The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast had eggs and sausage. It was the best price for a dog friendly place in the area this weekend. It has a pool and hot tub and sauna, though we didn't use them because we were too tired. The staff was pleasant and check in was easy.

Amazing stay. Friendly staff Short linens for 3 people. No glasses in bathroom. Picked this motel because they had a HOYER lift for the hot tub for my fiance who has no toes on one foot and a below the knee amputated leg. Staff could never get it working. Remote was bad

The dog area was excellent, watering time was a little inconvenient. But still one of the best. Comfortable bed, nice clean pet room without the sacrifice of comfort to the humans. Breakfast was very good, we enjoyed our stay.

I liked it however the curtains opened up to a wall and if you can't do stairs, let them know. I didn't see an elevator. The heated pool was 70 and felt cold enough I couldn't get into it past my knees. Sauna worked awesome and hot tub was okay. Kids had a good time so that is what we were looking for.

Our bathroom was gross and you could tell that they don't clean the corners. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. Our room was close to the stairs and breakfast room and it was noisy and sounded like people kept trying to get in our room. We heard from another customer that there were no other rooms available, and we had no options so we stayed. Disappointed and will not stay again.

Carpet in our room was so dirty it turned our feet black. Bathroom was dirty, the pool was so disgustingly foggy with hair and bugs in it. Staff was extremely rude at breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was burnt sausage and still raw undercooked “microwaved” potatoes. Will absolutely never return and will advise people to stay away.

Please clean! Look at the walls. Go in the bathroom in 318, close the door and wipe the big black handprint and all the other dirt off. The walls are dirty in the room. The staff was excellent and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room was acceptably clean. The hallway needed a good vacuuming. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had and we spent over 30 nights in motels just this year. The sausage was inedible, and the coffee, well it would have made good highway patching tar.

The jacuzzi tub was unplugged. There were chunks of puke in the jets of the jacuzzi tub, glad I brought some YUK!. Found clothing tags from previous guests lying on our “clean towels”. The sauna was out of order and the hot tub had dirt and gravel all over the bottom. The staff were extremely friendly and nice. Bed was comfy despite having holes in the sheets.

Was surprised they didn’t have an elevator, which was disappointing after I loaded up the luggage cart. We reserved 2 king standard rooms. One was a normal size hotel room, however, one was only half that size and was very tight. It did not have a sitting area. Breakfast was decent and the front desk staff was nice.

Perfect for a night while driving through! Great bed, clean, breakfast was basics of what you would need. The only minor complaint was the shower head and taps were old and could use to be replaced, but we would definitely stop here again!

When checking in the front desk person asked for a credit card to hold for incidentals and my drivers license. I gave her both I got a notification that my credit card had been charged. I asked “did you just charge my card?” She said “yes twenty dollars”. I said “you should have explained to me you were charging my card”. She said “I don’t know what the big deal it”. I said “The big deal is you did not tell me you were going to charge my card. You only asked for a card for incidentals”. She then placed paper work in front of me to initial and sign explaining charges etc. she pointed to an area she had highlighted and said “every place charges for incidentals. You will get it back if no charges are found”. I felt she was belittling me and she said a second time “I don’t know what the big deal is”. Communication is very important before charges are made. Courtesy goes a long way. The next morning I explained the interaction and the front desk person apologized which was greatly appreciated

The room they had for me was not ready. When I went in the room it was used and not clean. Paulina the desk consultant was fantastic! She immediately apologized and set me up with another room that was ready and clean within minutes. Her kindness and expediency in remediating the situation was exemplary! Thank you!

It felt like there was 1 employee in the entire building. I left and came back 30 minutes later because no one would come to the front desk. The hot tub was cloudier then usual and there were no towels except the ones in my room. the bathroom was rough with poor grout work and rusty metal. I didn't feel comfortable and I'd rate it lower if I didn't feel sorry for the poor staff member who was working tirelessly, as the credit card machine didn't work and had to double charge

Check in process was quick. Had two reservations, one on the first floor and one on the third floor. The room on the first floor had not been cleaned and was not ready. The cleaning staff told us to ask for a new room. When I called the front desk, they said to come get a new room. When we got to the front desk, they said they were fully booked and to just wait 30 minutes. This was extremely inconvenient as my family needed to get ready for a graduation. Why check someone in to a room that isn't clean? And then why not immediately start working on that room so that it could be available? Staff didn't seem to care and were very disorganized. If I hadn't already paid for the rooms, I would have went somewhere else. I should have been provided a credit/partial refund, but nothing was offered. I will not stay at this property again due to how the situation was handled.

Overnight stay for a soccer game. Checked in online so it took two seconds to grab out key and get into our room. Same thing with checkout, it couldn't be easier. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The area felt safe, and there are plenty of dining options close by.

Overnight stay for a soccer game. Checked in online so it took two seconds to grab out key and get into our room. Same thing with checkout, it couldn't be easier. The breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. The area felt safe, and there are plenty of dining options close by.

Of course no Baymont is a 5-Star hotel, but this was a very nice hotel for what you expect. There was a bit to be desired with the breakfast, and I didn't see any reason to take the coffee away early but it was reasonably priced and very clean

Would not stay again. Room was clean, the only plus. At check-in I was charged for the room even though I told the young lady it was already paid for. This was corrected at check-out. The hotel is a tri-level, we were on the bottom. We had to drag our suitcases down the stairs and listen to people run down the hall to the pool all night. The room had a tiny bottle of shampoo and lotion, they did not bother with conditioner. The breakfast was mostly breads, cereals and off-brand yogurt. The hot food was all depleted and the juice machine was empty. The coffee was fine but for some odd reason there is no actual sugar made available. I have never stayed at a Baymont and based on this visit, I would not again

During my 3 day stay my room was cleaned etc. 1 time after notifying the desk twice. The attendant for the breakfast wasn't proactive. Food items ran out and were not replenished in timely manner without asking.

The bed was comfortable and the room was acceptably clean. The hallway needed a good vacuuming. Breakfast was the worst we have ever had and we spent over 30 nights in motels just this year. The sausage was inedible, and the coffee, well it would have made good highway patching tar.

The only interaction I had with staff was at check-in, they were friendly. Room was clean enough. It was pretty loud, I could hear every truck, motorcycle, etc all throughout the night. We enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfortable as was the room. I wouldn't have minded extra seating in the room but we didn't have tons of use for it anyway. There was no elevator in the hotel but we only had one flight of stairs to go up so it wasn't much of a problem. The breakfast was the usual fair though it kind of felt sparse.
