駅西口からホテルの目安はそごうデパートを目指すと斜め向かいにホテルが見えます。スマホの地図がうまく使えないので駅からホテルが見えないので不安でした。ホテルは比較的静かできれいですが、団体客を受け入れているには狭いエレベータが２基のため食事時間帯や団体客到着時に遭遇すると５～１０分弱待ち時間がかかります。万一災害発生時は客室が６階以上のためどのように誘導するかが気になりました。スタッフは比較的多くいたように思いました。

A nice hotel, close to JR station. A Sogo and Big camera are opposite from the hotel, it is nice to have a shopping. But no laundry machine within the hotel, a bit disappointed.

シングルだから仕方ないけど狭い。空調も冷房だったが、なかなかきかずに暑かった。でも借りた傘をなくした時に、仕方ないですねと許してくれた。駐車場がもう少し安ければいいのに。

Excellent location, staff, and rooms with complimentary water and slippers. Only issue was a few areas of the room could use more cleaning. A few surface spaces were dusty and floor needed vacuuming, especially at the air purifier. One set of pajamas also had stains and was yellow compared to the second set of pajamas. Overall, loved my stay and will come back. Very affordable and lovely hotel.

Great location, great breakfast, room was fine except that the climate control is centrally controlled and set to heater only right only which is fine but despite being so cold outside the room was so uncomfortably hot. Sign said if hot, just turn it off, but I did but for 2 nights it was just too hot and since the window could not be opened, no way to cool it down. I used the humidifier in fan mode to blow air on me but the constant drone gets noisy after awhile. Lack of under bed storage area was a problem too since the room is small. Blackout curtains was good, everything else was fine.

地點方便，房間寬敞，旅館本身或附近餐飲種類豐富,一切都不錯! 唯一一點稍微沒讓人感受舒適的是房間內部空調系統為中央控制, 房客只有選擇開或不開! 11/30 當晚房內是暖房, 熱得讓人受不了,只差沒全裸睡覺! 這點有待改善! The Air condition inside the room can not adjust the temperature. It was too hot that let the gust feel uncomfortable ! Please reduce the temp setting and also save the energe !

Everything was excellent. The room is a small for US Standards, but that was expected. They were very accommodating with a late check out and the charge was very reasonable. Access to Omiya station is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

チェックイン前に荷物を預けたのですが、戻って来たら、もう部屋に運んであってその対応に感動しました。久しぶりにホテルらしいホテルに泊まったと思いました。駅近なのに静かで、ゆっくりできました。スタッフさんの対応も親切で良かったです。

這次我們要去輕井澤和日光旅遊，所以選擇住在大宮，搭新幹線及JR都十分的方便。飯店的位置離JR車站也十分的近，又有空橋連接，走路約5分鐘即可到達JR大宮站。附近也有很多的商店跟百貨公司以及餐廳，用餐購物也十分方便。下次要到附近旅遊的話會再考慮去住。

這次我們要去輕井澤和日光旅遊，所以選擇住在大宮，搭新幹線及JR都十分的方便。飯店的位置離JR車站也十分的近，又有空橋連接，走路約5分鐘即可到達JR大宮站。附近也有很多的商店跟百貨公司以及餐廳，用餐購物也十分方便。下次要到附近旅遊的話會再考慮去住。

Clean and efficient hotel. Breakfast had a wide selection of items with good quality. Room had ample amenities and more. The area has lots of shopping and dining options and extensive rail connection. Would visit again when I return to meet friends in this area.

ホテル自体は平成初期のキラキラさがあって、客室もリニューアルされて居心地は悪くなかったですが、お風呂は古い感じで少し残念。また、朝食会場は広くて良いですが、朝食自体は品数が少なく、フルーツもあまり種類がなかったです。周辺の環境がよくて買い物にも便利ですので、ゴージャス感を期待しなければ結構よいホテルです。

The hotel has a nice facade, with a park in front, and easy to find. The location is well situated where you can spot it just outside the West Exit. I especially like it that there is a walkway from the West exit to the hotel entrance without going down to street level! This means no traffic from the station to the hotel. I also love its reception area, with an elegance that fits the hotel's name. Breakfast is served in the restaurant facing the park and the station alhough I didn't have the time to experience it. A restaurant and a convenience store is on site, while Sogo department store is just a few steps away, with lots of restaurants on the 9th floor. The room was clean and comfortable and facilities are well-maintained. The room size is a bit bigger than other business hotels and I had a restful sleep after a hard day's work. Its a good idea to have a wide, full sized mirror, hiding the "closet" behind. With a special discounted price during my stay on Hotels.com, I had a good value for my money.

数年ぶりに宿泊。おそらくエリアでは一番いいホテルの一つと思われるが、平日で比較的低価で泊まることができた。客室内にKOSEのスティーブンノルのシャンプーがあって嬉しかった。アメニティも1セット貰えるが、女性なら一泊するなら洗顔とか化粧水は夕と朝分ないとつらいのではと思った。

清潔感のある一人には丁度良い広さでした。駅に近く、車で15分くらいのスパへの送迎バスが近いなど、建物の2階から出てすぐにコンビニ、薬局があり便利で、ケーキ屋さんがあり、購入してお部屋で食べました。割引もありました。和栗のモンブラン、夕張メロンのケーキがとっても美味しかったです。心残りなのが、レストラン利用をしなかったので次回は、利用したいと思います。良い旅となりました。ありがとうございました。
