My wife and daughter stayed at the best Western and superior Wisconsin The company was painting the outside of the building in the morning We have pictures of the overspray of white paint that’s on the front of our Wagoneer We went and talked to the office, gave our contact information We were told the Manager would not be in until that evening This was on October 4 We’ve received no call from the hotel I contacted the corporate office in Arizona. I’ve left two detailed messages never received a call from them either. It’s been over a week. October 4 We will need to take our vehicle in and have it buffed out to remove the paint splatter The front desk staff said oh they were supposed to wait until everybody left before they started working They admitted it was their mistake and that they would take care of it. They have not responded to me at all. With this location, I would be concerned about how they’re gonna to treat us or our stuff or our vehicle parked in their lot I don’t think we would ever be staying at this location again The place was clean. The hot tub was OK. It wasn’t very hot. I hope this generates something to get them to call me

I know that the hotel is going through an update/remodel but the room was not in the best shape. We went to pull the sofa bed out and there was crushed chips and stains all over-needless to say we did not use. The tub had mold around the caulking. The mattresses where very very saggy and they are in desperate need of new ones and the sheets had some questionable stains-we slept on our own blankets. The staff was wonderful, they appeared cheerful and interacting from check in to breakfast they smiled and asked how we were doing.

The stay was great everything was clean just needs new carpet in hallways on second floor. It was bubbled up in spots. They rooms were nice a roomy. The beds were very uncomportable unfortunatly.
