No elevator no clue about elevator. 5 stars to staff. He carried my bags to 3rd floor for me. Day crew got right on moving me to first floor. AGAIN 5 STARS.. VERY careing people!!

This place is terrible. There was a wait for checkin. Room is dirty and smells. Bathroom is dirty,smelly ans poorly maintained. Pool was closed early. A rusty hangar fell from the rafters in the pool and hit my wife. The pool isnt heated so they just jack heat up in pool room to make up for it? Aweful. This place is a dump

The hotel has a stench that changes depending on the area. The beds are lumpy and not comfortable. The AC units are so old and loud that you have to choose to be hot and not sleep or listen to it rattle and not sleep. Road noise is extensive. The rooms are very dark. The exterior doors to the place do not lock, anyone can enter at all hours of the day and night. I mean, I get - its only $140 / night. You're better off sleeping in your car.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were ok. We only stayed one night so it was fine. Not ADA friendly. No direct way from room to lobby. No elevator. We managed but it made it difficult.

We are OTR drivers so finding a place to fit a 70ft vehicle is hard to do, they had parking. Website says have a breakfast so expect something DON'T get there after paying on line DON'T have breakfast any longer. You have to climb stairs to get to rooms, not very safe if on an upper floor.

Ice machine was broken. Room key didn’t work. Could not check in because system was down. Room smelled bad. Kids pool party going on so guest could not use the pool.

The side door didn't latch so anyone could have gotten in with or without a card key.

If you're looking for the Quality Inn consistency that the chain usually offers then book somewhere else. The staff was friendly but this place was uncomfortably dirty from tons of stains on the bedding and furniture, strong pot smell in the hallways, no elevator, ice machine didn't work and all the surfaces through out the building looked like they had not been cleaned or painted in years. I have chosen to stay in many dives before but when I book a Quality Inn room, I have always seen a consistent environment until now.

Facility is tired. Advertised EV charger was for Tesla only.

The front desk person was really nice but the cleaning of the room was horrible. The toilet seat had visible poop on it, the faucet and mirror had splatters on them, the tub metal plug thing was pulled out and just loose, there was a pile of dust and hair on the floor corner behind the bathroom door. Made you feel like everything was just icky. I would have asked for a different room but was exhausted so I just cleaned some myself.

Our room was filthy. When we first arrived the only garbage can had water in it. The fridge was unplugged and water had been seeping from it and had collected on the shelf it was sitting on. The towels appeared they had been washed but had terrible stains on them. During breakfast the dining area had flys and we saw ants crawling on the stack of plates. These examples made us wish we'd had stayef somewhere else.

Smell of the floor carpet was terrible.My allergy and sinusitis was triggered. Was not able to sleep well. In fact We found bed bug in the bed as well.

The bed was clean and decently comfortable but the bathroom floor had a film in it, there was some sort of splatter on the wall and it smelled like old food.

We had to request new sheets because the bed wasn’t changed. The sheets and blankets had horrible stains on them. There was pee on the bathroom walls and dirty hand prints everywhere. The bedside table had coffee spilled on it, that was never cleaned up. If you have another option to stay elsewhere do so.

Smells like smoke the second you walk in, cigarettes and marijuana. I spent 5 minutes in the room and my throat actually hurt because of the smoke. Dirty rooms and torn up furniture. The side door did not lock or even close all the way. Very gross and unsafe.

The hotel is very old. The bathtub/shower has paint that is peeling and there was mold around the frame of the bathroom mirror.

I had four guys staying here on a work trip. The rooms were dirty. One of the rooms had a hole in the wall and one of the guys was attacked and bitten multiple times by bed bugs and had to switch rooms. Pay more and stay some where else.

I will never stay here again. I got zero sleep and the room was disgusting. They tried to say it was clean but absolutely not. Room didn't even have towels. Oh and the safe you are supposed to leave your values in was non existent in my room. Why they even have this room in rotation I don't know.

The bed was nice

Very old photo of outside of property, rooms were clean but worn. Drapes fall over AC and are to transparent to block out all the lights in parking lot . Like I had a light on in room Staff was great, property is just old and needs updating. Not the usual Quality inn I am used to

I was just unhappy with the room. It was just not up the car holes in the wall.Curtains, not hung bed, was way too hard.

Room was definitely smaller than expected and was an older hotel so not really that great. Almost no counter space in bathroom. Curtains did not block out the light from the sign so that kinda sucked, Not the greatest variety of channels on tv, mostly sports channels. Overall if you’re just staying for one night it’s ok but not longer cause you’ll be uncomfortable.

Bed was great & size of room was good & clean. Just needs a little updating. Tub was slippery, mirror frame in bathroom was worn which made it look like there was mildew. Hairdryer was missing but holder still on wall.

Bathroom walls &ceiking were splattered with something or had mold. All fixtures appeared to be 20+ years old with dirt and grime embedded in them. Corners of bathroom looked filthy with ground in dirt. At least 4 flys in the room. So much noise came through the windows I thought they were open. Fridge was cold and beds appeared clean though.

Doors to the rooms slammed shut, instead of slowly shutting. You could hear doors slamming shut all morning as people left.

The window had a large crack in it. The upholstered chair and stool were so incredibly dirty that we absolutely could not use them. The refrigerator dial was broken and it froze our drinks so that they exploded when opened.

In the middle of the night the bed frame crashed to the ground with me on it. I was terrified!

I think overall it was good! I would recommend stating the breakfast days and time instead of just saying on weekends because some people look at Friday as a weekend day. We missed breakfast on Friday morning because we thought it went until 10 and we were not the only ones. There were about 6 other people that thought the same thing. I know the little insert you put in with the room key says the times and all that but I would definitely say Saturday and Sunday breakfast goes until 10 and Mon-Friday it only goes until 9. Also I forgot to mention this at checkout but our TV turned on and lit up but would not play anything and we could not even turn it back off. It finally started working after sitting on for about 7 hours. We were in room 112. Overall though the staff were wonderful and friendly and we had a good stay.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. You can tell the building and rooms were old which makes it challenging to keep a clean appearance. I felt safe in my room and safe leaving my car in the parking lot.

The staff were wonderful and they all seem to be proud to work there. Everyone wanted to add to our stay. That being said, the property is in very poor condition. The rooms are clean but the walls are cracked and peeling, the furniture is badly scuffed. Our room did not have a hair dryer and staff was not able to supply one (although they offered to allow us to use another room to dry our hair…certainly inconvenient the gesture was nice). After purchasing our own hair dryer, there was no shampoo or conditioner dispensers or small bottles. Housekeeping was kind enough to provide some finally.

The room was old and had a weird rotating smell. I asked the staff for extra towels, she told me she'll bring them to my room. I waited for hours and she didn't bring anything, I had to go back and I found another young lady that was very helpful.

Stayed here for a concert at the Gorge. There isn’t much to pick from within the radius and I tried here this time because it sounded better than some of the alternatives. First and foremost, the staff was wonderful. They are very hard working, accommodating, and doing the most with very little. They were friendly, helpful, and in good spirits. I hope they’re able to be appropriately recognized for their efforts. The building/room is very dingy. The secondary entrance does not lock, but the individual room doors are heavy and slam as though they’re protective exterior doors. This made us feel safe since the alternative entrance did not feel secure. Our sheets/pillowcases on the one bed was dirty; staff was incredibly helpful and changed it immediately. Our wall art was knocked around and the room generally felt just “cleaned enough”. Another time, we were getting ice and a local houseless person was also accessing the ice machine. It seemed like this location was loose with monitoring the parking and entrances. I recognize the current state of affairs, everyone is struggling. However, between the state of the hotel, cleanliness, and price… this doesn’t make sense. The condition of this hotel and its surroundings is $70-$80/night at best, and exclusively because of the continental breakfast/additional “perks” Quality Inn offers. Our 2 night stay was just over $400, which felt incredibly gouged considering the condition of everything.

Check in was personable. There were only a few check-ins left so I was greeted by name! Staff was very accommodating answering our questions and taking care of the few requests we had.

The staff was very friendly. They have done a good job of trying to clean up the place. I was very surprised on how comfortable the bed was.

JoAnn was extremely helpful resolving an issue involving my reservation. Myself and my 2 friends stayed at the Moses Lake Quality Inn on our way home from the Sturgis, SD, motorcycle rally. We arrived at the Quality Inn one day earlier than expected, and JoAnn went above and beyond to make it work. I can’t thank JoAnn enough! Thanks to JoAnn’s compassion and excellent customer service we will be back.

Easy access

Quiet hotel, close to a lovely lake side walk into the downtown approximately 2 miles. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with hot and cold choices, hotel was clean and room was ok. Would stay again

It was loud, area was unsafe and trashy. Room smelled, and bed was extremely uncomfortable. I should have stayed at the best western across the street.

The Quality Inn offered Continental Breakfast, but did not change their site to let people know they had not passed a Food Inspections, so there was no Breakfast. This is one of the reasons we booked with them. Also the pool was closed, for what to seem no reason. I asked about a discount, but said because I booked through Orbits, they couldn't give me one. This is not acceptable, i will never book Hotel/Motels like this again.

There was no channels on the tv to watch, the room looked like it had been storage for lamps. No real breakfast options. Nothing but apple and danishes for breakfast. For the $100 I paid, it should have been a lot better stay!!

I booked Quality inn instead of the cheaper places for one night as we were only in town to purchase something and then leave ....their brand usually has good QUALITY....not here...the breakfast was poor tasting...the bed..I was fine but the rooms need w major update.....not my type of workmanship...the staff was fine.vert friendly...for a 120 per night the room was like the 70 per night across the street

$43 per night. get what you pay for. Was fairly clean! Toilet barely flushed. Continental breakfast was Apple; costco danish in wraper and coffee and watered down orange juice. check in lady had devil horns. All friendly though.

The quality inn isnt the fanciest place you will find but its the friendliest. They have a huge breakfast with tons of options. Fresh baked cookies every evening. They even served soup one night and spaghetti another. Every member of staff i met over my 4 day stay were awesome and kind. 10/10 for custom service.

Staff was very friendly including the manager Joann, but the room wasn’t clean and smelled like mold. Bad! Breakfast food was mediocre and not refilled.
