The hotel is quite old and is in need of renovation in many areas. On the positive side, the staff are friendly and genuinely try to help. Overall, it was an average stay.

It wasn't a comfortable stay. First, the staff at night wasn't willing to help. Everything I asked, the answer was a No. There was no one at the drop-off, either. The room layout is weird and not user-friendly. Overall experience was a disappointment.

A++ experience at this hotel. 5-star service from a staff that were absolutely professional. Perfect location for doing your business and sightseeing. Super comfortable and clean. Pro tip: Breakfast buffet was easily the best I've ever seen. 100% would stay again.
