Door to outside lock not working. Didn’t need key card to enter. Didn’t get room I booked either.

The jets for the hot tub were broken. When a hotel is advertised with certain amenities, they should be in working order. The clerk said they were broken a week ago.

It was outdated but ok. The pool was terrible...and the main reason we booked was to have a pool for the kids. The second you walk into the pool room the smell of mold hits you in the face like a brick. They have humidifiers running but it was awful and you could see the mildew and mold on the ceiling. We had to leave because we all got headaches being in there. The room itself was super gross and dirty. The pool was ice cold and my bath water was hotter than the hot tub. I honestly can't believe they are allowed to have that pool open with all the mold and that smell. So gross.

Dirty bathroom, tub so terrible we wouldn’t use it. Spider webs, hair on the floor, bed slides off platform. I stay in your chain all over the Midwest and I will not stay with you again. Pool not open. Rate much too high for this place.

Check in, the breakfast, and the check out were fine. The issue was the lack of wi fi for my stay. This also affected the television which would not access spectrum channels at all and eventually lost roku channels as well. If you promote free wi fi, it needs to work. This kept me from completing some work I had planned to do. When I asked the front desk about the television issues, they had no idea.

They were very accommodating in getting us into the room prior too check in time.However in hind site we would have waited because i paid 150 for a suite in order too hopefully have a clean nice room.I have stayed here many times in the past and had a bad experience with mildew smelling rooms,well the room smelled like cologne strong at first must have been a cover up i got sick and congested again! Went too use the hot tub it was terrible! Hair and black spots of some kind.I suggest strongly uping the cleaning staff and standard in that place!

Internet was terrible as the hotel was booked, traveling with kids could not put on a show to keep them busy before bed. bathtub was stained and chipped, room was not updated. Pool was wonderful and hot tub was warm but jets did not work.No elevator to go to 2nd floor with kids and luggage.

There was never anyone at the service desk. Pool area was closed at 6 pm. Was told open till 10

It was immediately off US 151 and easy to get to. Parking was a little tight. Could use some more.

The room is very comfortable and very very clean! The staff is extremely friendly and made check in a breeze!

My bathroom had mold, the floor was dirty/sticky and the air conditioner didn’t work.

The room was clean but there was a musty smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was so so. The first morning we were there, the coffee machine wasn't working, I had to go to McDonald's to buy some. The staff was friendly

We booked this hotel for the Oshkosh air show pretty last minute, everything else was sold out. Our expectations were low, but the property is extremely aged (the carpet smelled moldy and the breakfast was inedible). One good thing to note is that there was not a lot of noise, and the air conditioner was surprisingly quiet too. The staff were all wonderful though, one could tell they worked very hard. Nothing they could do about the hotel’s age and condition. I wouldn’t stay there again, especially not for the price I paid.

The property is old the AC unit smelled when running. Blow dryer did not work. Staff was good but property is very dated.

Bathroom GFI outlet in the bathro was not working. Mentioned to staff with no repair. Ceiling was pretty dusty.

I was happy. It met my expectations. It showed its age as an older property (no tub stopper?). Still the bathroom vanity was perfect, The room especially the carpet seemed very clean. The microwave and fridge were tops. The towels and linens were terrific/fresh/clean. The mattress was super comfy. The ladies that checked me in/out were professional, friendly

The room had a musty smell to it. The bathroom fan was not working. There were no towels were in the room. The tub drain plug was laying on the side of the tub. The tv would work for about five minutes then stop and lose it's signal for long periods of time. When we mentioned all the problems at the desk, I was just given excuses for why everything was wrong.

We got the Superior room, it was great it had a spa tub, comfy king bed and a pull out queen bed.

Heater did not work in our room. Spent very uncomfortable night in cold room. Breakfast a bit disappointing with old muffins. Rooms were clean.

Great location with plenty of dining options in the area. The staff friendly, helpful. Our room was clean as was the entire place. Nice breakfast offered in the morning. I really have nothing negative to say. Definitely recommend

The lady at the front desk was so friendly and was quite a delight after a long drive. She was very thorough and met our every need. We had a wonderful stay thanks to her.

This property is listed as "pet friendly" but it\'s not really pet friendly based on how the staff treated me. It was a last minute trip for a family emergency and chose this hotel because we didn\'t have time to board our dog. I checked in no problem even though the staff didn\'t seem super professional, they were at least nice. When I checked out, the staff was very condescending and said that they knew I had a dog in my room. I responded with "the website states that this is a pet friendly hotel" she said "it is but you didn\'t sign our pet policy" I wasn\'t given a pet policy to sign upon check in. She also said that I wouldn\'t have been in the room I was in if I had a dog, which again, I didn\'t choose the room to put me in at check in. I also asked her how she knew I had a dog in my room (because I had taken her outside to potty early in the morning and didn\'t see anybody at that time). She told me that she had gone into the room because she saw me leave in my car. I had not checked out yet and had the do not disturb sign on the door. She should not have entered the room at all given that it was still well before check out time. I had just run to Walgreens across the street. It seems like she was waiting for me to leave. Also, the hotel cleanliness overall was very lacking including cigarette burns on the bed and moldy/damp carpet. If I had not needed to stay in the town due to a family emergency and no other "pet friendly" hotel options available, I would have gone elsewhere

Last-minute hotel booked for EAA AirVenture Oshkosh so it was a little far away but well worth it. Staff was extremely helpful every step of the way. The same guy helped us at night and the next morning so I wonder if he's there all the time but he was so nice and helpful. Got us a rollaway bed right away and let us have a little bit of extra time around checkout so the kids could enjoy the pool for a bit before we spend the day in the heat. Breakfast was delicious and lots of great options. Definitely recommend this property!

Hallways dirty, tables not always wiped in between people eating at them. Poor Wifi connections and could not get my work done. I had a violent domestic incident in the room right next to me. Very stressful. Noone answered at the front desk when I called there so I called 911 my self. No follow up with me to see if I was ok. I had to bring it up. Found out from other employees the night person is often "not available, because they cant find her". No excuse in my book. TV would not work, so I was moved to another room. The room where the domestic had taken place. Jeesh. Not certain I will stay here again.

The manager Jenn is outstanding. I didn’t plan ahead and needed to book a second day last minute and she handled it without a hitch. I was able to keep the same room which is not always the case at other establishments I’ve used in the past. She has great customer service skills. The place is clean and well maintained. Will be back.

Rude desk reception. Took 3 tries to get functioning key cards. Put across the hall from a family with 4 kids under 10, including a very unhappy infant, room in extremely worn condition, slo mo wifi, and no juice offerings at breakfast. When I checked out, they were unable to print a receipt.

Front desk clerk was amazing.

Front girl desk would only give us 2 towels. We had 3 people in room. She also shouted that we need to be quite in the lounge. Not a professional person. Flirted with male quezt about swimming nude in pool. She was totally unprofessional.

The young lady at check in was super helpful and so sweet! Perfect little hotel for a family on a budget would definitely stay again

They are always great at the Baymont!! Great staff, awesome pool and hot tub area. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean. Located right near restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations. Cant go wrong on the location. This is my family go to hotel when we are in the area!!

Very convenient location. Reasonable price for a clean comfortable room. Location was great and the little town was nice to visit. We were there to see the Horicon Marsh. The manager was concerned about the storm that hit. The tornado sirens were going off. She let us know safety spots in hotel.

Very friendly staff to greet you, cleanly room and nice pool. Great location near pleant of places to grab a bite.

Stayed here a few times. Good location Grocery and fast food nearby. Ok for the price.

This Hotel was convenient. The staff that we interacted with were so helpful and friendly. It was really clean and they had a nice breakfast...I love Hotel waffles so I was very happy for that perk!

Rich and the staff at Baymont by Wyndham in Waupun, WI were so kind, accommodating, and professional. As for the room, it was clean with a comfy bed, easy to use TV with lots of channels, and nice hot water in the shower. And the hot breakfast was great!

This is definitely a dated hotel with no upgrafes and in need of many maintenance things. For what we needed it worked. They do have a complimentary breakfast but it is fairly barebones compaed to a lot of other higher and hotels. The staff was super helpful when little things came up.

Breakfast left much to be desired. Maybe offer oatmeal or something besides fake eggs and sausage.

Older property but well kept. Easy access to laundry on first floor. Breakfast was meh, but Staff was very friendly and attentive.
