Very convenient location and very clean, but we did have some problems. The biggest being that all rooms are supposed to be non-smoking, but our room nearly knocked us over with the stench of smoke when we arrived. Additionally, for a site that prides itself on having suites with kitchenettes, there’s not a single pot, pan, plate, bowl, or utensil in sight.

There were 3 small problems: I've come to expect toiletries, including facial tissues and shampoo, but all that was provided was soap; the kitchen sink faucet dripped steadily avey 6 seconds; despite staff attempting to help me, i could never get into Wi-Fi the 2 days i spent here

This property shouldn’t advertise as an extended stay and not provide any pots, pans, or dishes.

The floors were dirty!! like they have not been swept are mopped in days!!! To where I had to keep my shoes on the whole time as long as I walk around!! Then I go to the shower to take a bath, it had old hair from the Last person or last people! smh I do not know I just know what I seen! Also, there's no dishes inside the room or pots are pans you have to purchase them from the front office as a set!! not individual but a set! are bring your own smh. I was very disappointed with my stay here!!!!!

Ok place for an extended stay facility. Wish had more that one time houskeeping out of 14 night stay. Also Wifi is horrible. If lucky you can get 5mb

Sadly, this hotel is quite run down. Lots of scratches in the countertops and floors. The bed frame was weirdly bouncy, it was like a pop-up metal frame with no box spring under the mattress. The room smelled like dirty clothes. They do Not provide any dishes or cook wear, so having the burners and fridge (that buzzes at night) is worthless. Who travels with a skillet and dish wear?

Large room with good shower.no amenities..although there is a microwave and 4 burner stove there were no cups, spoons or any other kitchen supplies. No toiletries..

Check in/out was fast and easy and the clerk was very friendly and gave good advice on local dining. The room was clean and had a full size fridge, microwave, cooktop stove and sink. The bathroom was large and the shower roomie. The area was quiet but right in town and close to shopping and dining with lots of good options. Close to fairgrounds. Price was very good compared to similar hitels close by

The reviews of this hotel do not accurately describe the crowd that stays there. There was someone shooting up drugs in the parking lot, lots of parked rundown cars, many cars pulling in for a quick stop/chat/deal with people staying at the hotel. The guests we saw seemed transient. There was garbage piled by the stairwell garbage cans overnight. People are obviously smoking in the stairwells (based on smell and cigarette butts on the stairs). Our room seemed clean at first glance but the TV remote was crusty there was hair in the shower, from smelled of cigarettes, and dirty swipes on the walls. As a group of women staying at this hotel we did not feel safe and can not recommend it to anyone.

Floors were very dirty! Probably havent been swept, or mopped in like 3 wks. The front desk didnt want to take responsbilty for the dirty floors. Wont stay here again.

I like the area it was in. It was quiet and nice. Next to car dealerships. The suite was super small. It worked for me and my partner but had I brought my kids we would have been cramped. Also there were crumbs in the bed. I wasn’t sure if they changed the sheets before hand. The floor was dirty and the cleaning people came after you left.

Very dirty. I don’t think the floor had been moped in who knows how long. The sheets had blood stains, and the comforter had a burn hole in it.

I asked for my money back and was told i would be contacted. I was not. Also they force you to pay 100 dollars for deposit and told would get back at checkout. Then told 3-5 business day. Its been 5 days and still have not gotten my deposit back. I do not recommend this hotel nor any place in Puyallup for that matter. There was also food on the wall. It was very gross. There was a cigarette stench even though the room was said to be non-smoking. One of the bed sheets was had a hole in it that looked like it might’ve been from a cigarette but the cherry on top was we found spots of mold on the ceiling above the shower. I went down to reception to request a refund after checking in only a few hours prior and was told the GM would handle that within a week. I have not heard a word about it since.

Smells of urine outside the room. Lots of noise late at night.

It wasnt bad. The bed was just really uncomfortable.

The people upstairs were very loud with their sexual exploits, lots of bed squeaking, loud walking, dragging chairs around space. They went late into the night and made it difficult to sleep.

The mattresses are terrible, you move and they creak a lot.

The staff was very nice each time I interacted with them but the hotel residents seem to have a hard go in life. The door to get to the stairs near my room didn't work. Had to flush the toilet several times each time. The air conditioner didn't work great. It did seem like the staff try to keep the property tidy. There is no ice machine. The room was clean and the kitchenette was nice. Internet worked well, even though I had to contact the customer service number which was clearly listed in the room and they answered quickly!

The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The elevator had a strong smell of alcohol and body odor, and the hotel was extremely noisy — I could hear everything going on around me. The guest above my room moved furniture for half the night, making it difficult to rest. At 9:14 p.m., management called my room to check if everything was okay. While I understand and appreciate the intent, I had gone to bed early after a long day, and the call woke me up. At 2:22 a.m., a man attempted to enter my room — first using a key card, then by rattling the door, followed by aggressive knocking and shaking the handle. He did not stop until I threatened to call the police. It was frightening and deeply unsettling. The next morning, I woke up early for another long workday only to find the sink clogged and not draining. To their credit, the staff resolved it by the time I returned. Unfortunately, the second night wasn’t any better. The noise continued, with someone playing their TV loudly past 3 a.m., leaving me again with very little sleep. I’ve stayed in many hotels and motels, and I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review — until now. Despite the kind staff, the lack of safety, excessive noise, and maintenance issues made this my worst hotel experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

This hotel was just okay, not the worst I’ve stayed at but not the best. Our stay here was while visiting family for Christmas, so we had more stuff with us than we would typically travel with. The room was smaller than I expected, so there wasn’t much room to keep our items with us. The fridge was plenty large for the extra food we brought with us (this was the main reason I booked this hotel). The microwave was great and large. We didn’t bother doing any cooking in the room as there wasn’t much counter space and we had some of our belongings on and around the table. The bed was not the worst nor the best. It was a little lumpy and the bed frame squeaked a lot whenever someone moved. The heating and cooling system worked well. All the floors in the room were wood and we felt like every time we dropped something that it was extremely loud. Also it was really easy for the bed to move any time we leaned against it. The shower was small and the water pressure was terrible but it did get plenty hot. The spray out of the shower head could be adjusted but our room just didn’t seem to work very well. The counter space in the bathroom was very limited. Finally, our room key had difficulty working consistently. It would work just fine to unlock the door to get to in where the elevator and stairs were but would sometimes take us 6 tries to get our room door to unlock.

Well I guess I should have noticed but some of the rooms don't have bathtubs and that was a real bummer for me but it was just an average place to say nothing special nothing bad just nothing to stand out either negatively or positively

No coffee pot….too many pot smokers….mattresses were horrible

The property needs to be updated significantly. You gave me a kitchen but NOTHING to use in it. I was woken up every night due to barking dogs and people all night long making noise. There were people working on cars in the lot. The water for the shower was not hot. The bed was TERRIBLE. I was overall very disappointed and will not be returning.

The young woman who works mornings during the week is just the kind of person a hotel owner would want working for them. She's amazing and left me very impressed.

The staff is what makes this place special. Great people who care about their jobs.

WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO! I checked in at 5pm and got my keys to my room. I returned at 4 am in the morning and tried to get in my room . THE KEY DIDNT WORK!! I told the overnight staff there and had me waiting outside in the cold for 30 minutes while “ he finds my reservation” . They were disrespectful and no help at all!!

VERY GOOD, STAFF ARE SUPER NICE AND NEVER HAD ISSUES WITH ANYONE OR ANYTHING THEY COULDN'T HELP ME WOTH... FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE

It took way long to get the deposit refunded. I don’t know why the company decided to wait until weeks after I had already left to refund that. Their end says it’s Expedia’s fault while Expedia says it’s the hotel’s. Either way no one wants to refund you.

Our flight delayed, upon arrival the office was cloesed we slept in our cars until morning, we were refunded the night but it not about the money, we need to shower and relax cause it was an all day flight. Then we were told that we only got towels and sheets changed once a week, the room was never cleaned or toilets or bath cleaned. We ask es for the change of towels which was given only if we took back to office.

The staff is really great and welcoming.

Extended stay, 20 days, no issues, friendly staff, convenient location by freeway, would recommend to friends and return myself

Staff was friendly. Cars were broken into overnight (be sure to empty your car at night) Having a mini kitchen was very nice.

Great location for us

The price was the best value we could find within a 50 mile radius. It was booked last-minute so we didn’t have much choice; still, Red Roof Inn should not be proud of this property. Very noisy, very scary.

Overall pleasant stay, but it was noisy! Hotel is adjacent to a car dealership, and every morning there were multiple car alarms that went off. Also, anyone walking by the room talking sounded like they were standing right next to you.

There was no coffee maker nor cups which would have been nice to have a fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning instead of having to get dressed then drive to Starbucks first thing.

Night desk lady was super sweet. The room offered a fridge and stove top but no plates, cups, pots, or pans. They did not have coffee in the room. They didn\'t even have paper cups to heat water in the microwave. The floors were dirty, the sheets and top cover appeared clean but the mattress covers had huge (pee?)stains on them. The mattresses have seen better days and had giant dips in them. We got up with back aches. The pillows were hard as rocks. We didn\'t mind that it was a shower only, no tub. However, the shower dripped all night long. We finally put a towel under it. Also, it was a trick to figure out the right spot for hot water in the shower. The had soap but no shampoo or conditioner. We couldn\'t get the light over the stove to turn off. It was not a restful night by any stretch. This place was too expensive for the quality and lack of ammenities we received. To top it off they charged me a $100 cleaning fee that has not been returned as of yet. The front desk said I have to wait 3-5 business days for the "return to process".

Didn't like that there weren't small coffee makers in riom, nor coffee in lobby area. Small kitchenette had no dishes or cookware.... While this was only a 1 night stay for us, i really lie to have my coffee in the morning, and we had to drive a few blocks to get some coffee.
