2 BedRoom Suite was spacious but very dated. Clean but not the most comfortable. Couch was so broken in you couldn’t get out of it once on it. Kitchen wasn’t much. 2 burners and full refrigerator/freezer. Buffet breakfast was a highlight. Fully stocked, hot and decent for continental. Pool is very tiny and hot tub jets were not working. Both were same temperature/cold. Great proximity to shopping and eating. Price was reasonable for what we received.

Very nice place. We rented the family suite with mini kitchen for the weekend, it was spacious. AC worked great (it was very hot outside) so.l this was a bonus. We were on 3rd floor. Pool is small and shallow... 4 feet deep but worked well for my littles. Hot tub jets were broke and boiling hot 1st night then chilly the 2nd night. Breakfast was okay, we have had better. Good location, close to shopping, food, and baseball tournament (which was why we were in town). Overall nice family stay/place.

The pool is very tiny with capacity of only 15-20 people and with that many it would be packed full. The hot tub did not work which is only big enough for maybe 5 people. Very disappointed 😞 the rooms are are small & the tv is almost on the floor to watch. Very outdated rooms. Some of the family couldn't get in their rooms & had to get front desk guy for him to slam his shoulder into door to get it open. Overall experience is we'll never be back to stay there again! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Staff was nice. Room could have used a little attention. The women in our family take one weekend a year to shop. Disappointed the jets didn’t work in the hot tub as we look forward to using it after shopping all day. We did not use it.

The staff was excellent.However, the hotel definitely needs a lot of work.The jets in the hot tub were not working and a lot of things were broke or dirty. The bed was stiff as a board.

Satellite service kept going out on the TV and screen would freeze. Asked the front desk to take care of it while I went out to dinner and when I returned they said they forgot. Then went to the pool and hot tub. Pool was fine but the hot tub was ice cold.

Our shower was filthy and dirty washcloth hanging in shower and when I let the gal at the front desk know of the situation she rolled her eyes and proceeded to agree with me that it wasn’t her fault.

There was a big group who stayed here and we loved it. The rooms were very spacious. The rooms were very clean. It was easy for us all to get together . I would recommend this place to everyone!

The hot tub is was broken when we were there. Room was very dirty lots of dust everywhere the vent with the air filter in it looks like filter hadn’t been changed I a very long time not big selection for breakfast. Customer service didn’t seem to excited if you ask them for anything

Our room had over two dozen ladybugs, not just in/on the window, but on the walls and in the bed. We had two stuff paper towel in the window to try to get them to stop from coming in. The carpeting in the hallways and the room was dirty. The carpeting in the room had rips. The elevator was filthy. There was a very strong smell of Marijuana in the elevator and hallway. We lasted four hours at the hotel and then had to leave and go to a different hotel. When checking out and telling the front desk about the ladybug issue, the response was oh no.

The room was spacious and even more than what we needed for just one night. Had a full small kitchen, sofa bed, 2 tvs. The bed, however, was a horribly hard bed, that slanted downward towards the headboard. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

The hotel was in a good location for us. Having the kitchenette with full fridge & freezer was exactly what we needed. However...the AC in the room was sub par. Ran very loud (which can sometimes be a good thing to help drown out loud neighbors or exterior noise) but this was louder than typical. We also weren't able to regulate the temperature...so a restless night between freezing and sweating. The public spaces and hallways were warm as well. My husband went down to use the fitness center and didn't because it was hot in there. We didn't use the pool. Breakfast was good. So plusses and minuses on this stay. Would we stay there again...maybe, but we would hope that the AC was working properly.

Decent hotel. Room was a good size with 2 separate bedrooms. Could hear fair amount of noise (people talking) from the bedroom when trying to sleep. Had to ask for more TP. No extra rolls in the room which is a problem when there is not daily room service. Shower head is in need of desperate repair. It sprays everywhere, including the ceiling which is now damaged (and needs repair). Overall it was just “ok”. Probably would not stay there again due to “thin walls”.

I really enjoyed this property. For a reasonable price I got a kitchenette, desk for work, small living room, and separate bedroom. There were TVs in each room and it felt homey. Not really walkable but you are right next to the full range of suburban shopping and dining. Being near the junction of US-53 and I-94 makes getting around easy.

My family and I stayed here several times before but will not use this hotel anymore. When we checked out, I accidentally left behind in the room my expensive curling iron and make up bag with high end make up. The hotel staff and manager denied seeing my items when I called to inquire about them the next day. My daughter lives in Eau Claire and offered to get them that same day. The manager accused me of lying or suggested perhaps I left my items somewhere else when we just went from the hotel to our home with no stops. No apology. No investigation. The manager was very rude while I stayed polite and respectful. I cannot recommend this hotel. It can't be trusted.

Our suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good selection and was continuously being restocked. Great location. Would definitely stay there again should the opportunity arise.

We waited at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes, not because it was busy, but because nobody was at the desk.Used the phone at desk to call them and they did not answer. Had an awful smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was empty and not restocked often. Tv in the room was mounted 6 inches above the floor. Very odd hotel. Never could see any staff working.

Having 2 bedrooms was great. Being lied to, was not. Accidentally left batting gloves after check out. The first person I spoke to described them to a “T”. When we went back to pick them up, they thought we said stamps or a ball was left. What?!?! Staff said nothing was left behind. We know that is also untrue because we intentionally left a portable fan that wasn’t needed any more. Won’t stay where people can’t be trusted.

Receptionist was sleeping in the back when we came in. He kept telling me he couldn't find our reservation. 15 minutes of showing him my ID and booking information he finally found it and got us our room cards. The door handle to our room was falling off and we couldn't get inside. The toilet had urine on the seat. We booked a room with a king sized bed, we got a queen. The refrigerator wouldn't get cold. The bathtub wouldn't drain, unless we held the drain stopper up manually.

Nice up to date facility. We had a two bedroom suite for three nights which gave a nice space to relax as well and kitchen area. Also had a little patio area which was a nice option for breakfast or relaxing. Conveniently located for many shopping and dining options. Breakfast could have been better, but it filled us up. Overall a good value and experience. We would stay here again! = }

We enjoyed the size of the room. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It is in a nice location, not far from restaurants and shopping. It was only 10 minutes to UWEC. We enjoyed our few days in Eau Claire.

I really enjoyed this property. For a reasonable price I got a kitchenette, desk for work, small living room, and separate bedroom. There were TVs in each room and it felt homey. Not really walkable but you are right next to the full range of suburban shopping and dining. Being near the junction of US-53 and I-94 makes getting around easy.

We've stayed there before and was great. All was good until breakfast. Hubby has celiac disease. Only things at breakfast he could eat were yogurt and bananas. No eggs, no bacon/sausage. Very disappointing. No USB ports in rooms.

The check-in was courteous and efficient. The suite we had was reserved was great - it was clean, maintained well and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which included hot items such as eggs, sausage and Belgian waffles and cold items such as cereal and Yogurt. We will be back.

We waited at the front desk to check in for over 10 minutes, not because it was busy, but because nobody was at the desk.Used the phone at desk to call them and they did not answer. Had an awful smell throughout the hotel. Breakfast was empty and not restocked often. Tv in the room was mounted 6 inches above the floor. Very odd hotel. Never could see any staff working.

The Motel sent a text two hours before check-in that the pool was closed -we would’ve booked elsewhere If we would’ve known this in advance. we stayed for four nights, and we were never given maid service or fresh towels. They don’t provide that forextended stays we were told . I asked if we got a discount for the nights that no room service was done- and they said they didn’t do that either! the breakfast they provided was awful !

Poor breakfast. I was trying to eat a oatmeal, it was no hot water available. I found some water with a “hot water “ sign . It wasn’t hot, so I had to go with out eating my oatmeal.

We got married this weekend and wanted to have a very nice place to stay. The room was very out dated. The carpet was buckled up and was loose around the edges. The lighting felt like something out of a horror movie making it feel uninviting. The breakfast was very sad with not much of options with undercooked microwaved potatoes and crock pot cooked eggs. When we got into the room my fiance had a adverse reaction to it, I called the front desk to speak to a manager and was hung up on. The jacuzzi was out of order, the room we originally booked did not have a jacuzzi but should have had an oven and did not have one hence why I wanted to speak to a manager to make sure we got the right room. The room was not very well cleaned with mysterious stains on the doors and walls in the bathroom. The TV mounted in the living room is mounted in an old fireplace 8in off the ground which was very off putting. For the price we paid we expected a bit more of a clean and quwaint Not a place that cuts corners and chooses the cheaper way out. If you don't care about anything I said at the end of the day it is a place to sleep, nothing more.

We were very disappointed to find out that the AC must not have been working. There was a temporary portable unit in the living room of the unit. We would not have stayed there if we had known the AC wasn’t working because we had been under an extreme heat warning for the entire week. It was very pricey and not well maintained things were broken and missing. For over $300 a night I expect a better quality hotel.
