I stayed in 24, now again stayed in 25. Both the times very satisfied. Awesome staff. Garden to walk around is amazing. If you stay do not forget to go for a garden walk 1km.

Amazing customer service especially from the staff at kitchen of Trident. The staff made sure to take my son’s needs into consideration and prepared very health but tasty food. I was blown away by the exceptional service at the restaurant and appreciated the efforts of Ashish, Executive Chef Shakti Prasad, Chef Ganesh, and Server Biswajeet. All dishes were extremely tasty and healthy. I have been staying at a lot of hotels during my journey in India but none can hold a candle to the food at trident. My family really enjoyed the experience. This hotel is highly recommended. Very nice and quiet. Spa is at Mayfair next door but it is not up to par. Would love to have a spa at trident that reflects their high standard.

The staff, their zeal to be of service, welcoming spirit and responsiveness, their unwavering attitude to go above and beyond is a rarity. We stayed twice in a short span of one week. The cleanliness, greenery and welcoming feeling is unparalleled. Truly a gem of a hotel in this city and indeed deserves a 10 * rating. I would like to call out Mayank, the front office manager, who went steps further to accommodate our requests and get us the suite we wanted. He showed us 3 suites to choose from. The entire staff is ready to assist, and you don’t need to follow up again. Housekeeping crew, especially Kunal, needs to be commended for his spirit of service, and following the Oberoi dharma, as he said. Very professional, courteous. Chef Shakti and his team are someone we adore a lot. The chef took personal care of the guests, and always went above and beyond. He remembered our culinary choices and likings, especially of our son, and took great effort and time to suggest and explain different dishes and made custom/special dishes we requested for. The food was delicious, and I am amazed how observant and detail oriented the team is.

The food was cherry on top… a good mix of western and Indian food made all of us enjoy what we like. Even my daughter loved the food specially western n I enjoyed all the odisha authentic dishes!! We spent a week long time here and absolutely loved the place. Very courteous staff n prompt service. The food was cherry on top… a good mix of western and Indian food made all of us enjoy what we like. Even my daughter loved the food specially western n I enjoyed all the odisha authentic dishes!!
