Red Lion Hotel Cheyenne

Checked in at 11:55pm, only to find out housekeeping WAS STILL CLEANING THE ROOM! This place is an absolute JOKE

love the room the foyer was being updated felt a little dated that said the room was nice comfortable beds clean sheets plenty of pillows bathroom was nice!

The front desk staff are amazing. He is retired Army and he definitely wants to help. Plenty of parking. The hotel is going through some remodel work so don't mind that. The room was decent. Needed better attention but when you're exhausted you don't fuss. Let the front desk know. Will stay again.

Rooms are supposed to be to be ready at 3p. There were tons of people in the lobby waiting. I got my room at 9:45p. They did not offer a discount or anything of the sorts. There were many people still waiting for rooms when I got my room. I asked for more towel from front desk. They said they would be delivered and never were. I will say the staff working were friendly.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. After driving all the way from Texas and already being charged for my reservation, I arrived only to be told they no longer had my room available. No real solution, no accountability, and I was forced to drive another hour just to find somewhere else to stay after an already exhausting trip. Completely unprofessional and poorly managed. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I would think twice before booking here.
