sleep in the bed! The place smelled bad and there were people yelling until about 1am. It was creepy and awful.

This place is an absolute dump! Worst room I’ve ever stayed in. How it has a 6.6 rating is wild to me. Cigarette burns all over the bedding. Stains on the lampshades. Mold on the walls. How this place isn’t condemned is beyond me. It’s in massive need of new ownership or a renovation.

Not very clean room, smelled like smoke pretty heavily. Blankets had cigarette holes, giant spider in the bathroom, room not sealed good. Cockroach came into the room when we opened the door. Unpleasant overall. The ac worked great at least.

The room was dirty and falling apart. I almost didn't want to bring my daughter inside. You can hear everything from people outside all hours of the day/night, in their rooms, and cars from the street. Seemed like a lot of partying/drug users. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable, but at least they didn't make noise when tossing and turning. The "pillows" were not even pillows, I have no idea what they were. Workers were really nice though.

Bed bugs, tried to get a refund and they would only issue a refund for 2/3 nights even though we didn’t stay there a single night. The guy working the front desk was rude about the whole thing. They booked that room for another person while I was in the lobby knowing it had bed bugs. Wouldn’t even look at the photos I took.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It’s filthy and gross. The pictures do not match the room at all. Neither does the pics of the lobby. We were unable to turn the water on for the shower, there was hair in the tub and sink, toothpaste on one of our towels, we could not sit in the chair as it was filthy and covered in grease. This place is a joke:(

Rooms were clean, just outdated. Plug ins were a challenge finding enough. Missing chain lock on door and tv that the sound went in an out. It's safe and affordable.

Lots of homeless in the area , people dealing outside the hotel rooms. Dirty rooms , bed bugs.

The only star is going to go to Cheyenne who was working at the front desk. She was very friendly and tried to upgrade me from a smoking room (because the other non-smoking rooms still weren\'t done being cleaned at 5:45 p.m. when we arrived) to the jacuzzi suite but extremely unfortunately it only had one bed so I had to take a smoking room. The room had SPLATTERED BLOOD on the ceiling, dozens and dozens of burn holes and stains on the blankets, and the possible prostitute upstairs was making an insane amount of noise. For 30 straight minutes it sounded like a herd of elephants at 1:00 a.m. There was a picture on the wall that the glass had been broken out of and things ripped off of it. The room had definitely been cleaned well but there\'s just no getting around a popcorn ceiling with splattered blood. We got ready for a concert in the room and left 40 minutes later. When we got back from the concert at 12:30 a.m., we were in the room for about 20-30 minutes and decided between the nasty bed and the constant noise upstairs that were going to pack up our stuff and drive the almost 2 hours home. I went into the office (where there was an unmarked police SUV parked in front) and told them simply "I wanted to check out" The front desk guy gave me my deposit back without saying a word and we left. I probably should have asked for my money back but decided it just wasn\'t even worth it.

The room was severely in need of paint, the bathroom door look like it had never been painted or was painted halfway, the shelf or the microwave sat had dirt all over it.

Late in the evening, we were already asleep and wakened by shouting and fighting in the room above us. It went on for awhile before it finally got quiet. Also, once the bathroom door was closed, the dirt behind the door indicated it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The baseboard was quite dirty which made me wonder about how clean the shower and other areas were. The price was quite reasonable.

This place is worn out. Furniture is in poor shape. No closet but has hanging bar which was falling out of the wall. So was the towel rack in the bath area. TV and HVAC worked OK. WiFi was intermittent. Secured but did not always worked. The place has many welfare cases living there. Kids were everywhere Cheap, but you get what you paid for.

Really needed WiFi but wasn't working or had none and the Expedia app said they had it not even a signal there for it. Only took cash for vending machines and cash for security deposit no mention of that either.

The rooms here are very old. Everything felt decades out of date, and the bathroom floorboards were incredibly noisy, creaking constantly.

The adage, "You get what you pay for", is applicable here. Room was clean, bed was comfy BUT both faucets didn\'t work well, a coat of paint is desperately needed, & furniture is worn. Breakfast was limited. When we arrived the breakfast area was really messy and we had to ask staff to refill 4 items, which seemed to inconvenience them. Certainly not a motel we\'d recommend or return to.

I had a situation where I forgot my gold ring when I left. I called the hotel and they promptly looked for it, found it and kept it for me. Honest staff deserves a 100.

Customer service is great there very nice the wonderful lady that works from 7auntil 3pm is the best customer service I have ever had this is just a great place.If your in town stay here.

There are not enough characters in this text box to go in depth, but I would not recommend this motel to anyone. Upon arrival we were told we could not check in without paying a $60 cash deposit (which we were not told about before booking). We don't carry cash often, so we were forced to use the motel's ATM and were charged a $3 service fee. The biggest annoyance I had with this is that we drove 13 hours to get to Washington and would be driving those same 13 hours back on our last day, and we wanted to leave around 5am. But we weren't allowed to get our deposit back except for between the hours of 7am - 3pm, causing us to get home from our trip much later than desired. The non-smoking room reeked of smoke, there were drug deals and drug users in the empty lot adjacent to the motel, the front desk staff seemed confused and unwelcoming, and the room was not very clean. The TV remote was sticky, the bathroom felt unsanitary, and there was no drain plug in the sink, so you could see all of the built up gunk in the bottom of the drain. I didn't feel comfortable eating the provided breakfast because of how filthy the breakfast area was. Overall, I felt unsafe and conned during my stay, and felt sticky and unsanitary leaving the building.

Need a lot of maintenance. Dirty bathroom door. Cigarette smell in a non smoking room. But the deal breaker was the evening staff. Minimal communication, we had to ask for room location, WiFi password and breakfast times. The receptionist seem bothered that we would ask simple questions. Lady in the morning for check out was nice at least. I do not recommend.

The room was decently clean. The customer service at the front desk was very friendly.

Booked a smoke free room, when i got to said room (133) room smelled like cigarettes and had a burn mark on the sheet like someone put their cigarette out on it. Went and asked the front desk if they could move me rooms and the person argued with me saying that it’s been cleaned and its smoke free. Couldn’t get a refund because i paid thru Expedia so i left and spent $200 at La Quinta up the street. Would not recommend this place and Expedia should do something about refunds is the quality of the room is horrible.

Rodents running around. Unsafe environment. Staff was rude and asked for a cash deposit. Room keys didn’t work. I did not stay. Want a refund. Don’t go to this place.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

We were disappointed that after being given a late checkout that when we went to the desk to checkout they kept our cash deposit that we needed for a stay at our next hotel. The front desk person said: YOU CAN ALWAYS SLEEP ON THE STREETS TONIGHT. THATSBA FREE OPTION. SMH! The kid should be fired for talking to a guest that way.

Its right across from the casino

Nice and close to Tacoma Dome and other food choices nearby.

This was a good stay for the price. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, not clean and next to a casino, with some dodgy folks hanging around on the street. But the room was comfortable and clean and the clerk was nice. I would stay there again.

I usually get a room here cause the EQC is right across the street. I just walk 2 mins there to eat and play.

I like it because it’s pretty reasonably priced and right across from the casino and between two small stores. Seems pretty safe , on-site laundry and nice helpful staff

Not really the motels fault, but transportation is a huge issue if you can't afford Uber or Lyft. The bus only runs once an hour. Lots of restaurants have closed. Transients are taking over the area.

I was skeptical reading the other reviews recently, but I’m really glad we chose to stay here for a night, after going to a White River Amphitheater concert. Check-in around 5pm was so smooth (wasn’t charged the $60 cash deposit even though we had it ready) and we were unexpectedly upgraded from a queen to a king bed in an spacious ADA accessible room because there must have been vacancies. It was quiet and clean. My boyfriend loved the breakfast options: cereal, oatmeal, waffles, fresh fruit and coffee. Overall for the price-point and it being a Saturday night, it was perfect for what we needed.

The continental breakfast said it was from 6:00am until 9:00am and when I went at 7:30am tbe attendant said everyone came early and there was nothing left ! What a disappointment!

Breakfast was advertised but was not offered due to “supply issues” and “power issues” (I didn’t notice any power issues…) Would absolutely NOT stay again.
