Room was not clean, stains on sheets. After bringing this up and having room “cleaned again” sheets were not even changed. Mold in the rooms especially in the bathroom. Not clean overall. Pool was cloudy and also dirty. Whole hotel smelled like smoke and was very loud at all hours doors slamming in the middle of the night.

The room I stayed in was nicely updated, with a comfortable bed. The hallway carpet was old, and badly stained. Thete was no soap in the room when I checked in, and a partial roll of TP was on the vanity countertop since the TP dispenser had been broken off the wall. My biggest complaint was the airport shuttle service from the hotel, since I waited 50 minites for the mid-day shuttle to arrive. In my opinion the lodging was a poor value for the price I paid.

The free breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean with a quiet A/C unit, comfortable bed with lots of quality pillows and nice towels. There was a nicely outfitted little workout room and indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi. I wasn't out of the airport until 1 AM upon my arrival to MKE and the hotel shuttle was there within 10 minutes of me calling the front desk. Just minutes from the airport. Convenient location for travelers. I would stay here again.

Well to start with our room reeked of marijuana!!!! The kids went to the pool for five minutes and came back saying the water is funny. Clearly the pool wasn’t chlorinated or filtered properly. We Notified the front desk and they closed it for the weekend. Breakfast in the morning had no plates to use and there was no milk for the cereals. Upon our departure we inadvertently forgot a very nice ball cap and ball from the Brewers game that was signed by a player. On our way home, within two hours time, we call about missing things. We were told it was in the garbage. What hotel throws out something of value? After a dozen phone calls have yet to speak to management. Words can not describe how horrible the service is!!!

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were mediocre, not too bad but the carpet in the hallways and stairs were disgustingly dirty. And some areas of the hallway stunk. There were ants and bugs in the room and my sister had a clogged toilet in her room. The breakfast time was only 7-9 so people would come in right before with young children and missing it. We are coming back through this area and hopefully it will be better.

This property was horrible! The rooms are absolutely disgusting- stains on curtains, walls, lamp shades. You can tell cleaning is their least priority. They don’t mop wall to wall as made evident by the layer of dirt built up all around the room. “Wax” like substance spilled on nightstand and underneath it. Water damage around tub was just painted over. The only thing clean was the sheets so we stayed. Everyone we talked to in the hot tub the next morning shared similar experiences so it wasn’t just our room.

Within an hour of being in my room, my daughter and my feet were black. The floor was absolutely disgusting. The furniture was beat up or stained. And every time i left the room, my key stopped working. I constantly had to go to the front desk to activate it. The breakfast was the exact same thing every day.

It would be nice if my stay here is complimentary. After checking we went to our room and it was filthy. Sheets and towels were dirty. There was mold on the bed and on the pull out bed along with someone's old nail glue. Room also had a cigarette odor which we completely weren't expecting since the room is supposed to be a no smoking room. TV remotes were covered in a slimy substance. Ceiling fan don't work. Asked for a different room but couldn't be accommodated because there weren't any more available rooms. No choice but to stay in the room. This is hands down our worst experience we've had a hotel. On top of all of this during our second night the bottom level of the hotel flooded with about 6 inches of water ruining all of our shoes, technology and luggage.

Spent $200 for one night stay. I'm not an extremely picky person and I dont typically leave bad reviews but this place was gross. I'm so glad our small children weren't with us because I wouldn't have stayed. We tried checking in at 3:30 and the room wasn't ready yet. Check in is at 3, wasn't ready till 4. Got in the room and it was very dirty. Housekeeping tried coming in 5 minutes into us being in the room for some reason. Then we got ready for our event and left. When we left we had the light on and tv on and when we got back it was all shut off and we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The floors had hair, dirty and buildup on them. The shower curtain stunk and had stains all over it. The towels were very stained. The cabinet door to the sink was broke off. The office chair was covered in stains, dirt, and hair. Water stains all over the ceiling. Bed and shower seemed clean so we slept and left. Pictures are VERY deceiving!

Our room #207 is in need of repair Needs painting and new TV Cradenza facing was missing.Bathroom could use a major scrub down at door frame Dirty… Hair dryer was off wall and not remounted. Paint was darker where it was off wall. Breakfast was poor. How can you run out of egg entrees. Person that is doing food order is not estimating well for possible amount of people staying.When dining staff and desk staff were asked they acted like they didn’t care. I can say we did like the lady who was covering the desk on our check in. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Acted like she cared about us and our comfort. Hall way carpet needs replacing very stained. linens & towels were nice though

Room was disgusting. Talked to front desk. They offered no help or a room switch. Fan was caked in dust. No wash clothes. Floor was sticky, and feet turned black if walked barefoot. I would never stay there again or recommend. Was truly disappointed as we love staying at Country Inn Suites

Bed Bugs. Bit all over. I reserved their courtesy airport shuttle for 9am. They advised 8:45 so I did that. At 9:30 I called an uber. They get a point for having a gym and pool and bfast but they lose points on failing basics like cleaning your sheets. Room smelled like must and old cigarettes. The gym was 3 pieces of equipment in a closet without air. Mostly it was just a bit dirty and the bed bugs were nasty. I was bit up all over and now likely going home with them. Gross. I have pix.

Many things were broken in the room. Stains from possibly spray paint. Kids were unsupervised in the pool and pushed my child in the pool and the worker did not kick them out. Rooms are not carpet. And the WiFi service was awful. We got no cell or wife service.

easy to check in just needed a few things to get to the room and you’re set. few problems with the room. Blinds were ripped almost in half and windows were very dirty, and a couple other things but other than that was in fine condition. for the price you pay it’s more than enough for just a night after a concert.

First room had a smell windows wide open, AC on full blast, fans on the floor. Second room the heating was on and couldn’t turn off. The third room was livable. No bar soap just body wash and they ran out of that. We were there for four days and house cleaning never came

Very comfy beds. Asked for an extra blanket because of the very thin comforter. Breakfast was great! The pool water was murky and the pool room had a lot of food on the floor. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom fan didn't work. The hand soap package was old and open. There was no coffee by the coffee pot. The headboard was crumbling and had a bunch of Scotch tape stuck to it.

Not our best stay. Our room was missing a main light bulb (it was an open socket - not safe) and had no body wash or soap for the shower. I told the front desk when we were checking out. The manager wrote notes and apologized. He was nice.

The room was clean, but not well maintained. The bathroom door had excessive corrosion on the bottom edge and 3 bulbs were burned out (2 bathroom and 1 entry). The hairdryer unit was laying on a shelf instead of being mounted on the wall. The fridge was inefficient. The windows didn't lock (on the first floor). The room keys were inactivated after the first day. The front desk was pleasant and the beds were comfortable.

Our room #207 is in need of repair Needs painting and new TV Cradenza facing was missing.Bathroom could use a major scrub down at door frame Dirty… Hair dryer was off wall and not remounted. Paint was darker where it was off wall. Breakfast was poor. How can you run out of egg entrees. Person that is doing food order is not estimating well for possible amount of people staying.When dining staff and desk staff were asked they acted like they didn’t care. I can say we did like the lady who was covering the desk on our check in. She was friendly and knowledgeable. Acted like she cared about us and our comfort. Hall way carpet needs replacing very stained. linens & towels were nice though

Room was decent. Was a bit dark and dated. The smoke alarm kept beeping and when I Informed the front desk said there was maintenance person available. I had to climb up and disengage the alarm and take out the battery before it would stop. Our main issue was the bed. It was too soft and and dipped in the middle so we rolled into each other. Didn’t get good sleep. Breakfast was decent. The property needs an update.

My stay here was ehhh I have mixed feelings about it but let’s start with before I even got there. I booked this stay in January for Valentine’s Day because I knew it was going to be sold out, I called and asked what is the latest time to check in the lady said 2am I confirmed my stay with her. An hour later another girl called me saying I’m going to be charged full or they will cancel my reservation without me even being there they tried to charged me. When I got there 30 minutes later they canceled my reservation and stated they only had a room left with two queen beds when I reserved a king suite room. The older lady kept stating I only had that option or another room but no table or couch in it. Finally someone canceled last minute and I got my room back. If none of that happened my stay would’ve been perfect but unfortunately she did not care and her customer service skills were not good what’s so ever

So when i checked in i received a text saying room service every 3 days. I stayed for 6 days with 2 children. No one ever came to my room. I had to go to desk to get toilet paper. The very first night at 6 p.m. the toilet wash backed up. Went to desk to get a plunger, she said she had to send maintenance. He be there about 10. I assumed 10 p.m., no one showed. At 1:30 a.m. i went back to desk and said the room stinks and asked how we were supposed to use the bathroom. This lady gave me a plunger and said she was sorry. I had tall kitchen garbage bags with me. I bag our garbage and took it to them. I needed a change of towels. I had to download a translator to ask girl, housekeeper that was in hall for towels. The kids did enjoy the pool, but again each time had to go to desk to get pool towels. And the floor in our room was dirty. The boys had white socks on and they were dirty in minutes. On a good note, breakfast was great!! They young man that worked all but 1 day is fantastic, sweet, helpful and very clean. 100% for him. And thank you to him. He deserves a raise! So all things considered. 20% good/ 80% bad. Will not be staying there again.

I don't mind this chain, but this one was terrible. Carpets filthy. Elevator not just dirty, but smelled bad. I an airport shuttle the day before and they arrived over 30 minutes late, even after several front desk calls. I literally almost missed boarding my flight- last one onboard. The person who checked me in, shared my room number right out loud with other people in the lobby, and some of them were sketchy. I was told that hot breakfast went until 9:30. I went down at 9 and there was nothing left, and told it ended at 9. The manager was trying to be helpful and said he would some time to make me sausage, but that is not something I wanted, nor to wait. I have always been able to get scrambled eggs and potatoes. It is a food desert. McDonald's and a gross pub within walking distance. In the morning, there were a number of people in the pool and they couldn't get towels. They were wet from swimming and were being told they needed to wait 7-8 minutes for towels in the dryer. Same time for my ride to the airport. The manager seemed to be trying to handle, but it is just out of control bad. It's affordable, not cheap and disappointing.

The employees at the front desk were extremely rude. I checked in and had been there the whole day and they made me leave at 12am at night because they claimed my autistic son was to loud and we had a party earlier in the pool which was a lie they lied and said the police was called and they were their for a different incident. Very unprofessional and told I wouldn’t receive none of my money back after packing up being put out in the middle of the night … they waited the whole day to make me leave with 3 kids which is ridiculous.

Desk clerk was nice and helpful. Property is noticeably aging since I stayed here 6-7 years ago. Area is changing. A homeless woman was sleeping under a tree about 20 yards outside my window. Price was reasonable. Convenient Milwaukee airport/south side location.

The property is very close to the airport. The shuttle transportation was amazing. Room was cleaned. Staff nice. I did not like that the room smelled a lot like cigarettes smoke specially in the bathroom area… the smell was so concentrated that my luggage and my clothes ended up smelling like cigarette smoke… not to mention that my allergies got very bad since my stay at the hotel. I will never stay there again

We went to Milwaukee for our anniversary and found this hotel. The clientele was sketch but the hotel itself was cozy. Watched airplanes land and take off every ten minutes was crazy but it is right by the airstrip. And it eventually blended into background noise. The staff was excellent friendly and very attentive to their customers! Definitely will stay again!

The aircon was set to cold so when I entered my room after dark the room was like an Icebox!!! I had to sit in my jacket for an hour before the place heated up. The bedding was very light so I had to use the covers from both beds to keep warm. The place is OK and was clean but not what one would expect from a Radisson European standard. Free shuttle from the Airport was handy.

Dated hotel overall, needs updating a deep, deep cleaning. Wads of hair floating in pool right after cleaning. No piol towels in pool area. Breakfast waffles good, would have liked more pastries, fruit options. Check in and out process were both fast and efficient. Good location to airport. Definitely not the standard of Countey Inn and Suites we are use to.

It was a terrific place!! We had a spacious room, and also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very good too. The hotel was very accommodating, and we would recommend it to others.

It looked nice enough. The hot was not heating, coffee was always empty. Breakfast, no eggs, no yogurt, No milk for cereal. No fruit, no juice, no coffee. The elevator floor was wet so I mentioned it thinking they would wipe it up. Not, instead they put a wet sign next to the puddle. Im already disabled, not a good choice. The element to keep food warm was apparently not working. We were told to heat it up in the microwave. The waffle mix ran out. Noisy in the hallway with kids and adults yelling at 6:30 am.

The breakfast and the breakfast attendant were my favorite part! It was so clean, organized, and the attendant was there smiling and ready to help - so friendly and efficient! The shuttle from our late night flight into the airport was perfect. The room was comfortable and overall pretty clean (there were some details that were missed, but this is a hotel not a hospital, so no complaints). Overall, I will definitely stay here again!

This was very disappointing. No servicing of the rooms, we had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels at reception. We were there for 3 nights and then back for 13 nights. During this time the room was never cleaned except for one occasion when we requested it. Breakfast was poor - there was some sort,of omelette available alongside soggy potatoe. You could make your own waffle. However the breakfast area was kept clean by Carlos. We would not recommend this hotel.

Staff was particularly friendly and efficient! The breakfast area was spacious, comfortable and clean. The food was good, though more protein options would have been nice. Sunday eggs and sausage was added; a very nice surprise. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The TV's, fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked well. The king bed was especially comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a nice size and temperature. Our granddaughters loved them! Overall, this is a very nice place, with great staff. We'll definitely stay here again when we need to be in Milwaukee, near the airport.

Checked in, got keys, went to the room, someone was sleeping in it. Clearly by the smell and bags, they had been there awhile. Got put into a new room, and someone left a pee in the toilet. Not sure it was even cleaned. There was probably 20 used towels in the pool, and around the pool. Breakfast starts at 630, waited til 7, still wasnt ready, decided to grab a bagel, rock hard. Went across the street for McDonald's instead.

We stayed here for 2 nights while attending the Renaissance Faire. All of the staff we saw during our time were wonderful. One of them who stuck out above all of the others was Stefan who was polite, courteous, and attentive to each person who came through the door. There was someone ahead of me and the first thing I noticed is how he treated each person with the utmost respect and kindness while maintaining professionalism. He was just as kind and thoughtful upon our checking out. He alone made the hotel feel warm, welcoming, and like "home." You could tell that Stefan is a highly intelligent, trustworthy, attentive, and caring person. Any business would be fortunate to have him on staff. The room itself was spacious which is nice when traveling. But it could have been a little cleaner. There were spots/gunk on the walls which was a little off-putting. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. We did use the pool and hot tub which were in good condition, and there were towels by the pool to use. I was hoping to use the workout room, but it felt cramped. And the weights started at 25 or 30 pounds and increased from there. If there had been lighter weights, say a 5 lb, an 8lb, a 10 lb and a 12 lb, I would have used the room. We looked at the breakfast set-up and grabbed a quick cheese omelet to go in the morning. It looked well-stocked with cereals, waffles, omelets, potatoes, sausage, and juices.

He was just as kind and thoughtful upon our checking out. He alone made the hotel feel warm, welcoming, and like "home." You could tell that Stefan is a highly intelligent, trustworthy, attentive, and caring person. Any business would be fortunate to have him on staff. The room itself was spacious which is nice when traveling. But it could have been a little cleaner. There were spots/gunk on the walls which was a little off-putting. But the beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was hot. We did use the pool and hot tub which were in good condition, and there were towels by the pool to use. I was hoping to use the workout room, but it felt cramped. And the weights started at 25 or 30 pounds and increased from there. If there had been lighter weights, say a 5 lb, an 8lb, a 10 lb and a 12 lb, I would have used the room. We looked at the breakfast set-up and grabbed a quick cheese omelet to go in the morning. It looked well-stocked with cereals, waffles, omelets, potatoes, sausage, and juices.

Room was clean, breakfast was good which the ladies were constantly cleaning amd refilling anything empty, pool and hot tub was clean. My only downfall was that there were 4 of us in a 2 queen beds and only 2 sets of towels and the one staff didnt wanna give us more but if you have 4 ppl and 2 beds I think more towels would be instant. Other than that we loved our stay.
