Nice quiet rooms, clean and friendly staff!

The restaurant & pool were both closed. Didn’t know til we arrived. So no breakfast. Bathroom fan has been broken for a while because paint on ceiling was peeling. Staff was nice, bed was soft. Room was clean but nothing special.

Booked through hotels.com. When I arrived, was informed the hotel was sold out. I was charged but got no room. As far as I know I'm not being refunded. Terrible experience

Room wasn’t ready, man at the front desk was very rude and nonchalant you could tell he really hates his job! Paid for two rooms neither was ready full of weed smoke! Kids running without parental guidance all through out the night! And the list goes on and on! The pool water was disgustingly murky and foggy. Not enough towels at all… plenty children left unsupervised made me very nervous.
