Best Western Premier Pasco Inn and Suites

The hotel and our room were spotless! Overall a 5/5 stay, however, the front desk inconsistently charges for bottle water. While the room has a wet bar there isn’t any water provided, so we went down to the front desk to request bottled (I’d seen the man next to me during check in receive two for no charge) the woman working charged our two bottles to the room, $2 no a big deal. On the way out the following morning my wife went to do the same as the night before, but this time no charge? While I’m appreciative the inconsistency is something to note.

The room was extremely clean, it was cozy and the seating area was comfortable. The bed was also nice and clean but unfortunately there was no comforter but that’s just a personal preference other than that it was a good height and has the perfect firm-soft ratio where it felt like I was supported while sleeping but also didn’t feel like I was laying on a plank of wood. The hot tub, pool, and sauna were amazing. We went to dinner in the restaurant located in the lobby area of the hotel. It was nice, the fries were good, and the burger was good. I had the guacamole burger which while I will say it was good, it was disappointing that the guacamole was not thicker, it was obviously store bought but I understand because I’m sure there’s only so much time to make guacamole but it was so water that it was running out of the burger. Also the soda was flat. The waitress however was so nice I would go back simply because the service was so good. Breakfast was phenomenal.

Friendly staff. Only issue was that we couldn't check in early so i could get dressed for my tournament. The older lady was kinda rude bout it. She said the room would've be ready for a couple more hours & there would be a $30 charge for checking in early. Which wasn't a problem. But she insisted that the room wouldn't be ready for up to 2 hours. So i couldn't check in early. Other than that everyone else was nice & helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great. We were impressed.

Clean room but for copious BBQ chip crumbs under sofa cushions. Called front desk (10:30pm); vacuum sent up under 10min. We vacuumed. Easy. Complimentary Breakfast was sufficient. Fresh omelet bar was delicious, otherwise average. Gym small; free weights good. Pulley machine was dysfunctional with very heavy weight; the pulley did not glide smoothly, extra initial slack to overcome (machine rickety, old, leg support broken). Pool was average; clean. Hotel next to up-and-coming strip mall. We thoroughly enjoyed new coffee shop, Swagg. Went there both mornings. Very close; walkable.
