Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Renton

Waited over an hour at the airport trying to get through to the the airport shuttle. Ended up having to get lyft to the hotel.

Room smells like pee, might’ve been a pet or person, who knows. Rooms are outdated but parking is free, beds were comfortable enough for a 1-night stay, and there’s a free shuttle to airport.

Airport shuttle was important to me. I called upon arrival and was told it wouldn't be available. The service ends at 10pm. It was 9:30pm. I had to offer possible solutions and eventually got the shuttle, but the desk was willing to leave me hanging.

I called when we landed at SEATAC for our shuttle and the phone just kept ringing. I called back several times, same thing. I left a voicemail for the manager asking for a pickup and call back, we never heard back. After an hour, we got a ride from Uber and had to pay $70. When we got to the hotel and I explained no one answered, they said the phones were working. Then the manager said this was a new hire and the person didn't leave the phone properly for phone calls to come through. We never got an apology for not being able to get ahold of someone, let alone paying out of pocket for an Uber. The next day we were told we could use the shuttle to pick up their subway to go into Seattle. When we got dropped off, the driver said this is exactly where we will pick you up. When we got back to SEATAC, the workers told us that is not where you would get the shuttle at all. They have to drive us over to where the shuttle bus pickup is on the other side of the airport. We called for our shuttle and told we would have to wait at least an hour as there were 2 other people in front of us. When we got picked up, the woman asked if we were the next and I said yes as we were waiting for over an hour. She pulled over to another family telling them she would be back. The other family ended up taking a cab to the hotel instead of waiting. This was the whole reason we booked this hotel originally was because of the shuttle. I was disappointed.

Overnight stay was fine. Adequate accommodation for an overnight stay near the airport. However, the airport shuttle wasn’t running day I arrived. Was told to take uber and would be refunded, but I never got the refund. Going back to airport the reserved shuttle was canceled again without any communication. Only finding out Upon inquiring status of shuttle.They did order the uber for me on their account which I appreciate especially since they didn’t refund the fare to the hotel as promised.

Room was clean, spacious and the bed comfortable. Had a minor issue with the electronic key card not working. Shuttle from airport was non- existent after 10pm which wasn’t advertised. Shuttle to the airport the following day had to be booked which wasn’t made clear so I had to wait over 1 hr for that booking. Then the shuttle was 20 mins late!

Expansive continental breakfast, packaged food but decent quality. Not full of HFC. The hotel is dated, but maintained. No musty or unpleasant odors in common areas nor my room. The full sized fridge & microwave in my room were clean. Dispenser at bathroom sink marked lotion, filled with hand soap. No amenities offered. Major issue: a permanently stained undersheet was used. Eventhough no contact with skin, the idea is gross. Clearly the hotel has a limited budget but come on, replace stained sheets. Mattress & pillows & other linens were fine. The reason the hotel received high marks was all about the STAFF!!! People make or break a stay. I was only there for 1 night, used the gym (everything worked) & didn't spend a lot of time there. The cleaning crew do an excellent job. Front dest, both pm & am shifts were welcoming & communicative. Provided info with a smile. Best of all is their free Shuttle service to anywhere w/in a 5mi radius from hotel!! These drivers are hustling doing their best to accommodate in town & airport runs. PLEASE TIP THEM...you are saving a ton on gas, parking & time. Also, free onsite parking. A great deal for a couple of nights stay!!

Great service by the young lady at the desk. Also the shuttle was very convenient and would take us anywhere within 5 miles.

This hotel was extremely accommodating. We arrived early morning even though we weren’t checking in until 3:00pm. They were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. They also offered shuttle service to and from the Light Rail which allowed us to spend the day in downtown Seattle. The room was also very large and comfortable. I wish I’d had more time to spend in this hotel.

Not very clean. The first room I was given had not been cleaned. The second room had been cleaned, but I found hairs in the bed. I also saw a cockroach in the kitchen space.

The room was fairly clean and very acceptable, but the common areas (halls, elevators, etc.) could use a little more attention to the cleanliness of the carpet in these areas. Overall though, it served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower while we visited the Seattle/Tacoma area !!

Terrible cleanliness. We found hairs in the towels, a big cockroach in the room, the bathroom was dirty and the carpets were very gross. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. Avoid at all costs.

We were told it would be 20 minutes until we could check in. 20 minutes later, we were told it would be another 20 minutes before we could check in. When we finally got into our room, it was pretty dirty. I always check for bed bugs, and although there were none, there was a ton of dirt, hair, and even a broken fake nail underneath the mattress and on top of the bed skirt, mostly under the head/pillow area. Also, the sponge given to us to use was used and full of hair. And, there were pubic hairs in the shower. I would not recommended this hotel due to lack of communication and cleanliness.

Clean room, friendly accommodating staff, and safe parking led to a very satisfying 4 night stay.

The carpet was dirty, lamps had old dust, the shower had some public hair, and I found a hair within the sheets and pillows so I had to sleep dressed

The room had a bad smell. The property needs to be renovated. Needs new paint in the bathroom. There was black mold in the sinks. Probably not stay there again. Breakfast was ok.

Has roaches and wouldn’t give us a refund!

The property was very shabby. The smells were offensive starting with the overly perfume smell piped through the halls and in the lobby to the overwhelming smell of cooking food on our floor which seeped into our room through the AC.

Sufficient for our needs. Comfortable bed, quiet A/C. The kitchenette is handy. The TV audio kept randomly and frequently cutting out on all channels. That's annoying. The shower drained slowly, so splish splash in standing water. Very minimal breakfast options.

Property was run down in our suite, dead bugs in the light, moldy painted over bathroom damage and worst of all the AC only worked in the living room where my son froze and my daughter and I baked in the bedroom. Maintenance attempted to fix it,on our second day and never returned. To know the price we paid, versus the room we got? Motel 6 would have been a better place for my family to stay.

Needs some updates.

It was just okay. Room verall felt dated, and there was a piece of baseboard missing in the kitchen. But nothing major. The real problem was the paper thin walls and thee noisy neighbors at 10 o'clock at night. On the upside they do have a complimentary airport shuttle, and our driver was prompt, friendly and professional. Again, it was okay, but for the price i wouldn't stay there again.

Their computer network was down when I checked in. The front desk staff did a work around and "promised" me that I would not get double charged. I was double charged at check out. Only person was at the front desk and told me that she couldn't address until she was off shift (3 hours later). Still waiting.

I made 1 month in advanced reservation at Lakspur Renton on the day I checked in 8/7-10/2025 I was told that my reservation was no longer available. Lakspur gave away my reservations to another customer. I was very frustrated and upset with the way they treated me and my family. I went to Seattle to attend my son wedding 8/09/2025 We couldn’t find a hotel that’s close to my son’s place. All hotel are fully booked. We finally found one that was really far 25 miles away from Renton.

We landed at 6:45 p.m. I called the property to ask them to send the shuttle, and the man who answered was very rude. I asked him where to wait for the shuttle. He told me to ask someone at the airport, and after I got there, call them back. When we tried to call back at the shuttle pickup location, we were hung up on 11 times. I'm not exaggerating. The phone picked up, nobody said anything, and then the calls disconnected. We called our friends, who were already at the property, and asked them to go to the front desk and tell them where we were and to come get us. When our friend asked them why he kept hanging up on us, he told them that he had just put us on hold. This was patently false. He disconnected our phone calls 11 times. If we had not had friends already there to help, we never would have gotten a shuttle at all. We waited over an hour for the shuttle. When it arrived, it was almost full, and did not have the space to take us and our luggage. The man driving the shuttle was very nice, and said he would come back for us. We had to wait an additional 45 minutes for him to come back. When we told the driver what happened with the man at the front desk he said it was not the first time someone complained about him. I have never stayed at a hotel where I was treated so poorly. This was inexcusable. If we had taken a cab, we would have gotten here in 15 minutes. It was TWO HOURS from when we started waiting until we got to the hotel. I am LIVID at this treatment.

Excellent service

Very rude and unhelpful front desk customer service. Arrived at 1:30 and they said check in is at 3. Please come check back in 30. I went back at 2, they said rooms not ready yet, get back in 30. So I did. And guess what rooms not ready yet. I didn’t get the keys to my room until 3:30!!! I’ve been to hundreds of hotels, never have I ever seen room service go room to room in order and do not prioritize those who arrive early?? I even offered to downgrade my room to studio for the sake of getting rest but front desk employees did not care one bit… this place used to be great, now I am my sure if I will ever go there again.

Hotel was quiet and comfortable. There are no food options in the area.

The property was clean and safe. The park and ride was on time and the drivers were personable and friendly.

Location was very convenient relative to SEA airport, yet was quiet. It was also close to the Southcenter Mall area. Facility was showing wear in the carpets in the hallways, and items in my room, like the desk chair, which had a crack in the leather. Front desk staff were quiet friendly. Fresh baked cookies in the evening was a nice plus. The breakfast was "grab and go" continental style, with a very small breakfast room. No hot entrees, just toasters, and small refrigerators. There were very large groups staying at the same time, and sometimes the items were a little depleted. Due to the large occupancy, the parking was challenge, but it shares the property with another hotel, so parking was never impossible.

Property is on a quiet road. Close to downtown Renton.

Location is surrounded by office park and highway, not a tourist destination. Facility is not new, but is clean and well maintained. And the price is right!

This location is in a business park and you need to take a shuttle (if you don't have personal transportation) to local restaurants or other amenities. Not an issue if you have plenty of free time, but if not....

Continental Breakfast was terrible- should just not offer it- also, coffee was weak and ment a first stop to Starbucks morning- the hotel, staff,& room were all fine but will remember how lame & thrown out prepackaged food breakfast was more- the pandemic has been over for 3 years- time to step it up

From the worn-out carpeted hallways to the musty smell in the room, it all points to a hotel in dire need of a major update. The breakfast is extremely limited, even by american standards, and it ends at 9 a.m. (I arrived a minute late and didn't get it, believe it or not)... plus the unjustified deposit fee... in short, a terrible experience.

No body wash, conditioner in the shower. Towels of poor quality. Breakfast not stock well, no milk for cereal, no spoons,knives

I feel robbed. Everything from photos and reviews made this seem like a decent place to stay, and I am ok with older buildings... but this was one of the worst experiences. I have never writen a bad review, but this was absurd. The bedroom was sealed with no windows that open, and no climate control. It was like a sauna. Bed was not comfortable, and some of the bedding stained. The bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Breakfast had yogurt (actually good) and some Tillamook cheddar, but there was nothing really else. Bagels but no toaster or toppings, cereal but no milk. This wasnt last call or at a weird time. I think it was 8:30am on a Sunday . It felt like I was getting punkd. What is this place? Property is cool and has so much potential but this seems like a management that doesn't give a flying monkey. Staff who checked us in was really sweet, but nobody was to be found in the morning. What a waste of money

It was a great place to stay. Really disappointed with the breakfast. Stayed for 10 days and the breakfast options were literally pastries in bags. No warm or continental breakfast like stated. Aside from that, it's really cozy, relaxing, refreshing. A good place to get away from a chaotic life. Nothing in walking distance so a personal drive or uber would have to be it.

It was reasonably priced, but nothing special. The "breakfast" that was included was pathetic. Packaged muffins, packaged bagels, only one type of tea. There were only a couple of tables to eat at for breakfast. We would pay more and stay somewhere else if in the area again.

breakfast was from 7-10. At 8o clock they were out of several items and said they didn't have anymore to restock. No coffee refilled as well. Nobody answered the phone when we tried to arrange a ride back from drop off point so we ubered instead. No Room service on our first nights stay, not even taking the garbage away.
