一階はクラブみたいなイベントやっててタバコ臭かった。部屋も所々、お風呂とか汚れてた

Hotel itself in a good location and all the amenities are nearby. Our room was on the 1st floor but Friday and Saturday on the ground floor they do live music and the sound was very loud which disturbed all of our sleep. Breakfast was good. All the staffs from reception to breakfast room including house keeping everyone was so nice and friendly. Room itself was good and clean. After one night sleep I had requested to change my mattress because it was so soggy and they changed it immediately. Train station is about 10/12 minutes walk away but Louage ( Local mini bus station) is 20/25 minutes walk away. Madina (Old Town) is about 20/25 minutes walk away from the hotel. Local people might know the short cut and it could take less time.

Hotel is close to old Medina, walking distance, safe area to walk. Rooms are ok, although dated. No AC in the room, apparently switching season before cold weather!!?? AC was working in the restaurant where breakfast was served. We had to change a room because it was above the bar, and very loud music goes until 2 a.m!?

Le personnel est aimable disponible c’est tout ce que j’ai retenu. -l’établissement n’est pas facile d’accès dû au ministère de l’intérieur le quartier est bouclé les taxis déposent assez loin c’est particulièrement pénible quand il y’a des bagages car les trottoirs sont dans un état calamiteux. - ttes peu de possibilités de restaurations autour de l’hôtel,celui-ci ne propose de solutions de restaurations, il y’a des restaurants populaires mais honnêtement c’est risqué l’hygiène est st douteuse. - la chambre était correcte mais sale surtout au niveau du sol il y a des taches au sol des cheveux partout les tapis sont sales les serviettes bien que d’apparence propres mais sentent mauvais. L’hôtel ne mérite pas qu’une étoile est loin des standards européens ou même tunisiens. Est ce que je séjournerai un jour de nouveau dans cet hôtel c’est clairement non

The bathroom really needs a fresh up it was dirty around the corners. The breakfast was not that good unfortunately.

The bathroom had hair (women's and men's) all over the floor! It wasn't like the picture I saw when I booked~ thought it had a tub😕 The bed was hard! I cleaned the floor and shower myself as it was the last day of my trip to Tunisia and I was tired. I didn't find the Lady at the desk to be very friendly. But the next day after checking out they did let me keep my luggage there while I explored the area one last time! I was grateful got that!!

Pour arriver, il est très difficile car les voitures n’ont pas accès devant l’hôtel, les routes sont mal indiquées sur le GPS, nous avons dû marcher un moment avec les valises. J’ai réservé l’hôtel en ligne pour une arrivée à 14h. Je suis arrivée vers 14h15, on m’a demandé de patienter, j’ai demandé pourquoi je devais patienter et on m’a dit que l’hôtel était complet que je devais patienter jusqu’à 15h30 minimum. Ce n’est pas normal de donner ma chambre à quelqu’un d’autre, j’avais déjà réservé, donc ma chambre doit déjà être disponible à mon arrivée. Le réceptionniste ne s’est même pas excusé. Arrivée à la chambre, les toilettes étaient sales, de l’eau sous le lavabo, des cheveux dans la douche, comme si la chambre n’avait pas été nettoyée avant mon arrivée. La télécommande était sale avec des morceaux de nourriture j’imagine. La porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas du tout, donc aucune intimité avec la personne avec laquelle j’étais. Nous avions une bouilloire dans la chambre pour faire du thé et café mais aucune bouteille d’eau. J’estime que le minimum c’est d’offrir deux bouteilles d’eau étant donné que l’on ne peut pas boire l’eau du robinet. Je vais donc à la réception demander de l’eau et il me dit d’un ton condescendent qu’il faut acheter de l’eau soit dehors soit au bar. Je vais donc au bar car il faisait nuit et je n’allais pas me promener à cette heure-là dehors et il me dit qu’une bouteille d’eau coûte 5 TND, ce qui est un prix exagéré pour de l’eau.

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr schmutzig. Unsere Bettdecken hatten bei der Ankunft viele Flecken darauf. Erst nach dem die Putzkraft am nächsten Tag kam, haben wir saubere Bettwäsche erhalten. Beim Check-In gab es auch einige Probleme. Angeblich wurde unsere Reservierung, durch eine von uns nicht gesendete Mail storniert. Trotz mehrfachen Schilderung (Beweise vorgelegt, Rechnung gezeigt) wurde das Problem auf den nächsten Tag verschoben und uns erlaubt für die Nacht zu bleiben. Beim Check-out gabs anscheinend keine Probleme mehr, bzw. wurde nach nichts gefragt. Wir hatten das Gefühl der Mann am Schalter wollte uns einfach abziehen.

シャワールームのガラスが隙間があり、シャワー浴びると脱衣場に水が溜まり不衛生ですし、シャワー浴びるたびに毎回タオルで拭かないといけないので嫌でした。

Quiet,comfortable and very close to the Medina.The staff were very pleasant and agreeable.Would not hesitate to recommend.

Wifi not working at all in the room that was very complicated to handle. We had to always go down to the front desk in order to surf on internet

Nee renovation great

Hotel is close to old Medina, walking distance, safe area to walk. Rooms are ok, although dated. No AC in the room, apparently switching season before cold weather!!?? AC was working in the restaurant where breakfast was served. We had to change a room because it was above the bar, and very loud music goes until 2 a.m!?

Location is good walkable to the old Madinah and near shops and restaurant. Staff need to be trained as their communication skills are not that good. They are nice but lack on communication skills. Tea and coffee are provided in the room which is nice but no water!! I asked for the water and the staff told me to buy water! I am wondering why they provide tea and instant coffee!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially thanks to the lady at the reception. She was very friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. She helped me with everything I needed and always had a smile on her face. Her excellent customer service made my stay much more pleasant. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality!

Trop de barrages aux alentours pour accéder à l'hôtel et les rues sont sales

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Très bien placé, dans le centre ville. Bon rapport qualité prix
