Stayed over night for a early flight out of Greenbay. Very nice hotel, clean & comfy room & service was excellent. I needed a shuttle to the airport & they provided a Uber ride for me.

Rooms were full. We came and room smelled like smoky/harsh chemicals. My throat was burning. The office staff said that everyone was checked in and when we asked if we could switch to another room. We chose to leave and as soon as we were walking out another group checked into their room. I have never left a hotel and would never stay there again. Another note..the elevator didn’t work so she said she needs to reset it frequently.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Coffee was nice for the morning as well as easy access to bus for Packers game. Nice to have a small kitchenette. Would consider again. Good for price given nearby hotel prices for game day.

Eveything you need to stay a few days, except an oven for a frozen pizza, but i understand. Staff very,very helpful and polite. If there's anything you need, they were all willing to help! Area with communal washer and dryer, ice machine and vending machines extremely clean and kept tidy. Not a big deal but only a comment that room kitchen needs update. Constant work on the property inside and out shows the care and concern to maintain a very nice hotel.

We should haven been informed there was renovations being done in our hallway. There were 25 noisy industrial fans blowing the entire night. We were not offered a different room or a refund.

Easy on and off for the freeway. Close to fast food and fuel. Reasonably priced, even to upgrade to a suite. Clean and comfortable. We didn't bring food to cook, but the kitchen was very nice. The refrigerator was spotless. The staff was friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

The corridor to the room smelled like old fried food. The phone in the room “chirped” periodically throughout the night. I needed a wake up call so I could not disconnect the phone. Carpet looked dirty and the room had a generally shabby look.

I thought that the cleanliness was fine but the room smelled like mildew. When I called to see if the front desk had air freshener. She said, that's weird because they cleaned the room and I told her it was the smell not the upkeep. She said, oh we did have a pipe burst not too long ago. Okay, so why are we charging $220 for a room that has a lingering smell in it. Then I asked for some type of cleanser and she said well you can choose something but you have to give it back or I will get in trouble. The room was not worth the money at all. The beds were hard and the picture does not look like the room at all. The lady who worked in the morning had such a stank attitude. I was so upset that I spent so much on this room. I just think if the consumer is going to spend money on a room we should have a better experience. This was more like a $99 room.

Upon entering the room there was a horrible odor, like old garbage hanging around in your kitchen. I searched a bit to see if there was any and found none. But the smell was overwhelming. I was so tired from a full day of air travel that I didn't get a different room as I was going to be on the road early the next morning.

Previously being in the hotel industry, and in charge of room audits. I check every hotel room I go into, and this was the cleanest hotel I have ever seen in my life. I was amazed at how clean it was. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful When my cards would not work the front door lock system. Great value for a very very clean hotel. I’m not sure how old this property is but it is definitely one I would stay at again.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Walls are thin, but everything quieted by bed time. No planes heard during the night. Right off the Interstate and Hwy 172, so very easy to get to.

The hotel itself is slightly dated, but decent. Beds were quite comfortable and room was acceptably clean. Sound insulation isn't the best as I could hear other guests quite easily through the walls/door. Our stay would have been even better had it not been for some of the other guests being rather loud and rowdy late in the night, but hat isn't the hotel's fault. Overall, it's a reasonably priced, comfortable place.

You could hear the springs in my bed, they stuck into my body. The refrigerator was about to fall over with multiple dings and dents in it. There was a poorly repaired hole in the wall. It just looked like there was a bar fight in there.

We booked a king bed executive suite for 2 nights. What a joke. It was an average room with a small table, chair and electrical outlet that could technically pass for a computer work space. The kitchenette was also a joke. It had 2 spoons, forks, etc. Did have a decent mid sized refrigerator. Won’t be returning.

The room was not sound proof. Could hear lots of traffic in the middle of nights. Didn't sleep well due to frequent door opened/closed from 1am to 5am. Almost had a traffic accident in the next day morning.

I’m a Federal Event Coordinator. My job is to review hotels. I drove my terminally ill husband for 8-hrs to see his family before his death. He has cancer, bound to a wheel chair and on oxygen 24/7. He is somewhat deaf. At check-in I told the staff that our end of the hall smelled of cigarettes. The ppl in the room next to ours were smokers. When I walked our dog, I could see them smoking thru their open window. My husband smokes very little and I pushed him outside in his wheelchair. Once when I went for breakfast, he said he had opened our window to smoke only once. I apologized to the desk clerk and she said no problem. Our end of the hall wreaked of smoke. It appeared that the smokers next door had complained that it was from our room. On check-out, when I returned the key, the manager rudely talked down to me about the complaint and charged an additional $250.00. Also the $50.00 hold was never removed. The other staff members were very courteous.

By definition this hotel is an extended stay and they do not clean rooms or swap linens daily, but you can put in a request if needed. There is no breakfast service. The room had basic dishes and cookware with a full-size fridge. The location is somewhat remote so having a car is ideal if you want to do shopping or dine out.

Very friendly staff at front desk. Coffee was nice for the morning as well as easy access to bus for Packers game. Nice to have a small kitchenette. Would consider again. Good for price given nearby hotel prices for game day.

We needed an impromptu place to stay and selected this Extended Stay. Check-in was quick and easy, room was clean and the coffee in the morning was great. All good.

Easy on and off for the freeway. Close to fast food and fuel. Reasonably priced, even to upgrade to a suite. Clean and comfortable. We didn't bring food to cook, but the kitchen was very nice. The refrigerator was spotless. The staff was friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again.

Not much to report it's clean. The facilities are fairly nice. The staff were friendly though I haven't need much help from them. And there's a Subway nearby a McDonald's. A pub and I think it's a Italian place and the airport is literally 6 minutes away.

Clean and spacious room. Some dishes, cookware and utensils provided. Toaster, coffee pot and coffee provided. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet. Plenty of parking.

My wife and I booked here to go to the Packer Game. Ended up going home without staying the night. This place scared me and my wife. Did not feel safe at all. Several rooms with people cussing and arguing. These were full blown arguments heard throughout the complex with threats and a fear of something escalating. We were there less than 30 minutes, picked up our stuff and left. Would appreciate a refund of some type. This is a scary place; I do not recommend it.

Our stay was pleasant and the location felt safe. Our room appeared to have been two separate rooms at one time that had been converted to one room. This was nice because there were two separate restrooms, a bedroom with two queen size beds, a sitting living room area and small kitchenette with dining table. As far as cleanliness, it was. Only negative remark was the room did smell a little musty when we first entered, maybe because it’s an older hotel? But with windows that can be opened, we were able to air out the room. As stated earlier, the location felt safe, near a great coffee shop - Tazza, and about seven minutes to Lambeau field. There’s also a bus stop that’s about a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel where you can catch a ride to & from Lambeau field, free of charge. There was also a sports bar next to the hotel, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, convenience stores. Very convenient & safe location. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant in every way.
