Electrical Problems: From the moment we arrived, the room had electrical issues. The lamps glitched and flickered every time we tried to turn them on, which was both frustrating and concerning. Poor Room Cleanliness: The ceiling fan was completely covered in dust—so much that we couldn’t use it at all. This is a basic cleanliness expectation that was clearly ignored. Unpleasant Odor: There was a persistent smell in the room that did not go away, even after opening the windows. Being on the third floor with no screens made it even more uncomfortable, and the odor lingered throughout our stay. Disturbing Staff Interaction: After using the in‑room hot tub, we experienced an extremely rude and alarming interruption. Staff banged on our door loudly—like a police raid—claiming the hot tub had overflowed. This was impossible, as the tub had been drained about twenty minutes earlier and never rose above the waterline. There was no water in our room at all. We were threatened with a $200 charge on the spot. The next morning, we learned that the night staff had not communicated with the morning staff, and eventually it was discovered that the pipes were damaged, causing a leak into the room below. Despite this being a hotel maintenance issue, no one apologized for the disruption, the accusation, or the way we were treated.

This hotel needs serious maintenance and updating. The room itself had old beds and worn out furnishings. The bathroom had a missing exhaust fan; there was a hole where it should have been. Room carpet needed cleaning. The pool and hot tub needed painting and the whirlpool directional jets were missing so jets were bubbling over the top. Breakfast was good, but the fluorescent light in the hallway leading up to the breakfast room and near the pool and gym was constantly blinking. It reminded me of the first part of the Joe vs the Volcano movie where Tom Hanks had to work in that environment. I will not stay there again.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good and maintained well. Our hotel bathroom and sink vanity needs updated. Handle on shower and sink hard to use and loose. Also water pressure wasn’t very good. Also I didn’t like that the hotels back doors to get in and out of the building were always unlocked. The only locked facility was the dining area.

Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was very cheap ingredients. Property needs some upkeep. Rooms are comfortable and big.

The room was clean and comfortable. My only issue in the room was that the lighting over the vanity was not as good as it should have been. The fitness center equipment was disappointing in that both the elliptical machine and the treadmill made horrible mechanical noises while trying to use them. They needed service attention.
