Breakfast is good with lots of variety. Nasi Lemak is great. Towel should be replaced with brand new unit.

The room has been renovated with new carpeting, but sadly, everything else remains unchanged—like the toilet and furnishings. Despite only minor changes to the room, the price has increased significantly, which I feel is not worth it.

Excellent hotel , clean, comfortable , helpful staff, great breakfast choice and great value. Had a meal in the restaurant near reception and it was excellent. Staff are so polite and helpful.

Amazing hotel, staff are adorable, so pleasant and always a smile on their face, we had the kota bahru suite and wow wow wow didn't want to leave, breakfast was amazing, so much choice and lots made to order,
