The staff at this hotel was sort of bizarre and not helpful. We were in town to do a race and asked for a late check-out. We kept being told (two different instance for two different rooms for our group) if we were members of Marriott Bonvoy, that we could get a later checkout. Once we signed up, we were told that we had to ask someone else in the morning. We also asked when coffee would be out (since we were leaving early the next morning) and were told that sometimes it went out early and sometimes it didn’t. I understand a “we’ll make a note of it” or a “we can never get it out that early”, but it was just a strange response in a line of strange responses. When we finally found someone who would give us a late checkout, all of the keys had stopped working. To be fair, they fixed this very quickly, but then the key also didn’t work to get back in the garage to retrieve our cars. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the interactions with front desk staff were sort of bizarre.
