An amazing hotel that we all loved! Beautiful rooms, pools and beach area, delicious food every morning and evening in the buffet, quite near the town in a seven minute taxi ride or about an hour away on foot. We received great service from all staff members. We would gladly return!

This is my 4th time visiting this hotel. I have been here with my family, and the kids absolutely love the pool, the beach activities, and the games offered by the pool. I have been here for a girls weekend, and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and the different water activities. Hassine, the person in charge of the beach/water activities is the BEST! The food and drink is very tasty and the service is 10 out of 10. I recently came alone to spend a few days to recharge and relax. It was a wonderful stay. I will continue to return to this hotel.

Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay.

Un hotel 4 stelle di buona qualità, Camere rinnovate, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile. Avevo scelto l'all inclusive, intendevo anche le bevande incluse, ma per un malinteso con hotels.com queste non erano incluse. Colazione veramente buona e con molta scelta. Pranzo e cena c'era molta scelta ma il cibo era mediocre. Bella l'area piscina e la spiaggia. Io lo consiglio e perso che ci ritornerò.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand gelegen und bietet eine entspannte, aber gleichzeitig hochwertige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend – ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Zimmerservice. Man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den stets sauberen Poolbereich und den direkten Strandzugang mit ausreichend Liegen und schattigen Plätzen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft – sowohl beim Frühstück als auch am Abendbuffet gab es eine große Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Gerichten. Auch für Vegetarier und Kinder war immer etwas dabei. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, gut klimatisiert, mit Balkon und tollem Meerblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch WLAN und Sauberkeit waren top.

Spent Memorial Day weekend with 16 in our group and Le Sultan staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! It was a wonderful 3 day mini paradise vacation. Hassan our beach server was great along with the 2 Sofians (indoor bar and outdoor bar) that kept our group happy and hydrated. Our favorite part was the outdoor activities. Samir and Hassine were great! All in all a fantastic trip. Our kids said, “Best vacation yet!”

We had a lovely time at Le Sultan. We travelled with a toddler so it was a nice, low maintenance resort for us to relax and vacation at. The resort tries to provide a variety of activities for guests to choose from and the food was varied and had a decent selection -- but dinner time in particular can feel a little chaotic with all the guests trying to get food and find tables. We particularly liked the Mini Club activities and the evening disco for the kids. Mona and the staff running the Mini Club programming were very sweet with our daughter and our daughter loved singing and dancing at the evening disco with the other children.

This was my first visit to Hammamet, and ChatGPT suggested Hotel Sultan for me and my mother. After my father's passing, we needed a place to spend Eid and relax, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean and offered a variety of food options. The staff were the heart of the hotel; all of them were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special mentions to Mondher, Bassem, Mounir, Mohamed, Mourad, Ali, Nina, Simo, and Haykel for their exceptional service. We felt at home, especially during the Eid BBQ and nightly entertainment with the piano player, magician, and artist. We never felt lonely here. My only wish is that the shuttle from the airport was truly free and included in the hotel price. Other than that, a big thank you, and your staff deserves a bonus!

L'Hotel ha una bella hall, una bella piscina ed è ben curato. Il mangiare è molto buono, vario ed abbondante. I corridoi e gli infissi che danno sulle camere sono da rivedere, in quanto datati, cosìccome la moquette nei corridoi che portano alle varie camere e la pulizia dentro gli ascensori. Nella camera lasciava a desiderare la pulizia del pavimento e lo scarico del lavabo, che era intasato.

On a passé un très mauvais séjour. Il n'avait pas de chaude, la chasse d'eau été cassée (pas d'eau). Une intervention par un plombier dés le matin. Et pour finir une intoxication alimentaire.

Super hôtel avec un personnel au petit soin ! Chambre très propre Repas très très satisfaisant. Calme et clientèle très respectueuse les uns des autres !! En plus nous avons été surclassé que demander de plus !! Bravo à toute l'équipe !!

Very lovely hotel with tons of activities. I went paddle boarding, on jet-ski and listened to live music. The food was delicious on full board. The sea view is totally worth the price. The staff was all wonderful. The room ambiance is excellent, clean and had enough space. Overall this was an amazing place to stay.

L'Hotel ha una bella hall, una bella piscina ed è ben curato. Il mangiare è molto buono, vario ed abbondante. I corridoi e gli infissi che danno sulle camere sono da rivedere, in quanto datati, cosìccome la moquette nei corridoi che portano alle varie camere e la pulizia dentro gli ascensori. Nella camera lasciava a desiderare la pulizia del pavimento e lo scarico del lavabo, che era intasato.

Un hotel 4 stelle di buona qualità, Camere rinnovate, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile. Avevo scelto l'all inclusive, intendevo anche le bevande incluse, ma per un malinteso con hotels.com queste non erano incluse. Colazione veramente buona e con molta scelta. Pranzo e cena c'era molta scelta ma il cibo era mediocre. Bella l'area piscina e la spiaggia. Io lo consiglio e perso che ci ritornerò.

This was my first visit to Hammamet, and ChatGPT suggested Hotel Sultan for me and my mother. After my father's passing, we needed a place to spend Eid and relax, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean and offered a variety of food options. The staff were the heart of the hotel; all of them were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special mentions to Mondher, Bassem, Mounir, Mohamed, Mourad, Ali, Nina, Simo, and Haykel for their exceptional service. We felt at home, especially during the Eid BBQ and nightly entertainment with the piano player, magician, and artist. We never felt lonely here. My only wish is that the shuttle from the airport was truly free and included in the hotel price. Other than that, a big thank you, and your staff deserves a bonus!

Spent Memorial Day weekend with 16 in our group and Le Sultan staff couldn’t have been more accommodating! It was a wonderful 3 day mini paradise vacation. Hassan our beach server was great along with the 2 Sofians (indoor bar and outdoor bar) that kept our group happy and hydrated. Our favorite part was the outdoor activities. Samir and Hassine were great! All in all a fantastic trip. Our kids said, “Best vacation yet!”

To begin with, the hotel needs to realize that we are not in 1980's anymore. Everything was so old and deteriorated. The beach had no chaise long seats enough and it was far away from the good spots. the beach towels had to be reserved for a deposit amount which was silly. The AC in the room was not functioning even though we called the reception 3 times and no one showed up to fix it and we had to spend the night in an unpleasant way. For sure we are not coming back and certainly wont be recommending the hotel to anyone. It's sad really.

This is my 4th time visiting this hotel. I have been here with my family, and the kids absolutely love the pool, the beach activities, and the games offered by the pool. I have been here for a girls weekend, and we enjoyed the beautiful beach and the different water activities. Hassine, the person in charge of the beach/water activities is the BEST! The food and drink is very tasty and the service is 10 out of 10. I recently came alone to spend a few days to recharge and relax. It was a wonderful stay. I will continue to return to this hotel.

Un hotel 4 stelle di buona qualità, Camere rinnovate, letto comodo e pulizia impeccabile. Avevo scelto l'all inclusive, intendevo anche le bevande incluse, ma per un malinteso con hotels.com queste non erano incluse. Colazione veramente buona e con molta scelta. Pranzo e cena c'era molta scelta ma il cibo era mediocre. Bella l'area piscina e la spiaggia. Io lo consiglio e perso che ci ritornerò.

🌟 Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Hotel Sultan, Hammamet – absolut empfehlenswert! 🌟 Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Hotel Sultan in Hammamet in vollen Zügen genossen. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, direkt am wunderschönen Sandstrand gelegen und bietet eine entspannte, aber gleichzeitig hochwertige Atmosphäre. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend – ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder beim Zimmerservice. Man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich gelebt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den stets sauberen Poolbereich und den direkten Strandzugang mit ausreichend Liegen und schattigen Plätzen. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft – sowohl beim Frühstück als auch am Abendbuffet gab es eine große Auswahl an internationalen und lokalen Gerichten. Auch für Vegetarier und Kinder war immer etwas dabei. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, gut klimatisiert, mit Balkon und tollem Meerblick – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch WLAN und Sauberkeit waren top.

We had a lovely time at Le Sultan. We travelled with a toddler so it was a nice, low maintenance resort for us to relax and vacation at. The resort tries to provide a variety of activities for guests to choose from and the food was varied and had a decent selection -- but dinner time in particular can feel a little chaotic with all the guests trying to get food and find tables. We particularly liked the Mini Club activities and the evening disco for the kids. Mona and the staff running the Mini Club programming were very sweet with our daughter and our daughter loved singing and dancing at the evening disco with the other children.

J'ai pris l'option tout inclus mais à ma surprise, j'étais informé que la formule tout inclus s'applique seulement aux 3 repas et non à la consommation de boissons et eaux!

Love this place! Crystal clear water, great activities at the beach! You absolutely MUST take a catamaran ride with Samir or Hassine. Rooms are clean and bright. Great lighting in the bathroom for applying makeup. Pool is beautiful and everyone is so friendly! Great hotel. Love this place and will keep coming back again and again!

We came with friends from the US and they said that the people and staff at this hotel were some of the friendliest people ever!!the food was good, the beach was beautiful and we took an amazing catamaran ride with Hassine. He made this trip super special for the kids. He even offered wind surfing lessons! The bar crew at the pool are AMAZING and very attentive. We will continue coming back to this hotel again and again.
