Had a great stay. Breakfast was pancakes and sausage patties with cool options of hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, english muffins and fruit. Staff were excellent and room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.

Beds were uncomfortable, only had 2 sheets and thin comforter as blankets. Hotel doesn’t have enough or extra towels, may need to bring your own. Place was clean but some parts of the place were rusting especially in the pool area. Breakfast, only 2 hot items others were cold. Not a variety of selection. No vents in bathroom. No elevator. Lots of dead bees/wasp in pool area, hot tub has bubbles which showed possibly residual chlorine im assuming. Pool bathroom looks like it’s seen days…but definitely not like the other AmericInn Ives stay at. This one is different. I should’ve taken photos but I didn’t. I did like that they provided Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Its average for a hotel it use to have nice comfy couch and chairs in the lobby to realx now the chairs are different not very comfy. Plus the entry door at end of hotel isnt locked anyone coulf come in the hotel that way thats not good for security.

The hot tub was completely out of service and the only reason I chose this place was because it said it had a hot tub. Very, very disappointing….

First, please note that there is no elevator available in this hotel. Rooms on the ground floor were being given to young families, and when we arrived with a disabled 77-year-old, the front desk staff attempted to put us on the second floor. Children were running and screaming along the walkway immediately behind where we were standing at the front desk, and there was a massive amount of pool water puddled on the tile floor that we had to navigate to get to our room. No one was addressing the situation of the running and screaming children or the standing water on the tile floor. The room was ok. It was nothing to brag about, but it seemed moderately clean. The carpets were very damp, which was unpleasant. Upon turning the bedding back, a small bug ran across the sheets. I was really upset with this situation. I looked for more bugs in both beds and did not see more, but that doesn't mean much. On the outside of the hotel, empty alcohol containers and cigarette butts were sitting on the ledge by the bench near the front doors. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. For the price I paid, we could've stayed somewhere and enjoyed a much nicer experience.

The entrance for the one side of the building had a lock on the outside door that could only be latched from the inside so if anyone left in the night, it would remain unlocked. The drain in the bathroom was so corroded and rusty it is a hazard for cuts. The room just is very poor for the price you pay.

The hot tub was in not working condition, the pool room was so cold we were shivering. We asked staff to turn heat up and she stated it was 86 degrees and it was about 50 degrees in reality. No pool towels available to dry off with.

I liked the sound proof room very much...but each time an employee back entrance door was closed, I felt and heard an enormous \'boom\' in my 2nd story room. In the Supreme King suite, you can feel the aftershock. There was various hairs leftover in the room\'s cracked and old jetted tub with old yellowed and cracking dials. The bathroom light flickered on and off and and some other lights in the room were just plain broken. The lobby was very clean and welcoming, with gentle piano music playing at all times. The staff were kind, capable and quick at check in and check out. After check in, they directed me to an upstairs room with only access being stairs. First room at the top of the stairs is "Ron\'s Room", I know this because a handwritten paper sign stating this is taped to the door. Lol The issues weren\'t deal breakers to me and I still enjoyed my stay. I appreciate the experience, but finding the humor in it was essential.

Very clean, safe, and very easy booking. Staff were very nice very easy checking in and out. Had zero issues! Definitely will stay here again if I travel back to the eau claire area!!!

They didn’t tell us that there would be a pet deposit. After showing up at the front desk, they told us it was a $30 pet deposit. Which I am not aware if this applies to every hotel, since this is the first time we stay at a hotel with our dogs tbh. We kept hearing the door open and shut every time guests would arrive, even though it says that their rooms are sound proof. The cleanliness wasn’t too bad, but the two queen beds had some stains on the bed mattress pad. Also the shampoo was all out when we got there. They have the dispensers, which had the brand Dove, but the shampoo was completely done. Other than that, I would say it’s alright. Didn’t get to enjoy their pool, or breakfast. And it’s about 13 mins of a drive if you want to be in Eau Claire.

Very quiet. I did not have the opportunity to use the swimming pool so I cannot rate that. Our bathtub look like it was dirty, but it was just because it’s old and had a crack in it. Parts of the wall were falling down. The entranceway on the outside of the building is coming apart. And I was afraid to walk barefoot on the carpet as it felt very dirty.

Staff was excellent! Front desk lady let us check in early, and was very pleasant the couple of times I ran into her during the stay. Hotel and room seem to be a bit run down. I can tell that renovations are being made, but our room needed several touchups. For instance, toilite seat was in bad shape, and rusty. The beadboard was supposed to have plug ins and charges on both side, just one side had one, the other was missing. Not a big deal, but the little things matter sometime. I'm sure next time we visit, it will be fixed.

The staff was friendly and room was really big however the door to the bedroom was broken and although they told us at check in, i didn't expect it to be so broken that it would not stay closed. We paid extra for the room with separate bedroom for privacy bc we had our two kids with us too. The broken door meant we could not stay up to watch tv while they slept, we could not keep our light on while they slept. It ended up being so inconvenient. But we were in town for a funeral so figured no point in canceling with just one night left. I think they should not have listed that room is available bc it really needed repair. Or offered discount when check in at least. I paid an upgrade and didn't get it. Also breakfast was a disappointment. I've stayed at anericinn before but they barely had a breakfast. For the price they charge i expected at least a decent break fast. Waffles cereal and packaged donuts is hardly a breakfast. I could have stayed at the newer hotel for better breakfast. I only booked this one for bigger room and location but will not again. They need to lower their price for what you get. The staff though was very friendly.

For the price they charge i expected at least a decent break fast. Waffles cereal and packaged donuts is hardly a breakfast. I could have stayed at the newer hotel for better breakfast. I only booked this one for bigger room and location but will not again. They need to lower their price for what you get. The staff though was very friendly.

Room darkening blinds left 18” at the bottom for the sunrise to shine in at 530am. Called front desk and was told “all the rooms were Iike that and there was nothing she could do about it. Windows opened, but a hole the size of a basketball left that option out. Some updates were started and nice, but still more updates were needed.

In town for a family event, it was really just a place to sleep. Staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and remodeled. Beds were comfy. Waffles and pancakes were fun at breakfast, but some sort of protein would have been great. Pool area was nice.

Staff was excellent! Front desk lady let us check in early, and was very pleasant the couple of times I ran into her during the stay. Hotel and room seem to be a bit run down. I can tell that renovations are being made, but our room needed several touchups. For instance, toilite seat was in bad shape, and rusty. The beadboard was supposed to have plug ins and charges on both side, just one side had one, the other was missing. Not a big deal, but the little things matter sometime. I'm sure next time we visit, it will be fixed.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was pancakes and sausage patties with cool options of hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, english muffins and fruit. Staff were excellent and room was clean. The beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all.

When we showed up at the property they informed us that we werent allowed to stay there. They werent allowing locals because they have been having some issues with partying. I feel we should have been informed of that before booking instead of having a 30 minute conversation to convince them to let the pregnant woman to stay. (No partying for this girl) Thankfully we were able to put a different address down and were allowed to stay but it was not a good experience.

Did the pre check in on line. Gave credit card info and photo id. Provided everything . I had forgotten my wallet at home. So the hotel did not honor non the online registration and did not want to give me a room. They made my wife give her info, a credit card and photo id. When we checked, both cards were charged for the full price of the room. We were told it is going to take up to a month to correct this little glitch.

They didn’t tell us that there would be a pet deposit. After showing up at the front desk, they told us it was a $30 pet deposit. Which I am not aware if this applies to every hotel, since this is the first time we stay at a hotel with our dogs tbh. We kept hearing the door open and shut every time guests would arrive, even though it says that their rooms are sound proof. The cleanliness wasn’t too bad, but the two queen beds had some stains on the bed mattress pad. Also the shampoo was all out when we got there. They have the dispensers, which had the brand Dove, but the shampoo was completely done. Other than that, I would say it’s alright. Didn’t get to enjoy their pool, or breakfast. And it’s about 13 mins of a drive if you want to be in Eau Claire.

The staff was friendly and room was really big however the door to the bedroom was broken and although they told us at check in, i didn't expect it to be so broken that it would not stay closed. We paid extra for the room with separate bedroom for privacy bc we had our two kids with us too. We have stayed here several times. Staff is always friendly. Our room was nice, but some areas need some updating. Breakfast was ok offering hot and cold items. We were visiting family so we didn't use the pool. We would stay here again.

I always look forward to staying at these properties, but this one is not up to par. Lack of maintenance. Poor breakfast choices. Overpriced rates. Places like these have one shot to impress and gain return business, huge miss.

Room was disgusting, broken towel racks & toilet seat. Toilet also not bolted to the floor. The room was overall not clean & hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time from the spider webs & caked on dirt/mold/dust. Shower curtain was moldy and barely fit in the tub to not flood the bathroom. Staff was rude about towels & DoorDash pickup. Only two outlets worked. Pool was moldy, not clean/kept up & had a huge centipede in the pool.

The room was clean, but none of the switches worked for the 3 lamps even though they had switches. It was all wired to the main wall light switch for the room. So 5 bright lamps or no lights at all were the only two options. The toilet made weird loud screeching noises with every flush. There were patches of white unpainted wall that were very noticeable due to the blue paint everywhere else. The hot tub was a good temperature and not overly chemical smelling but there's no directional nozzles on the jets, so water is launched up at your face. Since the bench seat is so low, that means hot water splashing in your eyes and mouth. The pool was supervised and over run with teenagers cannonballing into it. The floor drains cannot keep up with that constant barrage of water and the whole floor was submerged in 3" of standing water, making leaving the area slippery and unsafe. The tap water isn't safe to drink, but they did provide stations for filtered water. The doors don't swing shut on their own, you have to pull your room door shut.

We always stay here when we are in the area! Ww have stayed at many local hotels but nothing beats staying here! Great staff! The rooms are amazingly comfortable and the bedding is so soft! Great wifi, great pool, great breakfast easy parking, airport shuttle, close to highway and stores. It's perfect!
