We were very pleased with the service and support. The beds were fairly comfortable. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful and so accommodating. The breakfast options were amazing. I would just suggest the curators consider changing the material of the flooring around the pool and hot tub. It is very slippery and a fall risk. Overall we had a lovely experience.

Our room was spacious and clean. It overlooked a grove of trees, peaceful and quiet. The patio featured comfortable cushioned chairs and couches arranged around a fire table. The patio was circled by bushes and a waterfall. We enjoyed the warm evenings on the patio with snacks and a bottle of wine from the bar. Everyone of the staff were cheerful and helpful. One of the most enjoyable vacation stays we've had. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn if you are going to Niagara-on-the-Lake.

Everything was wonderful for the most part. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. I particularly appreciated the buffet vs. à la carte option. I did one of each, and both were delicious. Located in a great area close enough to be a convenient drive to the falls but far enough removed that it’s away from the commotion of the downtown area. Quiet, peaceful area. Very nice facilities that seem recently updated. Only docked one star for a couple of cleanliness issues inside the room. The bathroom floor had what looked like stains from urine droplets from a previous guest in front of the toilet. I had a short stay, so I didn’t bother to ask them to come and clean it. I’m sure they would have. Instead, I just treated it like a public restroom for the day and a half I was there. So, it could maybe use a little closer attention to the bathroom cleaning. Other than that, though, everything was wonderful. I would definitely stay again if I return to the area.

On the second day of my visit, I returned to my room late at night only to discover that housekeeping had not provided any towels, soap, or body lotion. This was very inconvenient, especially as I was preparing to take a shower after a long day and realized none of these basic amenities were available. These items are essential and expected in every guest room. Having them missing not only caused frustration but also made the stay far less comfortable than it should have been. I kindly ask that you review this matter with your housekeeping team to ensure it does not happen to other guests. I would also appreciate any goodwill gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused during my stay.

The Hilton Garden hotel is conveniently located to both Niagara wine country and Niagara Falls. Some garden areas are hard to access. Our floor and room are the exact one that we had on a previous visit and the ice machine is still out of order. No coffee in our room. Our bathroom floor looked dirty. These are the reasons why our stay was three star, average.

We stayed for 2 nights this family day long weekend. It was my second stay here. We came in March of last year. I noticed a difference between the two stays. We got an accessible room with a king bed. Its was spacious and clean. That is the pro. The con was we were next to the elevator so it was constantly noisey and the plumbing for the hotel is terrible. We were on the 3rd floor and any time someone above us had a shower or used their tap there was an extreme loud and abnoxious noise from the wall. It is not insulated or sound proofed well. We were woken at midnight by people above us taking showers and loud pipe noise. Terrible plumbing design! Also the bed was very frumpy and too soft. The mattress needs changing from over use. We were happy with the location though and the market in the lobby it had great selection of booze, snacks, treats ect.

The computer servers were down when I checked in, Couldn’t confirm a cancelation for an October booking. Toilets were low and would recommend putting in comfort height level. Asked for a quiet accommodation but was given a room where windows faced out on to the air conditioning system for the hotel which ran 24-7. CONSTANT NOISE!!!

The check-in system was down resulting in a 20 minute delay in check-in. The two front desk staff appeared to put in minimal effort to resolve this. They made small talk with each other and neglected to provide updates on what was happening throughout the process. I found the hot tub to be confusing to use and the lack of robes disappointing.

The staff make the experience exceptional. We were greeted upon arrival by friendly and efficient staff who gave us many helpful hints about the property and things to see. In the restaurant the food was delicious and our servers at both dinner and breakfast were so very good. Would definitely return for another stay.

When we arrived at the hotel their computer was down and our key didn’t work to get in our room. As a gold member we didn’t get the upgrade which we should have gotten as I could see online rooms were still available. There was also a couple dead flies in our room, which was weird. Other than that, things are alright.

The front staff and all staff were so helpful, freindly and professional. The rooms were clean and had all amenties you need. The bathroom was fairly new and clean. Loved the "Zero" brand products. The property was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location. Restaurant staff at both breakfast and dinner were extremely slow and unmotivated. It was easier to get my own tea/coffee at the self service than wait on the staff to bring it. Hotel staff was rude about my service animal, and made it difficult when it really shouldn’t be. Especially when there were children running around the restaurant, lobby, and down the halls until 11pm but my service animal that is quiet and doesn’t deserve others is the problem.

It is very close to the highway, lots of truck noise. Every time you turned the bathroom light on, it would squeal til you turned it off. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was over cooked

Depending on what you are looking for, this property is relatively close to a bunch of wineries (approx. 15-20 minute drive) and then the other direction, it's about the same amount of time to the Falls and Clifton Hill. The Property was nice, and allows pets for a reasonable fee (definitely a bonus). Only downfall was restaurant didn't have a lunch service at the hotel, but that was honestly the only downfall.

This property in not in a good location. It’s 20-25 miles from the nice area of Niagara on the lake. The construction made it almost impossible to reach the hotel. Everyone was complaining. There is also terrible noise and first. We should have been forewarned. Apparently this has been going for over a year. Hotel itself was OK, but dated. I can’t believe this place cost as much as it did.

Very centrally located and the beds were super comfy! I would say pass on the restaurant as food was served very cold. Staff was all lovely! Rooms were spacious but some of the room could have been cleaner, some stains on wall and dead bug in the bathroom.

Room was nice although lighting in the coffee nook would be nice. Property was great and restaurant served tasty food. Staff were excellent in the restaurant, front lobby and elsewhere in the hotel where they were interacted with.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful and our room was clean and quiet. Our daily breakfast was great and we also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We will be returning for our 61st wedding anniversary.

Great, affordable hotel to stay. Right around the corner from the outlet mail and within 15 minute drive to either N-O-T-L shops or Fallsview Casino. Staff was very friendly, in particular Jet. Jet thanks for taking all the picture of my wife and I for us. You did a great job and you so pleasure to talk to. We stay at this hotel ever year when we visit the Niagara Region.

Extremely Disappointing Check-In Experience We arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara-on-the-Lake around 1:00 PM, knowing that the official check-in time was 3:00 PM. We were told that our room wasn’t ready, which was completely understandable, so we left the hotel and went about our activities for the day. However, when we returned around 8:00 PM, our room was still not ready and was still being cleaned. At that point, we had been waiting for approximately seven hours, and for a one-night stay, this was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We understand that early check-in cannot always be accommodated, and we had no issue leaving and coming back later. What we did expect, however, was that by 8:00 PM our room would be ready for us. Having to wait even longer to access our room significantly impacted what was already a very short stay. The staff were polite, but the situation itself was poorly handled. A hotel room should certainly be ready well before 8:00 PM, particularly when guests have booked a one-night stay and have already spent the entire day away from the hotel. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn and left a very poor impression of our stay.
