The location was great, everything was clean! So nice to find a nice clean room and the bed was comfortable. We were there on a mini vacation, but come often for business, will definitely be back. The only downside was the hot tub was not working the entire time we were there, which was a bummer because that was one of the reason I booked the hotel in the first place. So that was disappointing.

Hot tub was broke down, bathroom ventilation fan was very loud and didn’t ventilate. Bed was very comfy. You have to request room service if you want it. Property was a decent location.

Breakfast was pretty good. Sausage and eggs with waffles works fine. The hot tub was green and out of service. The gym, should not be called a gym. Two free-weights and a broken cable machine was it for your body workout. Two operational cardio machines if your a runner in a space 1/2 the size of the small rooms. In my room the carpet was sticky and I purchased flipflops to walk around in to keep it off my feet. Overarching, 4 star rates for a 2 star place.

The pictures provided to Expedia do not reflect the actual property. When we got to our room, it was stifling. Hot, humid, and smelled like urine. Pretty gross. We travel with antibacterial spray and cleaner for cases like this. There was mold around the overflow valve, the hot and cold in the shower was backwards, the shower curtain was stained and torn to shreds on top, and the rooms are not sound proof.

Our stay would have been wonderful if the room had not stunk like it did. We believe that it's the carpeting. The very 1st morning we received multiple knocks on the door as we were getting up and a man came rushing in to spray something on the carpet even though we said we did not need service. The staff was very eager to please. The room was clean and comfortable. I mentioned this to the front desk and he said we should have requested a different room. He's right. They would have accommodated us. You can walk to a very good breakfast restaurant. Everything about this hotel as fine except the smell in the room. I would recommend it.

My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You never saw them not cleaning. The place always smelled clean and looked clean. Beds are comfortable, fridge size was decent and it very convenient for if you needed to get food, gas or shop, it was around everything you need. Overall just a great place!

I usually do not bother to write a review, but will take the time after this stay. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever endured, nearly 10 minutes. During check in I was told my request for a 2nd floor pond side room was not a possibility. I was also told my AARP card could not be used, but that “it wasn’t a big deal anyway because it would really only save me a dollar or 2.” The room was fairly clean, but there was visible mold on the grab bar in the bathtub. This will not be my choice the next time I need a motel in the Kenosha area.

A series of unfortunate events leads me to a lower rating. When checking in - I was asked if I cared where we were put - I said I didn’t care. I should have asked for a higher floor away from the ice machines and back door. The noise level was a little extreme at times with comings and going’s, doors slamming, midnight and beyond ice runs, etc. And unfortunately, we were invaded by ants on our last night there and had to go ask for ant spray. Because we were on the first level in a weird corner room - it was surrounded by bird nests (while cute - also loud at 4am) and it was damp in our room. The staff was very nice - just not an ideal room placement for noise and unwelcome visitors.

Stayed here with family for one night to attend a bday party! This hotel seemed okay per reviews and was very convenient to the highway. The room was comfortable but I wasn’t too keen about how the bathroom sink was situated outside the actual bathroom whereas the toilet and bathtub! This hotel is definitely older and it’s ran by HP Hospitality, LLC. I tried to look for a handicap accessible room as I have an elderly grandmother who needs more room to maneuver her walker. Well it appears this hotel does not offer accessible rooms, which is strange because I’m sure this is violating some type of hospitality laws! Every hotel should have accessible rooms for ppl with disabilities! We checked in around 6:30pm on a Saturday. I reserved the room with my credit card and when I got there I asked the front desk rep can I pay in cash? Normally I do this from time to time, but they said since we got there past 6:00pm the credit card is charged and cannot be changed!! I have never heard anything like this as many hotels and resorts I’ve stayed they always give the guest the courtesy to choose the payment type for their stay! It wasn’t even a late check in which I would’ve been more understanding about. The guy at the front desk told me this is how the system is setup and he cannot change it. And the breakfast was okay consisting of hot food options, coffee, juice etc. But, my uncle found a hair strand in his eggs! Staff could do a better job keeping the tables cleaned for breakfast!

The most disturbing thing was that the front desk called twice on our second stay, asking whether everything was okay. That is rare, and gave me a creepy feeling, like they were checking to see whether we were there. Front desk did work fine, but didn't say anything while the slow system did it's thing. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear every word spoken by every family walking down the hallway.

I enjoyed getting a phone call from the front desk a few minutes after I was able to unpack wanting to make sure the room met my approval. With coffee in the room and 24 hour coffee at the front desk, needed refreshment was at hand - breakfast was served from 6am, simple but enough.

Expedia & the hotel canceled my reservation while I was en route to the hotel. I received a call from the hotel while driving and confirmed my reservation. Upon arrival at after 10pm and a 7 hour drive I was informed my reservation was canceled and no rooms were available. The manager did nothing to attempt to make the situation better. I’ve didn’t offer to help me find another hotel. I was told I should have communicated better with Expedia and there was nothing they could do. After driving to another hotel (Hilton Suites), which didn’t have availability- their kind staff offered other options for hotels in the area. After 8 phone calls and searching for other options I was finally able to find a room at The Comfort Inn. I explained my situation and they even offered a discounted rate.

Upon arrival at after 10pm and a 7 hour drive I was informed my reservation was canceled and no rooms were available. The manager did nothing to attempt to make the situation better. I’ve didn’t offer to help me find another hotel. I was told I should have communicated better with Expedia and there was nothing they could do. After driving to another hotel (Hilton Suites), which didn’t have availability- their kind staff offered other options for hotels in the area. After 8 phone calls and searching for other options I was finally able to find a room at The Comfort Inn. I explained my situation and they even offered a discounted rate.

I usually do not bother to write a review, but will take the time after this stay. The check-in took the longest I’ve ever endured, nearly 10 minutes. During check in I was told my request for a 2nd floor pond side room was not a possibility. I was also told my AARP card could not be used, but that “it wasn’t a big deal anyway because it would really only save me a dollar or 2.” The room was fairly clean, but there was visible mold on the grab bar in the bathtub. This will not be my choice the next time I need a motel in the Kenosha area.

We have zero complaints about our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The building was quiet. The manager even called about 15 minutes after check in to make sure we were satisfied with the room. We did not go down for breakfast, so cannot comment on that. We'd definitely stay here again.

Staff was super rude when I got to continental breakdast 3 min after nine and was denied anything to eat.understand but was almost like the kitchen lady enjoyed denying me.for 115$ plus a night was very disappointed ..will never go back there in my life..to top it off 80$ sec charge to my c card that was refunded but wasn’t in w price originally given in line and room was not as nice once I was forced to switch rooms ..so was a surprise to have to receive a charge upon check in.treated like I didn’t belong.never been so excited to check out of a place and leave ..dont know how this business stays open w this kind of accommodation and lack of pleasant treatment for a customer.

Beds were the most comfy. My only thing was breakfast was very short and ended by 9am. It’s not like some places that come in and immediately shut it down so that was nice. They also called to confirm our stay a few times which was extra nice.

I went out to my car when it was starting to get dark out the parking lot lights were on. I was searching the trunk of my car for brush that must have slipped out. I think I remember seeing a shadow but put it out of my mind. I went on searching a minute later a voice said "what are you got in there" NO that is not a typeO they said exactly that. Scared I screamed as I turned my head to see sketchy woman. Angry now and still a little scared I yelled "get out of here". I ran to the store an hour later and she was sitting on a bench by the hotel. The desk attendant said she'd been told to leave. I saw a couple of other sketchy people walking through the parking lot. Yikes, not going back
