Jm palace, quiet and serene . Ideal place for total rest and relaxation . Staff was helpful and courteous. Enjoyed my stay, will rebook again for the near future.

I like the decor. If I'd change one thing.. it would be the importance of a pen and a notebook in the rooms. Yes we have phones, however, some ppl still prefer the "old fashioned way" of communication! Loved breakfast-yhe staff and the concierge staff! Thanks❤️ for having us!! #CP❤️JD

I booked this hotel as I was invited to a wedding in the area. Photos posted online of course show that this property is basic. However, when you arrive it is beyond basic. The property gives old plantation vibes. The check in area has no fans, no sort of air or even welcome beverages. The staff moves with zero sense of urgency to get guests on their way. Clearly everyone wants to be the boss instead of working together in favor of the customers. We were taken to our room where there was NO AIR ON. The room was sweltering, and with an hour gone by not much difference was made. I brought this to the attention of a staff member who said she would send someone — but no one came. I also advised her that the door of the room had significant gaps and not only was this a safety issue for me but also raised concerns for bugs, and reason as to why the room was not getting cooled. Over my 3 days there no one came or cared enough. The bathroom light/fan system when turned on sounded like crickets were stuck it in. The free breakfast that was included was enough to feed a toddler. The dining room staff also moved as fast as snails. Overall I would not recommend.

I booked the hotel reading the reviews both good and bad and not sure what to expect. However, our experience was perfect. We stayed in room 30 and it was clean. The water pressure was great, the air-conditioning and everything worked fine. We had breakfast twice there and it was delicious. The facilities were clean and welcoming and picturesque. We Absolutely loved the property. It was well kept, pool was clean and the property is close to many food options and attractions. We had a perfect time and will definitely be back! The stone on the floors from the pictures look textured as if you could feel the stones on your feet Howe er it’s a completely smooth surface. It feels like flat tile with no grooves that was a nice touch.
