We booked an ocean view room on the 3rd floor. When we got there we were told the elevators were not working which was a problem for us. We opted to forgo our ocean view and took a first floor room which still had a flight of stairs to go up and did not have a king. There is only one way in or out which takes you thru the breakfast area and into a small hallway to get up the stairs. This has to be a violation because if there was a fire there would definitely be a problem with everyone trying to exit out on one stairway. It was not handicap friendly so if you need that you will have a problem. There is no ice machine on 1st floor and 2nd floor was out of order so the only working ice machine was on 3rd floor. The employee that checked us in made a mistake and charged my card to another guests room. When I tried to get reassurance that it would be taken care of I felt like they were very vague and said they would mention it to the other employee to get it corrected. It eventually was but it still made me uncomfortable. This could have been a really nice place to stay as it was very clean but too many problems. Would not recommend.

Our room was on the 3rd floor. It would have been helpful at the time of reservations to know that the elevator was out of service. Staff was very courteous and welcoming.

I booked Junior Suite, room was huge. There is no kitchenette as they advertised. They have coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Front desk said she will give 10% discount because the elevator is broken. But when I checked my credit card after 3 days, still the same charged from hotels.com. It’s better they don’t say anything because their guests will expect it.
