We really enjoyed all of the amenities. Took advantage of the miniature golf as well as the Tap house. Some of the better micro brews I have had. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is also an Expresso stand in the parking lot which we enjoyed.

The property was great! Our room was a suite overlooking the pool. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with small kids. Everything was very clean, organized and accessible. The breakfast was the basic continental with waffle maker and sausage. But lots of options: yogurt, oatmeal, juice, cereal, toast, bagels, etc etc. indoor pool was very fun! Dining right in the parking lot ( can walk) & allow kids until 10 PM, I think. We didn’t bowl but it was there. Arcade was fun but kids bought candy mostly as a prize rather than a small toy or fidget, due to limited options. Great experience. Would stay again & recommend to others.

Great property and clean rooms. Jacuzzi suites are a must. Pool was great but hot tub was down for maintenance. Happens just can say yea or nay. Breakfast could go a tad later. Night staff was absolutely amazing especially front desk. She was accommodating and personal. Girl needs a raise, because of her, we stayed an extra night.

It was “fine.” Room was very basic. The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk was “fine” at check in; a little better at check out. The mini golf looked fun but it was closed (until May!). The pool was smaller than it looks in the photo, and colder than we expected, but the windows and natural lighting were nice. The exercise “room” was more like a large closet. We enjoyed the bowling alley, but only for one game because it closed at 5 pm for league night. We also enjoyed the two free drinks and the two $2 arcade cards we were given at check in. Overall, if I had to go back to Moses Lake, I would consider staying here again - if I got a good deal on the room. And I would call first to see which activities are open because it’s not clear on the website.

It would be nice knowing if the pool is open or closed when reservations are made. This property has a GREAT pool, that is why we stayed there (an 8 year old in my party). Pool was closed for renovations. Not cool and not able to cancel

Great for families. Clean pool and hot tub. Lake bowl is walking distance and has restaurant, bowling, arcade and mini golf. Beds are comfortable. Has microwave and dorm fridge in room. Basic cable on nice flat screen tvs.

Fantastic hotel, just outside of downtown with bowling alley, brewery, arcade, mini golf, pool, patio with grill and even a little book nook. Oh and breakfast was good. Place is clean, staff and service was kind, friendly. Absolutely no complaints. We'll be back.

Love staying here! It was our second stay, however, our room had hard floors and I don’t think they’re mopped often. My baby was crawling on the floor and his hands, feet and knees would be black everytime we picked him up.

This place was terrible!!!! The water barely got warm so showers were not great, the heat/AC didn’t keep the room constant temps one minute your freezing and the next your hot! They offered a military discount that I didn’t get when I booked and it would have taken off the same price I had to pay for my dogs so I asked her if she would just wave that fee and she just looked at me and changed me anyway! My daughter stayed in a different room and it was the same for her she also had hand prints on her headboard so those obviously get cleaned! I will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!

I have stayed three nights in the past month and it was awesome each time. The owners remodeled the rooms a few years ago and they did a fabulous job on choosing the decor but especially the flooring. I prefer staying upstairs and a lot of hotels fall short when they change from carpet to hard surfaces. The Ten Pin Inn

I have stayed at alot of motels for travel over many years. We stayed in the executive suite. And was 1 of the coolest rooms i have ever stayed in.. You would have had no clue it was a hotel room. Very warm feeling hot tub in room. It was almost like you were in a cabin. Very comfortable beds. My wife loved it. And that alone says alot. Iwould rather stay here than any fancy hotel. Thanks 10 pin you made me a hero.

This is definitely just an average hotel nothing special. The shower has no water pressure and the noise was ongoing. As far as I know they don’t have an elevator, so if your room is on the 2nd floor plan on lugging your luggage upstairs'

Easy access off the freeway. Next door to brewing company and bowling alley. The refer didn't keep drinks cold. It's near Walmart. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The lighting was very poor. I was disappointed there was no bathtub, only a shower.

I will say our suite was smaller than expected based on photos. I did read other comments about the walls being paper thin and can confirm. I was able to hear the tv in rooms across from ours and could hear every conversation and walking down the hall and every single door open and close. The jacuzzi was enjoyable and ultimately that’s what saved the stay. Overall The property was very nice. The fact that it’s next to the restaurant/bar was another bonus.

Convenient, but no elevator to second floor. Walking distance to family fun, a restaurant, and a bar/casino. Front desk was friendly and thorough. AC unit had to be set to 60 to kick on and it was very loud. Beds were very uncomfortable. Updated old hotel. Clean enough.

We got the room with the jetted tub which I always enjoy . The switch for the tub was across on another wall which was inconvenient though. Very reasonable price and the location was great with activities and food nearby. I would recommend this place to stay

Nice property and convenient to have restaurant on the premises. Indoor pool was nice as well as the patio area outside the pool. Mini golf and bowling right on the premises as well. Brewery on the premises had great beer and it was cheap to buy and take home. The lady that checked us in was full of attitude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. The lady that was working the continental breakfast our first morning was far too busy on her phone to even worry about sticking anything. Couldn’t be bothered. If we were to stay again, it definitely wouldn’t be right across from the breakfast room or on the bottom floor. Very noisy.

Found my husband's brand new work boots, and offered to mail them to us. Very helpful. Will definitely stay there again when we are in the area. Will highly recommend!

The neighboring guest was noisy and yelled out of the window two nights in a row, the tv broke 3nights in a row, staff did not assist with for 3days, my stay was for 6 days for work trip, very unhappy.

Made a reservation for Thursday to Sunday knowing we were going to check in Friday morning around 11. I even called the hotel on Thursday night to confirm that we wouldn’t be there until Friday morning and she was going to make a note. Got to the hotel to check in and was told that the room wouldn’t be ready until 3. I explained I had a reservation and she told me that because I didn’t check in Thursday night, the room was given away and that I had to wait to check in at 3.

The gentleman who checked us in was very nice and welcoming. I was worried about checking in after a concert at in the morning and he was very assuring it was not a problem and even asked if we wanted an extended check out so we could sleep in.

Easy access off the freeway. Next door to brewing company and bowling alley. The refer didn't keep drinks cold. It's near Walmart. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The lighting was very poor. I was disappointed there was no bathtub, only a shower.

So close to a lot of shopping. The food in the brewery was fantastic. Love that we were able to park our vehicles right outside of our window. Will definitely stay again if in Moses Lake.

Hotel is centrally located to golf courses and restaurants. It reasonably priced, the property is in good condition, and it's a fun place to stay with miniature golf, bowling alley, and brewry/sports bar all on premises within easy walking distance of your room.

Ten Pin is always clean. House keeping forgot to leave coffee and condiments one day. The pillows are small and squishy, I'll bring my own for my next stay. The location is great if your appointments are at the Grant County Fairgrounds.

The hotel itself is nothing spectacular, but it was a quiet, clean, and overall great place to stay. The ten pins brewery had great food and service. The convenience of food, groceries, and nearness to the city center made this a great trip.

Appreciate the early morning breakfast and available coffee. The patio outside of the pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy an evening breeze. The proximity to Grant County Fair Grounds makes it ideal for attending equestrian activities.

We really enjoyed all of the amenities. Took advantage of the miniature golf as well as the Tap house. Some of the better micro brews I have had. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is also an Expresso stand in the parking lot which we enjoyed.

We were travelling from Portland to Kelowna, B.C. and this was our second stay at the property. The connection to the bowling alley and brewery was a bonus. We walked across the parking lot to the restaurant at the bowling alley and were impressed with the menu. Lots of healthy choices along with the usual burger and fries on offer. The beer from the brewery is excellent. Very convenient and right on the highway.

The property was great! Our room was a suite overlooking the pool. Plenty of space for a family of 5 with small kids. Everything was very clean, organized and accessible. The breakfast was the basic continental with waffle maker and sausage. But lots of options: yogurt, oatmeal, juice, cereal, toast, bagels, etc etc. indoor pool was very fun! Dining right in the parking lot ( can walk) & allow kids until 10 PM, I think. We didn’t bowl but it was there. Arcade was fun but kids bought candy mostly as a prize rather than a small toy or fidget, due to limited options. Great experience. Would stay again & recommend to others.

Fantastic hotel, just outside of downtown with bowling alley, brewery, arcade, mini golf, pool, patio with grill and even a little book nook. Oh and breakfast was good. Place is clean, staff and service was kind, friendly. Absolutely no complaints. We'll be back.

This is our annual home base for Labor Day Weekend at the Gorge. The hotel remains very fairly priced, well maintained, and clean. The rooms are spacious and clean. The free breakfast is a great extra perk. I didn't make it over to the brewery this trip, but it's nice having that option next door. The weather was nice enough to take advantage of the putt putt golf in the parking lot -- it's a fun course. Look forward to staying here again next Labor Day!

Ten Pin were great hosts for our Labor Day weekend trip to The Gorge! The staff were always super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast amenities were solid with a good variety. And if you don't like what they have at the breakfast room, the on-property Restaurant/Tap House/Card Room/Bowling Alley/Arcade has plenty of great options. We never had a bad meal when we ate there all weekend. If that doesn't work, there's a grocery store right next door, and there's even a liquor store across the street if you'd rather DIY your cocktails in your room (I wouldn't though. The drinks at the bar were tasty and potent.) We're absolutely going to stay there again in the future.

Had a great time at the hotel. Great facilities - my wife loved the pool which was a lot warmer than the last hotel we were in - and very friendly staff. Breakfast had plenty of options. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. Could not ask for anything more. Would stay here again without hesitation.
