Embora o hotel não se localize em região rural, a experiência é de se hospedar dessa forma. Localizado em Port Antônio tem seu charme por só ter vegetação ao redor e uma vista excelente da baía dando a sensação de um hotel imerso na natureza. Boas instalações e vasta área útil. O pior inconveniente da estadia é a potência da chuveiro no quarto (realmente incomoda porque é fraco).

I booked the hotel reading the reviews both good and bad and not sure what to expect. However, our experience was perfect. We stayed in room 30 and it was clean. The water pressure was great, the air-conditioning and everything worked fine. We had breakfast twice there and it was delicious. The facilities were clean and welcoming and picturesque. We Absolutely loved the property. It was well kept, pool was clean and the property is close to many food options and attractions. We had a perfect time and will definitely be back! The stone on the floors from the pictures look textured as if you could feel the stones on your feet Howe er it’s a completely smooth surface. It feels like flat tile with no grooves that was a nice touch.

A very well maintained property. Cleaned and very photogenic. I loved the staff interaction with us and all my requested services were attended with prompt. Sleeping on our bed was very comfortable and is one of my best hotel experience.

After an incredibly disappointing experience at another property, finding Jamaica Palace felt like discovering a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality, and the difference was immediately apparent. The property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The grounds are lush and meticulously cared for, creating a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind despite the stressful start to our trip. Every area of the property reflected pride of ownership and attention to detail. Our accommodations were clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience restored our confidence after what had been a very difficult situation. Beyond the beauty of the property, the staff made us feel valued and cared for. Their kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a ruined trip into a memorable one. Jamaica Palace truly was the saving grace of our vacation. If you're looking for a peaceful, picturesque property with outstanding hospitality and stunning views, I cannot recommend it highly enough. We are incredibly grateful to have found it and would not hesitate to stay there again.
